Detailed Description
Aiming at the technical problem that differentiated object interaction cannot be provided for users of different group types in the related technology, the application provides a related solution: according to the predetermined group types, interaction conditions corresponding to the group types are respectively created for the interaction objects, so that when a user focusing on the interaction objects exists, the group types to which the user belongs can be identified, and the operations such as interaction and display of the interaction objects can be realized by adopting the interaction conditions matched with the group types, thereby the differentiation requirements among users of different group types can be met by the same online interaction platform, and differentiated object interaction for the users of different group types is realized.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of an object interaction system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, several electronic devices, such as a cell phone 13, a cell phone 14, a cell phone 15, a cell phone 16, a PC (personal host) 17, a PC18, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts, or the server 11 may be a cloud server. In the running process, the server 51 may run a program on the server side of an application to implement a relevant service function of the application, for example, when the server 51 runs a program of an online interaction platform, the online interaction platform may be borne, and the technical scheme of the present application improves the server 11 to solve the technical problem, so that the online interaction platform borne by the server 11 may provide differentiated object interactions for users of different group types.
The cell phone 13-16 or the PC17-18 is only one type of electronic device that can be used by a user. Indeed, it is obvious that the user may also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, palm top computers (PDAs, personal Digital Assistants), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., as this application is not limited. In the running process, the electronic device can run a program on the client side of an application, or load a corresponding webpage on a browser to realize related business functions, for example, when the electronic device runs a program of an online interaction platform or records the webpage of the online interaction platform in the browser, the online interaction platform can be logged in to realize related operations.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-16, PCs 17-18 and the server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the network 12 may include a public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) and the internet.
In an application scenario of "online interaction", users using an online interaction platform are divided into different roles: an object provider and a request initiator; the object provider is used for providing the interactive object, and the request initiator is used for initiating an interactive request, a browsing request and the like for the interactive object so as to realize interactive operation, browsing operation and the like for the interactive object. For example, the object provider may log in to the online interaction platform carried by the server 11 through the mobile phone 13-14 or the PC17, and add the description information of the interaction object to the online interaction platform, and after the request initiator logs in to the online interaction platform through the mobile phone 15-16 or the PC18, the request initiator may request to browse the description information of the interaction object, and further implement the object interaction operation for the interaction object. In the technical scheme of the application, the object provider can generate interaction conditions corresponding to different group types on the online interaction platform in advance for the interaction objects, so that after the request initiator logs in the online interaction platform, the online interaction platform can select specific interaction conditions suitable for the group types according to the group types and the concerned interaction objects to which the request initiator belongs, and corresponding object interaction operation is realized.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an object interaction method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to a server, which may be the server 11 shown in fig. 1; the method may comprise the steps of:
step 202, an interaction request initiated for an interaction object is received.
In this embodiment, the interactive request may be understood as a user request that there is an interactive intention for the interactive object, and is not necessarily used to confirm initiation of the interactive operation. For example, in one case, when a presentation request for a detail page of the interactive object is received, it is indicated that the request initiator focuses on the interactive object and wishes to know the details thereof, and thus it may be determined that an interactive request for the interactive object is received. In another case, when an add request to add the interactive object as an alternative interactive object is received, it is indicated that the request initiator is likely to initiate an interactive operation with respect to the interactive object, and thus it may be determined that an interactive request with respect to the interactive object is received. In yet another case, when an interactive confirm request for the interactive object is received, i.e. the request initiator confirms that an interactive operation for the interactive object is initiated, it may be determined that an interactive request for the interactive object is received.
In this embodiment, the server 11 only needs to carry one interaction platform, and the request originators of different group types respectively initiate corresponding interaction requests through the same interaction platform, without creating and maintaining different interaction platforms for different group types.
In this embodiment, each interactive object in the interactive platform corresponds to a unique stock unit, so that different commodities, different models (or other dimensions such as specifications, colors, capacities, etc.) of the same commodity, etc. can be effectively distinguished, and corresponding interactive requests are respectively initiated by the request initiator.
Step 204, determining the interaction condition matched with the group type in the interaction condition corresponding to the interaction object according to the group type of the request initiator corresponding to the interaction request.
In this embodiment, the group type to which the request initiator belongs is related to attribute information of at least one of the following dimensions of the request initiator: the region, occupation type, marital status, age group, sex, character tendency, religion belief type, etc.; of course, the group types may also be distinguished based on attribute information of other dimensions, which is not limited by the present application.
