Further, since a certain time is required for the alternating magnetic field of the pot and the rectifier capacitor of the electromagnetic coil to decay, and the pot may periodically send the wireless information when the electromagnetic coil is powered on, step 304 may specifically be that if the electromagnetic oven does not receive the wireless information within a first preset time period after the heating operation is stopped, and receives the wireless information within a second preset time period after the power-off heating operation is performed, the electromagnetic oven determines that the identifier is an effective identifier, and performs the precise control mode heating on the pot according to the effective identifier.
The first preset time period can be longer than decay time of the alternating magnetic field of the pot and the rectification capacitor of the electromagnetic coil. The second preset time period can be longer than the stabilization time of the alternating magnetic field and the electromagnetic coil rectification capacitor of the cooker and shorter than the sum of the stabilization time of the alternating magnetic field and the electromagnetic coil rectification capacitor of the cooker and the fixed period of the wireless information transmitted by the cooker. It should be noted that, correspondingly, in step 303, the time interval between the heating stopping operation and the power output heating operation performed by the induction cooker needs to be greater than or equal to the length of the first preset time period.
Further, after the step 302, the method may further include: and if the working state of the induction cooker is the standby state or the pot lifting state, determining that the mark is an invalid mark by the induction cooker.
Further, after step 303, the method may further include: if the induction cooker receives the wireless information after stopping heating operation, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an invalid identification, and the induction cooker heats a pot on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode; if the induction cooker does not receive the wireless information after the heating stopping operation is carried out, and the wireless information is not received after the power output heating operation is carried out, the induction cooker determines that the mark is an invalid mark, and the induction cooker heats the cookware on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode.
In this embodiment, the induction cooker carries the identification of the pan through receiving the wireless information that the pan sent, if the state of induction cooker is the power-out heating state, then the induction cooker stops heating operation and power-out heating operation in proper order, if the induction cooker does not receive wireless information after stopping heating operation, and receive wireless information after heating operation, then the induction cooker confirms that the identification is effective identification, carry out the heating of accurate control mode to the pan according to effective identification, thereby realize according to the operating condition of induction cooker, and whether the induction cooker receives wireless information in stopping heating and power-out heating process and carry out validity judgement to the identification of pan, match induction cooker and pan before avoiding dispatching from the factory, improve production efficiency.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another embodiment of a pot heating control method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, before step 303, the method may further include:
305. the induction cooker judges whether the preset invalid identity list comprises the identification of the cookware.
After the induction cooker determines that the identification is the invalid identification, the invalid identity list can be updated according to the invalid identification.
If the invalid identity list includes the identity of the cookware, execute step 306: and the induction cooker determines that the mark is an invalid mark, and heats the cookware on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode.
If the invalid identity list does not include the identity of the cookware, execute step 303: the induction cooker performs heating stop operation and power output heating operation in sequence.
Further, if the state of the induction cooker is changed from the power-out heating state to the pot-lifting state, the pot placed on the induction cooker may be moved away, or replaced with another pot, for example, the pots on another induction cooker are exchanged with the pot on the induction cooker, which may result in the change of the pot matched with the induction cooker. That is to say, after the state information of the induction cooker is changed from the power-out heating state to the pot-lifting state, the previous invalid identifier for the induction cooker may be valid at this time, and therefore, after the induction cooker heats the pot in the fine control mode according to the valid identifier, if the working state of the induction cooker is changed to the pot-lifting state, the induction cooker may clear the invalid identifier list.
In the embodiment, the induction cooker receives the wireless information sent by the cooker, the wireless information carries the identification of the cooker, if the state of the induction cooker is the power-out heating state, the induction cooker judges whether the preset invalid identity list comprises the identification of the cooker, if the invalid identity list comprises the identification of the cooker, the induction cooker determines that the identification is the invalid identification, and the cooker on the induction cooker is heated in a non-precise control mode; if the invalid identity list does not comprise the identification of the cookware, the induction cooker sequentially stops heating operation and power-out heating operation, if the induction cooker does not receive wireless information after the heating operation is stopped, and receives the wireless information after the power-out heating operation, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an effective identification, and carries out precise control mode heating on the cookware according to the effective identification, so that validity judgment on the identification of the cookware is carried out according to the state of the induction cooker and whether the induction cooker receives the wireless information in the processes of stopping heating and power-out heating, the induction cooker and the cookware are prevented from being matched before delivery, and the production efficiency is improved.

