技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆,具体是一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,属于电缆制造技术领域。
背景技术
为了实现电力传输和系统监控,目前的电力电缆和监测线路采用分别施工的方式,这样就需要进行多次施工。如申请公布号为CN106100001A的专利文献公开的一种非接触式电力传输系统,包括控制中心,用于监控、电力使用情况,并实时存储、分析数据资料;通信,用于实时传输电力使用情况及数据至控制中心;电力传输电缆,用于连接供电输入端,为用电设备供电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,该电缆同时实现电力传输和系统监控。
为了达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其包括主线芯导体,所述主线芯导体外挤包有绝缘层,所述绝缘层外设置有副线芯导体和通讯线,所述副线芯导体包括多根单丝,所述通讯线与副线芯导体一起同心式斜包在绝缘层外,所述通讯线与副线芯导体外挤包有外护套层。
主线芯导体:主线芯导体采用铝合金导体,与铜导体相比有如下几点主要优点:①铝合金导体密度小,重量轻,便于安装敷设。②具有低反弹、高柔韧性,容易弯曲,可以敷设在狭小的工作区域。③耐腐蚀,导体表面会形成致密的氧化物薄膜,耐受各种形式的化学腐蚀。
主线芯绝缘层:主线芯导体外挤包绝缘层,材料为交联聚乙烯。该材料击穿场强高,介质损耗小,绝缘电阻大。体型网状结构,大大提高了耐热性能,相同截面下电缆的载流量得以提高。绝缘颜色可根据工程及客户的要求生产。
副线芯导体:在主线芯绝缘层外进行铝合金单丝同心式斜包,铝合金单丝根数与单丝直径可以按照生产工艺调节,但是需要保证多根铝合金丝整体截面与主线芯导体标称截面保持一致,该结构为整根电缆提供了拉力保护。副线芯导体与绝缘材料、护套材料接触,所以无需挤出绝缘,大大节约了生产成本。
通讯线:两根通讯线与副线芯导体一起同心式斜包,减少了生产工序,实时监测电缆系统的使用情况。
外护套:外护套采用挤压方式的工艺,挤包一层聚氯乙烯(PVC),该材料可以根据电缆使用环境或者客户要求,增加耐油性能、防鼠防白蚁等特殊性能。颜色可以根据客户要求进行生产,耐紫外线不褪色,性能稳定。
本发明结构简单,一根电缆同时实现了电力传输和系统监控,避免了多次施工。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其包括主线芯导体1,所述主线芯导体1采用铝合金导体。
所述主线芯导体1外挤包有绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2材料为交联聚乙烯。
所述绝缘层2外设置有副线芯导体和两根通讯线,所述副线芯导体包括多根单丝3,具体地,所述副线芯导体为多根铝合金丝。所述通讯线包括通讯线导体4和通讯线绝缘5,所述通讯线绝缘5在通讯线导体4外。所述通讯线与副线芯导体一起同心式斜包在绝缘层2外。
所述通讯线与副线芯导体外挤包有外护套层6,所述外护套层6材料为聚氯乙烯。所述副线芯导体与外护套层6之间设置有撕裂绳7。
两根通讯线作为电缆的监测用线,实时反馈电缆系统的使用情况。最后挤出一层外护套层6,保护整根电缆不受外界机械损伤。该电缆可应用于民用电表系统,主线芯作为火线使用,斜包的多根铝合金丝作为零线使用来形成电流回路,斜包时增加通讯线,一根电缆同时解决了电力传输和系统监控的问题,避免了多次施工,同时护套下的撕裂绳便于施工时开缆。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于包括主线芯导体(1),所述主线芯导体(1)外挤包有绝缘层(2),所述绝缘层(2)外设置有副线芯导体和通讯线,所述副线芯导体包括多根单丝(3),所述通讯线与副线芯导体一起同心式斜包在绝缘层(2)外,所述通讯线与副线芯导体外挤包有外护套层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述主线芯导体(1)采用铝合金导体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)材料为交联聚乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述副线芯导体为多根铝合金丝(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套层(6)材料为聚氯乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述通讯线包括通讯线导体(4)和通讯线绝缘(5),所述通讯线绝缘(5)在通讯线导体(4)外。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述副线芯导体与外护套层(6)之间设置有撕裂绳(7)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自监测功能的同心导体电力电缆,其特征在于:所述通讯线为2根。