In this embodiment, different group types have personalized additional service requirements for the interactive object; wherein the interaction conditions associated with each group type match the additional service requirements corresponding to the respective group type. For example, when request sponsors of different community types initiate an interactive request for the same interactive object, the corresponding interactive conditions may contain different third type interactive conditions described below to correspond to the additional service requirements of the corresponding community types, respectively. Specifically, for example, if the U.S. buyer does not need the commodity return exchange service and the russian buyer does need the commodity return exchange service, then when the U.S. buyer and the russian buyer purchase the same commodity on the same interaction platform, the interaction platform provides a separate purchase opportunity for the commodity per se for the U.S. buyer, and the interaction platform provides a joint purchase opportunity for the commodity per se and the commodity return exchange service for the russian buyer; accordingly, the following first type of interaction conditions included in the interaction conditions may also be different, so that the commodity price that the us buyer views and pays only includes the selling price of the commodity itself (meanwhile, the us buyer cannot obtain the commodity return service), and the commodity price that the russian buyer views and pays includes not only the selling price of the commodity itself but also the service amount of the commodity return service (meanwhile, the russian buyer can obtain the commodity return service).
And 206, performing object interaction operation aiming at the interaction object according to the determined interaction condition.
In this embodiment, the determined interaction condition may include: the first type of interaction condition required to be met by the request initiator and the second type of interaction condition required to be met by the object provider of the interaction object. Wherein the first type of interaction condition may be related to at least one of: the number of interactive resources required to be provided by the request initiator, the kind of the interactive resources, the provision period of the interactive resources, etc.; and the second type of interaction condition may be associated with at least one of: the number of the interactive objects, the quality of the interactive objects, the provision deadlines of the interactive objects, etc. which are required to be provided by the object provider.
In this embodiment, the determined interaction conditions may further include, in addition to the first-type interaction condition and the second-type interaction condition, the following steps: a third type of interaction condition that needs to be met by a service provider of an additional service for the interaction object; wherein the service provider comprises at least one of the object provider and a stand-alone service provider. For example, a third type of interaction condition may be associated with at least one of: packaging effect for the interactive object, replacement rule for the interactive object, return rule for the interactive object, quality inspection rule for the interactive object, validity period of the additional service, etc.
In this embodiment, when performing the object interaction operation for the interaction object according to the determined interaction condition, if the determined interaction condition includes only the first type of interaction condition and the second type of interaction condition, or only the first type of interaction condition and the second type of interaction condition are considered, the object interaction operation may include: and acquiring the interactive resources meeting the first type of interactive conditions provided by the request initiator, and distributing at least part of the interactive resources to the object provider when the interactive objects meeting the second type of interactive conditions are provided to the request initiator by the object provider.
In this embodiment, when considering the third type of interaction condition included in the determined interaction condition, the interaction resource may include: a first portion corresponding to the interactive object and a second portion corresponding to the additional service; when the interactive object satisfying the second type of interaction condition is provided to the request initiator by the object provider, a first portion of the interactive resource is allocated to the object provider; and when the interactive object satisfying the second type of interaction condition is provided to the request initiator by the object provider, or the request initiator obtains the use right for the additional service, or the additional service is implemented, distributing the second part of the interactive resource to the service provider.
In this embodiment, a service rule may be invoked, where the service rule includes: the mapping relation between the additional service and the object, and the conversion relation between the condition influence factor corresponding to the additional service and at least one item of attribute information of the corresponding object; and then, matching the service rule with the interactive object, and when matched additional service exists, determining a third type of interaction condition corresponding to the interactive object according to the additional service matched with the interactive object on one hand, determining a corresponding condition influence factor according to the conversion relation corresponding to the interactive object on the other hand, and adjusting the first type of interaction condition corresponding to the interactive object through the condition influence factor.
It should be noted that: the interaction condition corresponding to each object can be pre-generated for subsequent calling and display; alternatively, the interaction conditions corresponding to each object may be generated in real-time to ensure real-time validity of the relevant data and information. According to various predefined scenes, processing modes adopted by each scene, such as scenes closely related to interactive operation, can be set, in order to ensure data accuracy and consistency, the real-time requirements are higher, and interactive conditions corresponding to objects can be generated in real time; for scenes with smaller interaction operation relationship, such as object searching scenes, the real-time requirement is lower, and pre-generated interaction conditions can be adopted to reduce the delay possibly caused by generating the interaction conditions in real time.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an object browsing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to a server, which may be the server 11 shown in fig. 1; the method may comprise the steps of:
in step 302, a browse request initiated for an interactive object is received.