The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. the electromagnetic coil 52 is used for inducing an alternating magnetic field generated when the electromagnetic oven is heated by power output to generate a power supply to supply power to the wireless transmitter 53;
the wireless transmitter 53 is used to transmit wireless information carrying the identity of the pot when the electromagnetic coil is powered.
Further, the pan can also include: a rectifier and a filter;
the rectifier is connected with the electromagnetic coil 52 and used for rectifying the power supply generated by the alternating magnetic field induced by the electromagnetic coil 52;

Wherein, the solenoid specifically can include: at least one turn of a metal-insulated coil. The more the number of turns, the more power the electromagnetic coil induces the alternating magnetic field to generate.
In addition, the pot also can include the shell of cover establishing outside the pot body, and the shell can play the guard action to the pot body.
In this embodiment, the induction cooker carries the identification of the pan through receiving the wireless information that the pan sent, if the operating condition of induction cooker is the power-out heating state, then the induction cooker stops heating operation and power-out heating operation in proper order, if the induction cooker does not receive wireless information after stopping heating operation, and receive wireless information after carrying out power-out heating operation, then the induction cooker confirms that the identification is effective identification, carry out the heating of accurate control mode to the pan according to effective identification, thereby realize according to the operating condition of induction cooker, and whether the induction cooker receives wireless information in stopping heating and power-out heating process and carry out validity judgement to the identification of pan, match induction cooker and pan before avoiding leaving the factory, improve production efficiency.

the receiving module 61 is used for receiving wireless information sent by the cookware, and the wireless information carries the identification of the cookware;
the judging module 62 is used for judging the working state of the induction cooker;
the control module 63 is used for sequentially performing heating stopping operation and power output heating operation on the induction cooker when the working state of the induction cooker is a power output heating state;
the determining module 64 is configured to determine that the identifier is an effective identifier when the wireless information is not received after the induction cooker stops heating operation and the wireless information is received after power-out heating operation, and perform precise control mode heating on the cookware according to the effective identifier.

The first preset time period can be longer than decay time of the alternating magnetic field of the pot and the rectification capacitor of the electromagnetic coil. The second preset time period can be longer than the stabilization time of the alternating magnetic field and the electromagnetic coil rectification capacitor of the cooker and shorter than the sum of the stabilization time of the alternating magnetic field and the electromagnetic coil rectification capacitor of the cooker and the fixed period of the wireless information transmitted by the cooker. It should be noted that, correspondingly, the time interval between the heating stopping operation and the power-out heating operation performed by the induction cooker needs to be greater than or equal to the length of the first preset time period.
Further, after the determining module 62 determines the working state of the induction cooker, the determining module 64 is further configured to determine that the identifier is an invalid identifier and the induction cooker does not operate when the working state of the induction cooker is a standby state or a pot-lifting state;
after the control module 63 sequentially performs heating stop operation and power output heating operation on the induction cooker, the determining module 64 is further configured to determine that the identifier is an invalid identifier when the induction cooker receives the wireless information after performing the heating stop operation, and perform non-precise control mode heating on a pot on the induction cooker; the induction cooker does not receive the wireless information after stopping heating operation, and when the induction cooker does not receive the wireless information after performing power-out heating operation, the identification is determined to be an invalid identification, and non-precise control mode heating is performed on a cooker on the induction cooker.
Further, before the control module 63 performs the heating stop operation and the power output heating operation on the induction cooker in sequence,
the judging module 62 is further configured to judge whether the preset invalid identity list includes an identifier of a pot;
the determining module 64 is further configured to determine that the identity is an invalid identity when the identity list includes the identity of the cookware, and perform non-precise control mode heating on the cookware on the induction cooker;
the control module 63 is configured to sequentially perform the heating stop operation and the power output heating operation when the invalid identity list does not include the identity of the cookware.
