本发明公开了一种集成式LED灯具控制器挑臂,包括灯杆(1)、挑臂(2)、LED灯具(3)、LED灯具控制器(4)、LED灯模组(5),其特征在于:所述灯杆(1)顶部安装有LED灯具控制器(4),所示灯杆(1)上连接有挑臂(2),所示挑臂(2)上安装有LED灯具(3),所示LED灯具(3)壳体上安装有LED灯模组(5)。本发明具有散热效果好,LED灯具空间大,可有效避免LED灯具发生短路、烧毁。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成式LED灯具控制器挑臂。
背景技术
传统LED灯具控制器挑臂(如图1所示),包括灯杆、安装在灯杆顶部的装饰球、连接在灯杆上的挑臂、挑臂上设置的传统LED灯具和LED灯具上安装的控制器,还包括控制器旁边设有的LED灯模组。
传统LED灯具(如图2所示)会导致LED灯模组与外界接触面小,具有散热效果差的缺点;采用控制器安装在LED灯具上是设计,不仅占用灯具空间,而且LED灯具控制器外壳上的散热开孔,在下雨时可能会导致漏水,使雨水进入LED灯具内,从而有造成LED灯具短路、烧毁的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有散热效果好, LED灯具空间大,可有效避免LED灯具发生短路、烧毁的集成式LED灯具控制器挑臂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种集成式LED灯具控制器挑臂,包括灯杆、挑臂、LED灯具、LED灯具控制器、LED灯模组,其特征在于:所述灯杆顶部安装有LED灯具控制器,所示灯杆上连接有挑臂,所示挑臂上安装有LED灯具,所示LED灯具壳体上安装有LED灯模组。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明采用LED灯模组安装在灯具壳体上可大大提高LED模组与外界接触,解决散热问题,具有散热效果好的优点。
2、本发明的LED灯具控制器外设在灯杆上可节省LED灯具空间,同时可防止LED灯具控制器外壳上的散热开孔,在下雨时漏水,使雨水进入LED灯具内,造成LED灯具短路、烧毁。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例作详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
参见图1、图2、图3与图4所示,一种集成式LED灯具控制器挑臂,包括灯杆1、挑臂2、LED灯具3、LED灯具控制器4、LED灯模组5,所述灯杆1顶部安装有LED灯具控制器4,所示灯杆1上连接有挑臂2,所示挑臂2上安装有LED灯具3,所示LED灯具3壳体上安装有LED灯模组5。
本发明的设计原理:采用将LED灯具控制器4设置在灯杆1上和LED灯模组5设置在LED灯具3壳体上的设计,节省了LED灯具3的空间,从而提高了LED灯模组5与外界接触,解决了散热问题,同时可防止LED灯具控制器4外壳上的散热开孔,在下雨时漏水,使雨水进入LED灯具3内,造成LED灯具3短路、烧毁。
综上所示,本发明具有散热效果好, LED灯具空间大,可有效避免LED灯具发生短路、烧毁。