In this embodiment, the server 11 only needs to carry one interaction platform, and the request originators of different group types respectively initiate corresponding browsing requests through the same interaction platform, without creating and maintaining different interaction platforms for different group types.
In this embodiment, each interactive object in the interactive platform corresponds to a unique stock unit, so that different commodities, different models (or other dimensions such as specifications, colors, capacities, etc.) of the same commodity, etc. can be effectively distinguished, and corresponding browsing requests are respectively initiated by the request initiator.
Step 304, returning, to the request initiator corresponding to the browsing request, browsing information related to the interactive object, where the browsing information includes an interaction condition of the interactive object, and the interaction condition is matched with a group type to which the request initiator belongs.
In this embodiment, the interaction conditions may include: when performing object interaction operation aiming at the interaction object, the request initiator needs to meet first-class interaction conditions; and when the object interaction operation is carried out, the object provider of the interaction object needs to meet the second type of interaction condition.
In this embodiment, in addition to the first-type interaction condition and the second-type interaction condition, the interaction conditions may further include: when the object interaction operation is carried out, a third type of interaction condition which is required to be met by a service provider of additional service aiming at the interaction object is carried out; wherein the service provider comprises at least one of the object provider and a stand-alone service provider. For example, a third type of interaction condition may be associated with at least one of: packaging effect for the interactive object, replacement rule for the interactive object, return rule for the interactive object, quality inspection rule for the interactive object, validity period of the additional service, etc.
In this embodiment, different group types have personalized additional service requirements for the interactive object; wherein the interaction conditions associated with each group type match the additional service requirements corresponding to the respective group type. For example, when request sponsors of different community types initiate an interaction request for the same interaction object, the corresponding interaction conditions may contain different interaction conditions of the third type described above to correspond to the additional service requirements of the corresponding community types, respectively. Specifically, for example, when the U.S. buyer does not need the commodity return and exchange service and the russian buyer does need the commodity return and exchange service, the interactive platform provides a separate purchase opportunity for the commodity per se for the U.S. buyer when the U.S. buyer and the russian buyer browse the same commodity on the same interactive platform, so that the commodity price browsed by the U.S. buyer only comprises the selling price of the commodity per se, and the interactive platform provides a joint purchase opportunity for the commodity per se and the commodity return and exchange service for the russian buyer, so that the commodity price browsed by the russian buyer not only comprises the selling price of the commodity per se but also comprises the service amount of the commodity return and exchange service.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an object searching method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the method is applied to a server, which may be the server 11 shown in fig. 1; the method may comprise the steps of:
In step 402, an object search request is received, where the object search request includes object description information.
In this embodiment, the server 11 only needs to carry one interaction platform, and the same interaction platform is used for searching the same interaction object for each group type; accordingly, although the resulting search result objects are the same, personalized interaction conditions are provided for target presenters of different community types without the need to create and maintain different interaction platforms for the different community types.
And step 404, searching the object description information through a search engine to obtain corresponding search result objects and interaction conditions corresponding to the search result objects.
In this embodiment, each interactive object in the interactive platform corresponds to a unique stock unit, so that different commodities, different models (or other dimensions such as specifications, colors, capacities, etc.) of the same commodity, etc. can be effectively distinguished, and each interactive object is searched by an object search request.
In this embodiment, when the online interaction platform wishes to push a message for a specific object, since the specific object that needs to be pushed is already known explicitly, the object ID of the specific object may be directly used to perform a single or batch search. Then, when the object description information is an object ID, searching the object ID in a metadata table through a first search engine; the metadata table contains description information of each object and corresponding interaction conditions.
In this embodiment, when the user wishes to perform the object search operation on the online interaction platform, only the keyword, the region where the object provider is located, and other object defining conditions can be input, so that when the object description information is the object defining condition, the second search engine searches the index information for the object defining condition; wherein the index information is generated based on the metadata table.
Step 406, determining an interaction condition matched with the group type in the interaction conditions corresponding to the search result object according to the group type to which the target display party of the search result object belongs.
