Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a heating method for a thermostat pan according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, detecting whether the pot being heated is a constant temperature pot by the induction cooker.
Wherein, the constant temperature pot has following characteristic: the constant temperature pot gradually rises along with the temperature of the pot bottom, the actual output power of the induction cooker is reduced, the constant temperature pot gradually falls along with the temperature of the pot bottom, the actual output power of the induction cooker is increased, and therefore the temperature in the pot of the constant temperature pot is automatically limited. The actual output power of the induction cooker is the power required by the thermostatic pot, and the actual output power of the induction cooker is determined by the power required by the thermostatic pot. The induction cooker can detect whether the heating pot is a constant temperature pot or not through the following two ways:
the first mode is that the induction cooker receives a notification message sent by the cooker actively, the notification message comprises information of the cooker, the notification message is sent when the cooker detects that the cooker is heated, and the induction cooker judges whether the cooker is a constant temperature cooker or not according to the information of the cooker. Correspondingly, a cooker controller and a wireless communication device are arranged on the cooker, when the cooker is heated by the induction cooker, the coil panel generates a magnetic field, an electric field and electromagnetic waves, if the cooker controller detects that the coil panel generates the magnetic field, the electric field and the electromagnetic waves, the induction cooker can be confirmed to start heating the cooker, and then the cooker controller controls the wireless communication device to send the notification message to the induction cooker.
The WIreless communication device is used for communicating with the induction cooker in a WIreless mode, and the WIreless mode can be a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, a Bluetooth technology and a WIreless Fidelity (WIFI) technology.
The information of pan includes the type of pan, and the type of this pan can be constant temperature pan or ordinary pan, and the information of this pan can also include the material etc. of heating information and pan, and heating information is used for showing whether the pan is heated, and the material of pan can be for iron pan, aluminium pot etc..
The second method comprises the following steps: after the induction cooker starts to work, the induction cooker actively sends an acquisition request message to the cookware, and the acquisition request message is used for requesting to acquire the information of the cookware. The pan receives this acquisition request message after, sends the acquisition response message to the electromagnetism stove, should acquire the information that includes the pan in the response message, and the electromagnetism stove receives should acquire the response message that the pan sent, acquires the information of pan from should acquiring the response message, judges whether the pan is the thermostat pot according to the information of pan.
In the two modes, the induction cooker determines whether the pan is a constant temperature pan or not according to the pan type, and if the pan type indicates that the pan is the constant temperature pan, the induction cooker determines that the pan is the constant temperature pan. If the type of the pot indicates that the pot is a common pot, the induction cooker determines that the pot is the common pot.
Certainly, as for a common pot, the pot controller and the wireless communication device may not be provided on the pot, and therefore, the common pot does not actively send a notification message to the induction cooker, and after the induction cooker starts working, if the notification message is not received within a preset time, it is determined that the pot being heated is the common pot. Optionally, the notification message may not include information of the pot, and the induction cooker considers that the notification message is sent by the thermostat pot as long as the induction cooker receives the notification message within a preset time. Similarly, after sending the acquisition request message to the pot, the induction cooker does not receive the acquisition response message sent by the pot, starts timing after sending the acquisition request message, and determines that the pot is a common pot if the acquisition response message is not received within the preset time. Optionally, the obtaining response message may not include information of the cookware, and the obtaining response message is considered to be sent by the thermostat pan as long as the induction cooker receives the obtaining response message within a preset time.
When the pot is a thermostat pot, step 102 is executed, and when the pot is a general pot, step 103 is executed.
102, heating the pot by the induction cooker in a constant temperature pot heating mode, wherein the constant temperature pot heating mode is that the pot is continuously heated by adopting first heating power.
The first heating power is larger than a first power threshold value, and the first power threshold value is the minimum heating power required by the thermostatic pot for maintaining a constant temperature state. The constant temperature pot can automatically control the temperature as the actual output power of the induction cooker is reduced along with the temperature rise of the pot bottom, and is different from a common pot and needs a controller of the induction cooker to control the temperature.
Because the automatic temperature control characteristic of constant temperature pot, if the heating methods who adopts ordinary pan, the heating power that the electromagnetism stove adopted can automatic reduction, for example, the electromagnetism stove is under the mode of cooking, and initial heating power is 1800KW, increases along with heat time, and heating power reduces to 1500KW, 1200KW, 800KW, 300KW automatically. When the heating power is reduced to be less than the first power threshold value, the heating power is adopted to heat the pot so that the constant temperature state of the pot cannot be maintained, and the pot needs a long heating time when the heating power is low, so that the temperature of the pot bottom can rise to maintain the constant temperature state. Therefore, in this embodiment, in the heating process of the constant temperature pan, the induction cooker always adopts the first heating power to heat, the first heating power is greater than the first power threshold, and the first heating power cannot be automatically reduced, so that the actual power requirement of the constant temperature pan can be met.