Further, the induction cooker may further include: an update module;
after the determination module 64 determines that the identifier is an invalid identifier, the update module is configured to update the invalid identity list according to the invalid identifier.
Further, if the state of the induction cooker is changed from the power-out heating state to the pot-lifting state, the pot placed on the induction cooker may be moved away, or replaced with another pot, for example, the pots on another induction cooker are exchanged with the pot on the induction cooker, which may result in the change of the pot matched with the induction cooker. That is, after the status information of the induction cooker is changed from the power-off heating status to the pot-lifting status, the identifier that was previously invalid for the induction cooker may be valid, and therefore, the induction cooker may further include: a zero clearing module;
after the determination module 64 heats the cookware in the fine control mode according to the effective identifier, the judgment module 62 is further used for judging the working state of the induction cooker;
and the zero clearing module is used for clearing the invalid identification list when the working state of the induction cooker is changed into a pot lifting state.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the induction cooker provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, including: a wireless transceiver 71, a logic circuit assembly 72, a hot start switch 73, and a temperature controller 74.
The wireless transceiver 71 is connected to the logic circuit assembly 72, and is configured to receive wireless information sent by the pot, send a first gate signal to the logic circuit assembly 72 when receiving the wireless information, and send a second gate signal to the logic circuit assembly 72 when not receiving the wireless information, where the wireless information carries an identifier of the pot.
The wireless information may also include temperature data of the cookware detected by the temperature collector. The temperature data of the pot can be temperature data of the bottom of the pot or temperature data of liquid, gas or solid inside the pot. The temperature collector can be a temperature sensor or other devices capable of detecting temperature. The identification of the cookware is a code which can uniquely identify the cookware, and the like.
The first gate signal and the second gate signal may be binary values of two or more bits, for example, the first gate signal may be "00" and the second gate signal may be "01".
And the hot start switch 73 is connected with the logic circuit assembly 72 and is used for controlling the induction cooker to perform power-out heating operation and sending a third gate signal to the logic circuit assembly 72 when the induction cooker is closed, and controlling the induction cooker to perform heating stop operation and sending a fourth gate signal to the logic circuit assembly 72 when the induction cooker is opened.
Wherein, the working state of the induction cooker can comprise: a heating stop state, a power-out heating state, a pot lifting state and a standby state. Wherein, the heating stop state is the state that the induction cooker is started up and a cooker is arranged on the induction cooker but the induction cooker does not heat the induction cooker; the power output heating state is a state that the induction cooker is started up and is provided with a cooker and is heated by the induction cooker; the pot lifting state is a state after a pot on the induction cooker is lifted in a power-out heating state, and in the state, the induction cooker is started, no pot is arranged on the induction cooker, and the induction cooker does not heat the induction cooker; the standby state is a state when the induction cooker is in standby.
The third gate signal and the fourth gate signal may also be two-bit or multi-bit binary values, for example, the third gate signal may be "11" and the fourth gate signal may be "10".
And a logic circuit assembly 72, connected to the wireless transceiver 71, the hot start switch 73 and the temperature controller 74, for sending a first test signal to the hot start switch 73 to turn off the hot start switch 73 when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal, sending a second test signal to the hot start switch 73 to turn on the hot start switch 73 when receiving the second gate signal and the fourth gate signal after sending the first test signal, and sending a first control signal to the temperature controller 74 when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal after sending the second test signal.
Further, since a certain time is required for the alternating magnetic field of the pot and the rectification capacitor of the electromagnetic coil to decay, and the pot may periodically send wireless information when the electromagnetic coil is powered, the logic circuit component 72 may specifically control the hot start switch 73 or the temperature controller 74 when continuously receiving the first gate signal, the second gate signal, the third gate signal, or the fourth gate signal within a certain set time period.
The set certain time period can be determined according to the decay time of the alternating magnetic field and the rectifier capacitor of the electromagnetic coil of the cooker and the fixed period of the cooker for transmitting wireless information.