In this embodiment, different group types have personalized additional service requirements for the search result object; wherein the interaction conditions associated with each group type match the additional service requirements corresponding to the respective group type. For example, when the same search result object is presented to target presenters of different group types, the corresponding interaction conditions may include different interaction conditions of a third type described below to respectively correspond to the additional service requirements of the corresponding group types. Specifically, for example, the U.S. buyer does not need the commodity return and exchange service, and the russian buyer does need the commodity return and exchange service, then the same interaction platform provides separate purchase opportunities for the commodity per se for the U.S. buyer and provides joint purchase opportunities for the commodity per se and the commodity return and exchange service for the russian buyer when the search result data of the same commodity are respectively pushed to the U.S. buyer and the russian buyer; accordingly, the first type of interaction condition included in the search result data may also be different, so that the commodity price that the us buyer views and pays only includes the selling price of the commodity (meanwhile, the us buyer cannot obtain the commodity return service), and the commodity price that the russian buyer views and pays includes not only the selling price of the commodity but also the service amount of the commodity return service (meanwhile, the russian buyer can obtain the commodity return service).
And step 408, sending search result data to the target presenter, wherein the search result data comprises the search result object and corresponding interaction conditions for presentation to the target presenter.
According to the technical scheme, the group type of the user can be identified, and the interaction condition matched with the group type can be selected according to the interaction object concerned by the user, so that the interaction, the display and the like of the corresponding interaction object can be realized according to the interaction condition, and when users of different group types use the same online interaction platform, the object interaction and the like can be completed based on the interaction condition matched with the group type of the user, and different online interaction platforms are not required to be respectively created and used, so that centralized management of data, resources and the like is facilitated, and the online interaction efficiency is greatly improved.
For easy understanding, the technical scheme of the application will be described by taking the "network transaction platform" in the online interaction platform as an example. On a network trading platform, multiple roles may be involved: the merchant serving as an object provider can provide an object which can be an entity or a virtual commodity, and the merchant can log in a network transaction platform borne by the server 11 through electronic equipment such as the mobile phone 13-14 or the PC17 and put the description information of the commodity on the network transaction platform; and, a buyer acting as a "request initiator" can log in the network transaction platform through the electronic device such as the mobile phone 15-16 or the PC18, and browse the description information of the goods put on shelf by the merchant, and the buyer and the merchant can implement the goods transaction operation for the goods (i.e. the "object interaction operation for the" object ") on the network transaction platform, i.e. the buyer purchases the put goods from the merchant; in addition, an administrator may be present at the server 11 to ensure smooth implementation of the commodity transaction operation and the like by configuring functions or rules of the network transaction platform.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a domain model of a network transaction platform according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, buyers on the network trading platform can be divided into several consumer groups; when a merchant creates a bid bill for goods, corresponding bid bills can be created for different consumer groups, wherein trade conditions related to trade achievement are defined in the bid bill, and the trade conditions relate to one or more of the dimensions of additional services, goods, inventory, freight charges, arrival information and the like. Then, by identifying the consumer group to which the buyer belongs, a sub-order (or other application scenario associated with the bid) for the good can be created by selecting the bid corresponding to that consumer group.
The consumer group can be defined by a network transaction platform or by merchants according to own requirements. Wherein the partitioning of the consumer group may be related to attribute information of at least one of the following dimensions: the region, occupation type, marital status, age group, sex, character tendency, religion belief type, etc.; of course, this application is not limited thereto. The attribute information of the dimension may be defined according to experience or demand, or may be obtained by analyzing big data of historical data of the network transaction platform, which is not limited in the present application.
Then, by selecting one or more items of attribute information of the dimension and assigning values to the attribute information of the selected dimension, a plurality of corresponding consumer groups can be obtained. For example, when dimensions such as "located region", "marital status", "belonging to age group", "gender", etc. are selected, it is assumed that "located region" includes country a, country B, "marital status" includes married, unmarked, "belonging to age group" includes 20-30 years old, 30-40 years old, 40 years old or older, "gender" includes male, female, various consumer groups may be obtained: wedding men in country a aged 20-30, unmarked women in country a aged 30-40, wedding women in country B aged 20-30, wedding men over 40 in country B, etc., are not listed here any more (as those skilled in the art will appreciate: in the above case, at most 2 x 3 x 2 = 24 consumer groups may be obtained).
