Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hoisting devices for continuously hoisting loads, in particular to anchor rod construction equipment integrating drilling and installation and a using method thereof.
Background
The soil layer uplift anchor rod is generally designed to be provided with a reinforcement cage in the vertical direction so as to achieve the best uplift effect. In actual construction, anchor rod drilling needs to be carried out to a rock stratum, so that a steel reinforcement cage can be very long (as long as more than ten meters to more than twenty meters), and when the anchor rod is designed to be composed of a plurality of bundles of steel reinforcements, the anchor rod steel reinforcement cage required to be installed is large (the diameter of the anchor rod steel reinforcement cage reaches 100mm to 220 mm) and long, manual operation cannot be adopted due to vertical installation, and a crane needs to be additionally arranged. Because the bottom of the uplift anchor rod needs to be anchored into the rock stratum, the rock breaking construction time is longer along with the increase of the rock stratum hardness, the crane has to be idle for a long time, and the construction cost is increased.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide lifting equipment which is simple in structure, convenient to use, reliable in lifting and cost-saving, the invention discloses anchor rod construction equipment integrating drilling and installation and a using method thereof.

c. vertical rod: tying the reinforcement cage on the lifting hook, starting the winch, and lifting and fixing the reinforcement cage in the anchor rod fixing hole.
When the steel wire rope truss is used, the diameter of the steel wire rope and the height of the truss are determined by calculation of safety calculation software after factors such as self weight, weight and length of a steel reinforcement cage, wind load and the like are comprehensively considered.
The invention solves the problem of mounting the large and long reinforcement cages in the uplift anchor rod, reduces the expensive cost of a crane in use, and has the following characteristics:
1. the original use function of the anchor rod drilling machine is not influenced;
2. the cost for additionally arranging mechanical equipment such as a crane, a tower crane and the like is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced;
3. the entering quantity of the equipment is reduced, and the construction site is kept clean and tidy.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: simple structure, convenient use, reliable hoisting and cost saving.

an engine 12 and an operation room 13 are arranged on the vehicle body 11, wheels 14 are rotatably arranged at the lower part of the vehicle body 11, and the engine 12 is connected with the wheels 14 through a transmission mechanism;
a bracket 15 is vertically fixed at the front end of the vehicle body 11, the bracket 15 and the vehicle body 11 are supported by a hydraulic support rod 16, the rear half part of a drag chain 17 is arranged in the bracket 15, the front half part of the drag chain 17 is arranged outside the bracket 15, and a drill bit 18 is fixed at the front end of the drag chain 17;
four corners of the vehicle body 11 are respectively provided with a hydraulic jacking cylinder 19, the cylinder body of the hydraulic jacking cylinder 19 is fixed on the vehicle body 11, and the moving end of the piston rod of the hydraulic jacking cylinder 19 penetrates through the vehicle body 11 and faces downwards;
a control rod is arranged in the control chamber 13 and is respectively connected with the engine 12, the drill bit 18 and the hydraulic jacking oil cylinder 19;
the hoisting device 2 is shown in fig. 2: comprises a winch 21, a truss 22, a fixed pulley 23 and a stay cable 24,

the truss 22 is vertically arranged, the bottom of the truss 22 is provided with a connecting piece 221, the top of the truss 22 is horizontally provided with a horizontal bracket 222, the outer end of the horizontal bracket 222 extends out of the outer side face of the truss 22, a diagonal brace 223 is fixed between the horizontal bracket 222 and the outer side face of the truss 22, and the fixed pulley 23 is rotatably arranged at the outer end of the horizontal bracket 222;
the winch 21 is fixed in the truss 22, the inner end of the steel wire rope 212 is fixed on the winch 21, the steel wire rope 212 is led out from the winch 21 and then wound in a pulley groove of the fixed pulley 23, the outer end of the steel wire rope 212 is fixed with a lifting hook 213, and a control lever connected with the winch 21 is further arranged in the control cabin 13;
the hoisting device 2 is fixed on the top of the bracket 15 through a connecting piece 221 at the bottom of the truss 22, and two ends of the stay cable 24 are respectively connected with the top of the truss 22 and the vehicle body 11.

b. drilling: the drill bit 18 is started through the drag chain 17 to drill holes on the ground at the anchor rod drilling operation position, and anchor rod fixing holes are drilled;
c. vertical rod: the reinforcement cage is tied to the hook 213, and the hoist 21 is started to hoist and fix the reinforcement cage in the anchor rod fixing hole.
When the steel wire rope is used in the embodiment, the diameter of the steel wire rope 212 and the height of the truss 22 are determined by calculation of safety calculation software after factors such as self weight, weight and length of the steel reinforcement cage, wind load and the like are comprehensively considered.

the hoisting device (2) comprises a winch (21), a truss (22), a fixed pulley (23) and a stay cable (24),
