本发明公开了一种抗静电增强型复合PVC板材,为多层复合结构,由下至上分别为基材、PVC压延片、花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片、UV涂层,UV涂层为含有石墨烯的抗静电UV涂层,基材中添加玻纤布;进一步改进在于:所述UV涂层中含有采用共价键修饰方法修饰的石墨烯。本发明具有较好抗静电特性,且具有较高结构强度和韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种复合PVC板材。
背景技术
现有复合PVC板材具有无甲醇、防腐蚀、重量轻、隔音、隔热等特点,在装饰行业得到越来越多的应用,但在存在着下列缺陷:抗静电性能差,结构强度、韧性差,限制了复合PVC板材的使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种具有较好抗静电特性,且具有较高结构强度和韧性的抗静电增强型复合PVC板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗静电增强型复合PVC板材,为多层复合结构,由下至上分别为基材、PVC压延片、花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片、UV涂层,其改进之处在于:所述UV涂层为含有石墨烯的抗静电UV涂层,基材中添加玻纤布。
进一步改进在于:所述UV涂层中含有采用共价键修饰方法修饰的石墨烯。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、UV涂层为含有石墨烯的抗静电UV涂层,使得本发明具有较好抗静电特性;基材中添加玻纤布,增加了PVC复合材料的结构强度和韧性,也显著减少热胀冷缩变形。
2、UV涂层含有采用共价键修饰方法修饰的石墨烯,进一步提高抗静电特性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
抗静电增强型复合PVC板材,为多层复合结构,由下至上分别为基材、PVC压延片、花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片、UV涂层, UV涂层为含有石墨烯的抗静电UV涂层,本实施例中,UV涂层中含有采用共价键修饰方法修饰的石墨烯,基材中添加玻纤布。

1.一种抗静电增强型复合PVC板材,为多层复合结构,由下至上分别为基材、PVC压延片、花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片、UV涂层,其特征在于:所述UV涂层为含有石墨烯的抗静电UV涂层,基材中添加玻纤布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电增强型复合PVC板材,其特征在于:所述UV涂层中含有采用共价键修饰方法修饰的石墨烯。