The network transaction platform can limit all merchants to adopt a unified consumer group division scheme; alternatively, each merchant may employ a personalized consumer group partitioning scheme. For each consumer group adopted by the merchant, the merchant can configure corresponding bidding sheets, for example, when 24 consumer groups exist, the merchant can respectively configure corresponding 24 bidding sheets; of course, the same bidding orders may be employed between different consumer groups, and thus the number of bidding orders does not necessarily correspond to one-to-one consumer group.
As described above, the bid ticket defines the trade conditions required for trade to be achieved, and the trade conditions may include: the buyer needs to meet the first type of transaction conditions, the merchant needs to meet the second type of transaction conditions and the server needs to meet the third type of transaction conditions; where a facilitator refers to a provider of additional services for goods, the facilitator's role may be played by the merchant or by a specialized service provider independent of the merchant, which is not limiting in this application.
In an application scenario of the network transaction platform, a buyer completes a transaction with a merchant by paying money. Thus, a first type of transaction condition is often associated with currency, such as: the amount of money that the buyer needs to pay (money can be understood as the resources that the buyer provides during the interaction, and thus the amount of money is the amount of the interaction resources), the currency of the money (i.e. the kind of the interaction resources), the payment deadline (i.e. the period of provision of the interaction resources), etc. Whereas merchants offer goods during transactions, a second type of transaction conditions is associated with goods, such as: the number of goods that the merchant needs to offer (goods can be understood as objects that the seller provides during the interaction, and thus the number of goods is the number of interaction objects), the quality of the goods (i.e., the quality of the interaction objects), the delivery deadline of the goods (i.e., the delivery deadline of the interaction objects), etc. While the facilitator provides services to the goods, the services may include one or more of pre-sales services, in-process services, after-sales services, etc., while a third type of transaction condition relates to additional services, such as: the packing effect on the commodity, the replacement rule for the commodity, the return rule for the commodity, the quality inspection rule for the commodity, the effective period of the additional service and the like.
The merchant may create respective bid orders for different consumer groups and configure the different trade conditions involved in each bid order. The transaction condition related to the bidding document can be influenced by at least one dimension information such as the additional service, commodity, inventory, freight, and arrival information. The determination of the bidding document will be described below by taking dimensions of goods, additional services, and the like as examples.
For commodity dimensions:
in the commodity management process, the same commodity may have mutual differences due to different quantity, specification and the like, for example, mobile phones with the same brand and model may have multiple specifications with memory capacities of 32G, 64G, 128G and the like; to distinguish these handsets, as shown in fig. 6, a merchant may further divide each commodity by using SKU (Stock Keeping Unit, stock unit) to obtain a basic unit represented by SKU number, for example, a 32G handset of brand a 001 employs SKU1, a 64G handset of brand a 001 employs SKU2, etc., so as to effectively distinguish all commodities.
It will be appreciated that for each item offered by a merchant, there may be one or more SKUs (i.e., a quantitative relationship of "1" between the item and SKU, which means one or more). Further, for each SKU, the merchant may set one or more offers, where each offer may be accepted by one or more bidding sheets for affecting, for example, "the amount of money" in a first type of transaction condition, and so forth. Further, a merchant may configure a respective bid for each consumer group, and each bid may be assigned to one or more consumer groups, depending on the configuration rules that the merchant actually employs.
For the additional service dimension:
as shown in fig. 7, the network transaction platform may have one or more service providers, each of which may provide one or more additional services. The additional services may be determined by: the service definition is provided by the manager of the network transaction platform, i.e. it is determined which possible additional service types exist, and the corresponding terms of service are provided by the service provider for these additional service types, i.e. the rules for each additional service type are refined, so that a corresponding additional service is formed. For example, the network transaction platform may provide an additional service type corresponding to "mobile phone after-sales warranty service", e.g., the service definition may be "provide after-sales warranty service for_mobile phone, service fee is _, service period is _" ("_" indicates that the service provider is required to make up by service terms); the service provider may provide corresponding service terms for the additional service type, which is equivalent to configuring the vacancy parameters in the service definition, for example, the service terms may be defined in the following: "provide after-sales warranty service for A brand 001 model 32G mobile phone, service cost is 5% of mobile phone selling price, service period is 3 years; for A brand 001 model 128G mobile phone, providing after-sale warranty service, the service cost is 3% of the selling price of the mobile phone, the service period is 3 years … …, for X brand H01 model 128G mobile phone, the service cost is 200 yuan, the service period is 2 years … …', and the like. Then, based on the service definition and the service terms described above, an additional service of "after-sales warranty service" provided for the service provider can be obtained.