And the temperature controller 74 is used for heating the cooker in a fine control mode when receiving the first control signal.
Further, the induction cooker may further include: a pressure sensor and a standby switch;
a pressure sensor connected to the logic circuit assembly 72 for sending a fifth gate signal to the logic circuit assembly 72 when the pot is lifted;
the standby switch is connected with the logic circuit assembly 72 and is used for controlling the induction cooker to perform standby operation and sending a sixth gate signal to the logic circuit assembly when the induction cooker is closed;
the logic circuit assembly 72 is further configured to send a second control signal to the temperature controller when the first gate signal and the fifth gate signal are received, and/or when the first gate signal and the sixth gate signal are received, and/or when the first gate signal and the fourth gate signal are received, and/or when the second gate signal and the third gate signal are received.
In this embodiment, the induction cooker includes: the wireless transceiver provides the condition of receiving wireless information to the logic circuit assembly in the form of a gate signal, the hot start switch provides the condition of heating or stopping heating of the induction cooker in the form of the gate signal, so that the logic circuit assembly sends a test signal to the hot start switch according to the condition of receiving wireless information by the wireless transceiver and the condition of heating or stopping heating of the induction cooker in the form of the gate signal, and determines whether the induction cooker and a cooker are matched according to a test result, and sends a first control signal to the temperature controller when matching, so that the temperature controller heats the cooker in a precise control mode, thereby avoiding matching the induction cooker and the cooker before leaving a factory, and improving the production efficiency.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the induction cooker provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the induction cooker may further include: a numerical comparator 75, a memory 76, and a reader/writer 77;
the logic circuit component 72 is further connected to the value comparator 75, and is further configured to send a first trigger signal to the value comparator 75 when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal;
the memory 76 is connected to the reader/writer 77 and is configured to store a preset invalid identity list;
the reader-writer 77 is connected with the wireless transceiver 71, the memory 76 and the numerical comparator 75, and is used for reading out the identifications of the cookware received by the wireless transceiver 71 and transmitting the identifications to the numerical comparator 75, and reading out each identification in the invalid identity list in the memory 76 and transmitting the identification to the numerical comparator 75;
a numerical comparator 75 connected to the wireless transceiver 71, the logic circuit component 72, the reader/writer 77, and the temperature controller 74, for receiving the identity of the pot from the wireless transceiver 71, comparing the identity of the pot with each identity in the invalid identity list when receiving the first trigger signal, and if at least one identity in the invalid identity list is the same as the identity of the pot, the numerical comparator 75 sending a second control signal to the temperature controller 74;
the temperature controller 74 is also connected to the value comparator 75 and is also used to heat the pot in a non-fine control mode upon receiving a second control signal.
Further, the logic circuit assembly 72 is further connected to the reader/writer 77, and is further configured to send an update control signal to the reader/writer 77 when receiving the first gate signal and the fifth gate signal, and/or when receiving the first gate signal and the fourth gate signal, and/or when receiving the second gate signal and the third gate signal;
the reader 77 is further configured to add the identity of the cookware to the invalid identity list upon receiving the update control signal.
Further, if the state of the induction cooker is changed from the power-out heating state to the pot-lifting state, the pot placed on the induction cooker may be moved away, or replaced with another pot, for example, the pots on another induction cooker are exchanged with the pot on the induction cooker, which may result in the change of the pot matched with the induction cooker. That is, after the status information of the induction cooker is changed from the power-out heating status to the pot-up status, the previous invalid flag for the induction cooker may be valid, and therefore, the logic circuit component 72 is further configured to receive the fifth gate signal sent by the pressure sensor when the pot is lifted up;
the logic circuit component 72 is further configured to send a clear control signal to the reader/writer 77 when receiving a fifth gate signal for a preset number of times;
the reader 77 is further configured to clear the invalid identity list when receiving the clear control signal.