It should be noted that, due to the automatic temperature control characteristic of the thermostatic pot, the heating power of the induction cooker in this embodiment is different from the actual output power, the actual output power of the induction cooker is determined by the power required by the thermostatic pot, and the actual output power of the induction cooker is changed. The heating power of the induction cooker is the maximum power which can be provided by the induction cooker for the constant-temperature pot, the heating power (namely the first heating power) of the induction cooker is invariable for constant temperature, and the actual output power of the induction cooker is smaller than or equal to the first heating power.
103, heating the pot by the induction cooker in a common pot heating mode.
To ordinary pan, adopt ordinary pan heating method to heat, according to the heating power that the user set for promptly to the pan heating, along with the heating time increases, the heating power of electromagnetism stove can reduce automatically.
In the method of this embodiment, the induction cooker detects whether the pan being heated is a constant temperature pan, when the pan is a constant temperature pan, the induction cooker heats the pan by using a constant temperature pan heating method, and when the pan is not a constant temperature pan, the induction cooker heats the pan by using a common pan heating method, wherein the constant temperature pan heating method continuously heats the pan by using a first heating power, the first heating power is greater than a first power threshold, and the first power threshold is a minimum heating power required by the constant temperature pan to maintain a constant temperature state. Because the first heating power is adopted to continuously heat the cookware in the heating process of the constant temperature pan, the heating power of the induction cooker cannot be automatically reduced, and the first heating power is greater than the minimum heating power required by the constant temperature pan to maintain the constant temperature state, so that the actual power requirement of the constant temperature pan can be met.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a heating method of a constant temperature pan provided by a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step 101, detecting whether the pot being heated is a constant temperature pot by the induction cooker.
When the pot being heated is a thermostat pot, step 102 is executed, and when the pot being heated is not a thermostat pot, step 103 is executed.
102, heating the cookware by the induction cooker in a constant temperature pot heating mode, wherein the constant temperature pot heating mode is that the cookware is continuously heated by adopting first heating power.
The first heating power is larger than a first power threshold value, and the first power threshold value is the minimum heating power required by the thermostatic pot for maintaining a constant temperature state.
103, heating the pot by the induction cooker in a common pot heating mode.
The specific implementation manner of steps 101-103 refers to the description of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
And 104, detecting the actual output power by the induction cooker.
After the step 102, step 104 is executed, when the thermostatic pot is heated, the actual output power of the electromagnetic oven is changed, and the actual output power of the electromagnetic oven is reduced along with the increase of the temperature of the thermostatic pot bottom.
And 105, judging whether the actual output power is smaller than a second power threshold value by the induction cooker.
Wherein, the second power threshold is a power value when the electromagnetic oven is in the non-pot state, when the actual output power of the electromagnetic oven is smaller than the second power threshold, step 106 is executed, and when the actual output power of the electromagnetic oven is greater than or equal to the second power threshold, step 107 is executed.
106, the induction cooker forbids to execute the no-pot state alarm, and the step 104 is returned to be executed.
When the actual output power of the induction cooker is smaller than the second power threshold value for the common pot, the controller of the induction cooker can determine that the induction cooker is in a non-pot state, can execute non-pot state alarm, can display an E1 error on a display panel of the induction cooker, and sends out an alarm sound to remind a user that the induction cooker is in the non-pot state. In this embodiment, due to the characteristics of the thermostatic pot, when the actual output power of the induction cooker is reduced to below the second power threshold, it may be determined that the induction cooker is in the no-pot state by mistake, and therefore, when the actual output power of the induction cooker is smaller than the second power threshold, the induction cooker prohibits execution of the no-pot state alarm, continues to detect the actual output power, and avoids false alarm of the no-pot state of the induction cooker.
Step 107, the induction cooker detects the temperature of the pot.
A temperature measuring device is arranged below a panel of the induction cooker, and the temperature of the bottom of the cooker can be measured through the temperature measuring device.
And 108, judging whether the temperature of the cookware is higher than the oil temperature to cause fire by the induction cooker.
The temperature of the oil is about 260 degrees in general. When the temperature of the pot is higher than the oil temperature ignition temperature, step 109 is executed, and when the temperature of the pot is lower than or equal to the oil temperature ignition temperature, the step 102 is executed again.
Step 109, the induction cooker stops heating the pot.
According to the method, the cooker is continuously heated by adopting the first heating power in the heating process of the constant temperature cooker, and the heating power of the induction cooker cannot be automatically reduced, so that the actual power requirement of the constant temperature cooker can be met. And when the actual output power of the induction cooker is detected to be smaller than the power value of the induction cooker in the non-pot state, the non-pot state alarm is forbidden to be executed, the false alarm of the non-pot state is avoided, the heating of the pot is stopped after the temperature of the pot reaches the oil temperature ignition temperature, and the use safety of the induction cooker is ensured.