Then the merchant may bind one or more additional services to the good; wherein each additional service may be applied to one or more goods. The network transaction platform can form corresponding service rules, and the service rules are recorded with: the mapping relation between the additional service and the commodity and the conversion relation between the condition influence factor corresponding to the additional service and the specific attribute information of the corresponding commodity.
For example, assuming that a buyer wishes to purchase a brand 001 model 128G cell phone, if a merchant binds in advance the "after-sales warranty service" additional service for that cell phone, then based on the service rules described above, it may be determined that cell phone corresponds to the "after-sales warranty service" additional service; meanwhile, since the ' mobile phone after-sales service ' additional service provision ' provides after-sales service for a brand-A001 model 128G mobile phone, the service cost is 3% of the mobile phone selling price, and the service period is 3 years, so the condition influence factor of the additional service is the price influence factor of the ' currency amount ' in the first type transaction condition aiming at the buyer, the price influence factor is related to the specific attribute information of the commodity ' selling price ', and the conversion relationship between the price influence factor and the price influence factor is that the service cost is 3% of the mobile phone selling price; then, assuming that the selling price of the mobile phone is 3000 yuan, if the above additional service is not present, the amount of money required to be paid by the buyer is 3000, whereas if the above additional service is present, the amount of money required to be paid by the buyer is 3090, compared to the amount increased by the price influence factor is 3000×3+=90, that is, the buyer needs to pay 3090 yuan.
It can be seen that if a business creates two different bid sheets for two different consumer groups, respectively: the first order relates only to the A-brand 001 model 128G mobile phone itself, and does not relate to additional services, and the second order relates to both the A-brand 001 model 128G mobile phone and the "after-market handset warranty services" additional services. Therefore, when the consumer group to which the buyer belongs matches the first bidding bill, the amount of money the buyer needs to pay is 3000, and the buyer cannot enjoy the additional service; when the consumer group to which the buyer belongs matches the second bidding bill, the buyer needs to pay 3090 money, and can enjoy the additional service.
Of course, the condition influencing factors are not necessarily the price influencing factors, but may also relate to one or more other factors, such as quality of the commodity, refinement of the commodity package, after-market period of the commodity, etc., which are not limited in this application.
In the technical scheme of the application, the network trading platform can determine the bidding bill corresponding to the commodity in real time or near real time so as to ensure the accuracy of the trading conditions contained in the bidding bill. The real-time determination and the near real-time determination may be respectively applicable to different scenes, and are described below.
Real-time scene:
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of determining a bid order in real time as provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the manager sets corresponding service rules (or service templates) in the service template service provided by the server 11 for the additional service created in fig. 7 through the service template management operation, and records the service rules in the service library. The merchant can call commodity transaction link reading service to read commodity transaction links, commodity supply link reading service to read commodity supply links and commodity release service to release commodities through commodity management background and open platform, so that the released commodities can be recorded in a commodity library, detail information (such as page data of commodity detail pages) of the commodities is recorded in the detail library, and the multilingual library can be called to support different languages.
In other words, through the functions and the processes, the management side completes the setting of the service rule, and the merchant completes the release (i.e. putting on shelf) of the commodity, so that the buyer can log in the network transaction platform and browse the commodity released by the merchant. When the page browsed by the buyer is a predefined high-real-time demand page such as a commodity detail page, a shopping cart page, an ordering page and the like, or when the buyer initiates a browsing request aiming at the high-real-time demand page, the network transaction platform can call commodity bidding bill service, and the commodity bidding bill service respectively calls a service template service and a commodity transaction link reading service so as to calculate corresponding bidding bill in real time.
In one aspect, the commodity bidding bill service is used for determining whether related commodities of the high-real-time demand page have related service rules or not by calling the service template service. As shown in fig. 9, in a real-time scenario, the service library shown in fig. 8 may be specifically a service template configuration management system; after the service template service obtains the service rule set by the manager, the service rule can be generated into corresponding XML information (or other types of structured information) through the parsing engine, and the XML information is solidified into the service template configuration management system. Then, when the commodity order service calls the service template service for the related commodity, the service template service may read the solidified XML information from the service template configuration management system, parse the service template service into a service rule by the parsing engine, and then execute the service rule by the rule execution engine, so as to determine whether there is an additional service associated with the related commodity according to the "mapping relationship between the additional service and the commodity" contained in the service rule, and a conversion relationship between a condition influence factor corresponding to the additional service associated with the related commodity and specific attribute information of the related commodity.