In this embodiment, the induction cooker includes: the wireless transceiver provides the condition of receiving wireless information to the logic circuit component in the form of a gate signal, the hot start switch provides the condition of heating or stopping heating of the induction cooker with the power output of the induction cooker to the logic circuit component in the form of the gate signal, so that the logic circuit component determines whether the identification of the cooker is invalid or not by inquiring an invalid identity list stored in the memory through the reader-writer according to the condition of receiving the wireless information by the wireless transceiver and the condition of heating or stopping heating of the induction cooker, if not, the logic circuit component sends a test signal to the hot start switch according to the condition of receiving the wireless information by the wireless transceiver and the condition of heating or stopping heating of the power output of the induction cooker, and determines whether the induction cooker is matched with the cooker according to the test result, send first control signal to temperature controller when matcing to make temperature controller carry out the heating of accurate accuse mode to the pan, thereby avoid leaving the factory and match electromagnetism stove and pan, improve production efficiency.

Claims (24)

1. A heating control method for a pot is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the electric heating device receives wireless information sent by the pot;
the electric heating device confirms electric heating device's heating method according to above-mentioned wireless information, if the pan is the pan that matches with electric heating device, then carries out the heating of accurate accuse mode, if the pan is the pan that mismatches with electric heating device, then carries out the heating of ordinary mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electric heating device is a wireless heating device, the pot is provided with a wireless power supply, and the pot sends the wireless information to the pot by using the power supply obtained by the wireless power supply.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the electric heating device records start time information of the electric heating, determines whether the wireless information received by the electric heating device includes the start time information of the electric heating, and if the start time information of the electric heating is consistent with the received start time information, the pot is matched with the electric heating device.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the electric heating device is turned off and the heating off time information is recorded, and if the electric heating device receives the heating off time information and the information is consistent with the recorded heating off time information, the heated pot is a pot matched with the electric heating device.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the electric heating device performs heating operation with power output and heating off operation for a plurality of times, and determines whether the heating time is consistent and the heating off time is consistent for a plurality of times, if the results of the plurality of times are consistent, the pot matched with the electric heating device is identified, and if the results of any one of the plurality of times are inconsistent, the pot unmatched with the electric heating device is identified.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the cookware carries identity information of the cookware itself and sends the identity information to the electric heating device, and the electric heating device judges whether the identity information conforms to the identity information pre-stored in the electric heating device.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the electric heating device alternately performs the heating-off operation and the heating-out operation, the pot transmits the signal for alternately performing the heating-off operation and the heating-out operation and the identity information to the electric heating device, the electric heating device determines whether the signal received by the electric heating device is consistent with the signal for alternately performing the heating-off operation and the heating-out operation and the identity information, and if so, the electric heating device is identified as the pot matched with the electric heating device.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the electric heating device stores the identity information of the matching pot with the electric heating device, and when receiving the signal of the pot next time, the electric heating device can quickly make a judgment whether the signal is sent by the matching pot.
9. A heating control method for a pot is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the induction cooker receives wireless information sent by a pot, wherein the wireless information carries an identifier of the pot;
the induction cooker judges the working state of the induction cooker;
if the working state of the induction cooker is a power-out heating state, the induction cooker sequentially performs heating stopping operation and power-out heating operation;
if the induction cooker does not receive the wireless information after the heating stopping operation is carried out and receives the wireless information after the power-out heating operation is carried out, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an effective identification, and carries out heating in a precise control mode on the cooker according to the effective identification.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein if the operating state of the induction cooker is the power-off heating state, before the induction cooker sequentially performs the heating stop operation and the power-off heating operation, the method further comprises:
the induction cooker judges whether a preset invalid identity list comprises the identification of the cookware;
if the invalid identity list comprises the identification of the cookware, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an invalid identification, and heats the cookware on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode;
and if the invalid identity list does not comprise the identification of the cookware, the induction cooker sequentially performs heating stopping operation and power output heating operation.