On the other hand, the commodity bidding bill service is used for acquiring commodity information of the related commodity by calling the commodity trading link reading service, wherein the commodity information comprises the specific attribute information.
Therefore, the commodity bidding bill service can determine the bidding bill corresponding to the buyer in real time according to the information obtained from the service template service and the commodity transaction link reading service. The related goods may have a plurality of bidding sheets, and each bidding sheet may involve different additional services, so that: in one case, the commodity bidding bill service can respectively determine all bidding bills, and then respectively determine the consumer groups to which the corresponding buyers belong, such as commodity detail pages, shopping cart pages (or shopping cart systems), ordering pages (or ordering systems), and the like, which are transmitted in a transparent way, determine the bidding bill matched with the buyers, and return the bidding bill to a foreground application of the network transaction platform for displaying, for example, displaying the currency amount required to be paid by the buyers, the service content of additional services provided by a service provider, and the like on the commodity detail pages, the shopping cart pages, the ordering pages, and the like; in another case, the commodity bidding service may first determine the consumer group to which the buyer belongs, and determine only the bidding corresponding to the consumer group, so as to return to the foreground application of the network trading platform for display, which may reduce the calculation amount.
Quasi-real-time scene:
scene one: batch inquiry based on commodity ID
FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of determining a bid order in near real time as provided by one of the exemplary embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the data processing center may call a service template database and a commodity library; the service template database stores service rules (set by a manager in the service template service) acquired by the service template service shown in fig. 8-9, and the commodity library stores information related to commodities, such as description information of commodities, bidding sheets related to commodities, consumer groups related to commodities, and the like. The data processing center can read the service rules, information related to the commodity and the like from the service template database and the commodity library in an off-line mode in full and incremental mode.
The data processing center may then invoke the service rule execution plug-in to execute the service rule to determine additional services associated with each commodity, and a scaling relationship between a condition impact factor corresponding to the additional services associated with each commodity and the specific attribute information of the corresponding commodity, respectively. And the data processing center can further call a bid bill calculation plug-in to respectively determine the bid bill set by each commodity for different consumer groups. Further, the data processing center may store the determined metadata such as the bidding document and information related to the commodity into a summary (summary) engine, and form a corresponding metadata table in the summary engine, so that the metadata table records the mapping relationship among several dimensions such as the commodity ID, the consumer group, the bidding document, and the like.
When the server 11 receives the commodity recommendation command, that is, it wants to push the related information of a plurality of specific commodities to the target buyer, the batch inquiry commodity bidding service may initiate a batch inquiry request to the summarization engine according to the commodity ID and other information of the specific commodities contained in the commodity recommendation command, so that the summarization engine determines the corresponding commodity information and bidding according to the commodity ID. Further, the batch commodity inquiring bidding bill service invokes a matching plug-in to determine a bidding bill matched with a consumer group according to the consumer group to which the target buyer belongs. Of course, in other embodiments, the batch query commodity bid order service may also provide the commodity ID of the specific commodity and the consumer group to which the target buyer belongs to the summarization engine at the same time, so that the summarization engine directly determines the bid orders matching the commodity ID and the consumer group.
Scene II: commodity definition condition-based query
FIG. 11 is a schematic illustration of determining a bid order in near real time as provided by a second exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the data processing center forms the above-described metadata table in the digest engine in the same manner as the embodiment shown in fig. 10; further, an index formed based on a metadata table in the digest engine is recorded in the search engine.
The commodity searching bid list service receives a commodity searching request initiated by a buyer, wherein the commodity searching request comprises commodity limiting conditions input by the buyer on a network transaction platform, such as a searching keyword, an area where a merchant is located, a commodity price interval and the like, the commodity limiting conditions are transmitted to a search engine, and the search engine searches related target commodities and bid lists corresponding to the target commodities. Further, the search engine also determines the bidding document matched with the consumption group from the bidding document corresponding to the target commodity according to the consumption group to which the buyer belongs, so that the target commodity, the bidding document corresponding to the target commodity and matched with the consumption group to which the buyer belongs and other data are finally returned to the foreground application of the network transaction platform for sorting and displaying.