11. The method according to claim 9 or 10,
after the work state of the induction cooker is judged, the induction cooker further comprises: if the working state of the induction cooker is a standby state or a pot lifting state, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an invalid identification;
after the electromagnetism stove carries out stop heating operation and power heating operation in proper order, still include: if the induction cooker receives the wireless information after the heating stopping operation is carried out, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an invalid identification, and heating a cooker on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode; if the wireless information is not received after the heating stopping operation is carried out by the induction cooker and the wireless information is not received after the power-out heating operation is carried out, the induction cooker determines that the identification is an invalid identification and carries out non-precise control mode heating on the cooker on the induction cooker.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein after the induction cooker determines that the identifier is an invalid identifier, further comprising:
and the induction cooker updates the invalid identity list according to the invalid identification.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein after the heating the pot in the fine control mode according to the valid identifier, further comprising:
the induction cooker judges the working state of the induction cooker;
and if the working state of the induction cooker is changed into a pot lifting state, clearing the invalid identification list by the induction cooker.
14. An induction cooker, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving wireless information sent by a cooker, and the wireless information carries an identifier of the cooker;
the judging module is used for judging the working state of the induction cooker;
the control module is used for sequentially carrying out heating stopping operation and power output heating operation on the induction cooker when the working state of the induction cooker is a power output heating state;

the induction cooker is not used for receiving the wireless information after the heating stopping operation is carried out, and when the wireless information is not received after the power-out heating operation is carried out, the identification is determined to be an invalid identification, and the non-precision control mode heating is carried out on the cooker on the induction cooker.

the hot start switch is connected with the logic circuit assembly and is used for controlling the induction cooker to perform power-out heating operation and sending a third gate signal to the logic circuit assembly when the induction cooker is closed, and controlling the induction cooker to perform heating stop operation and sending a fourth gate signal to the logic circuit assembly when the induction cooker is disconnected;
the logic circuit assembly is connected with the wireless transceiver, the hot start switch and the temperature controller, and is used for sending a first test signal to the hot start switch to open the hot start switch when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal, sending a second test signal to the hot start switch to close the hot start switch when receiving the second gate signal and the fourth gate signal after sending the first test signal, and sending a first control signal to the temperature controller when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal after sending the second test signal;
and the temperature controller is used for heating the cookware in a fine control mode when receiving the first control signal.
20. The induction cooking hob according to claim 19, characterized in, that it further comprises: the device comprises a numerical comparator, a memory and a reader-writer;
the logic circuit component is also connected with the numerical comparator and is further used for sending a first trigger signal to the numerical comparator when receiving the first gate signal and the third gate signal;

the reader-writer is connected with the wireless transceiver, the memory and the numerical value comparator and is used for reading out the identification of the cookware received by the wireless transceiver and transmitting the identification to the numerical value comparator and reading out each identification in the invalid identity list in the memory and transmitting the identification to the numerical value comparator;
the numerical comparator is connected with the wireless transceiver, the logic circuit assembly, the reader-writer and the temperature controller, and is used for receiving the identification of the cookware from the wireless transceiver, comparing the identification of the cookware with each identification in the invalid identity list when receiving the first trigger signal, and sending a second control signal to the temperature controller if at least one identification in the invalid identity list is the same as the identification of the cookware;
the temperature controller is also connected with the numerical comparator and is also used for heating the cookware on the induction cooker in a non-precise control mode when receiving the second control signal.
21. The induction cooking hob according to claim 19 or 20, characterized in, that it further comprises: a pressure sensor and a standby switch;
the pressure sensor is connected with the logic circuit assembly and used for sending a fifth door signal to the logic circuit assembly when the cooker is lifted;
the standby switch is connected with the logic circuit assembly and is used for controlling the induction cooker to perform standby operation and sending a sixth gate signal to the logic circuit assembly when the induction cooker is closed;
the logic circuit assembly is further configured to send a second control signal to the temperature controller when the first gate signal and the fifth gate signal are received, and/or when the first gate signal and the sixth gate signal are received, and/or when the first gate signal and the fourth gate signal are received, and/or when the second gate signal and the third gate signal are received.

the reader-writer is further used for adding the identification of the cookware to the invalid identity list when the update control signal is received.