It should be noted that: in the embodiments shown in fig. 10 and 11, the data processing center can ensure the data accuracy of the metadata table in the digest engine as much as possible by updating data from the service template database and the commodity library periodically or non-periodically, while reducing the response delay to the commodity batch search or commodity query.
From the perspective of the seller of the commodity, a corresponding bid order can be configured for any commodity by an object configuration method as shown in fig. 12; wherein, the object configuration method may include the steps of:
Step 1202, a configuration request initiated by an object provider for an interactive object is received.
In this embodiment, the interaction object may be any commodity that the seller is about to issue or has issued; in other words, the seller can configure the bid for the commodity immediately before the commodity is released, or can reconfigure the bid for the commodity after the commodity has been released.
Step 1204, setting at least one group type associated with the interactive object according to group type setting information in the configuration request.
In this embodiment, the seller may set an associated group type for the commodity, such as when the group type is divided by "shipping address (ship to)", the group type may include a number of regions where the seller is associated to the commodity, such as "russia", "united states", "spanish", and so forth. Of course, other dimensions may be employed to divide the population types, which is not limiting in this application.
Step 1206, setting the interaction condition corresponding to the at least one group type according to the interaction condition setting information in the configuration request.
In this embodiment, the sellers may set associated bid orders for respective group types associated with the commodities, such as the aforementioned regions "russia", "united states", "spanish", etc. (as interaction conditions; of course, interaction conditions of other dimensions may also be employed, which is not limited in this application).
For example, the seller may set the group type and the interaction condition described above, respectively, through a setting interface such as that shown in fig. 13. As shown in fig. 13, the seller may set the associated regions for the goods including "united states", "russia", "spanish", "france", and "united kingdom", etc., and set a corresponding bid order for each region, respectively; the region can be a plurality of group types configured by the interaction platform in a default mode, sellers can directly use all group types configured by the default mode, partial group types in the default mode can be selected, and more group types can be added manually.
Different group types have personalized additional service requirements for the interactive objects; wherein the interaction conditions associated with each group type match the additional service requirements corresponding to the respective group type. Therefore, when setting a bid order for each region, the price floating ratio in the corresponding bid order can be adjusted based on the price of the commodity according to the additional service demand corresponding to each region. For example, the additional service requirement in the "united states" region is "no additional service required", and the price float ratio of the corresponding bidding document may be 0.00%, i.e., directly the commodity's own price $ dollar (USD) 100.00/piece "; the additional service requirement in the Russian area is 'commodity return service required', the price floating proportion of the corresponding bidding bill can be +5.00%, namely 5.00% floating based on the price of the commodity, and the actual price is 'dollar 105.00%'; the additional service requirement in the Spain area is that delivery is not needed, the price floating proportion of the corresponding bidding bill can be-5.00%, namely, the actual price is $ 95.00% by adjusting down 5.00% based on the price of the commodity; other areas are similarly, and are not listed here.
And 1208, performing association recording on the interaction object, the set group type and the set interaction condition.
In this embodiment, based on the above information recorded in association with the interaction platform, when buyers of different group types purchase the same item, corresponding item shopping can be realized based on personalized interaction conditions.
Assuming, for a piece of merchandise X (uniquely identified by SKU), the associated group types are divided into "united states", "russia", "spanish", etc. by region of "ship to", the embodiment illustrated in fig. 13, then as illustrated in fig. 14: when the user AA of "us", the user BB of "russia", and the user CC of "spanish" respectively log into the same interactive platform, assuming that the region of "ship to" is defaulted to the actual region of each user, even when these users all browse the same commodity X on the interactive platform, the price of the bid sheet on the interactive platform interface 1401 browsed by the user AA is "dollar 100.00/piece", the price of the bid sheet on the interactive platform interface 1402 browsed by the user BB is "lub (RUB) 5946.66/piece (equivalent to dollar 105.00/piece)", and the price of the bid sheet on the interactive platform interface 1403 browsed by the user CC is "EUR (EUR) 89.03/piece (equivalent to dollar 95.00/piece)". Accordingly, after the purchase is completed, the user AA obtains only the commodity X without obtaining additional services, the user BB obtains both the commodity X and the additional services of the commodity return, and the user CC does not enjoy the delivery-in service when obtaining the commodity X.
Fig. 15 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
