Abstract
本发明涉及一种以浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液为基液的棉花叶面肥,由如下质量‑体积浓度的原料制备而成:尿素硝铵溶液12~18g/L、液体聚磷酸铵180~220g/L、硝酸钾60~100g/L、四水八硼酸钠115~135g/L、EDTA鳌合锌115~135g/L、聚天门冬氨酸12~18g/L、氨基寡糖素4~10g/L、胺鲜酯3~9g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。本发明所述的叶面肥,通过添加浓缩鸡粪发酵液和其他有效物质,可以快速补充棉花蕾期和初花期的氮、磷、钾和硼、锌等矿质营养,促进棉花生长发育、促进花芽分化、协调营养生长与生殖生长,还具有抗病降低虫害等多种作用,施用后可提高棉花产量和品质。

技术领域
本发明属于肥料领域,尤其涉及一种以浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液为基液的棉花叶面肥。
背景技术
沼液是以牛、猪、鸡、兔等畜禽粪便为原料在沼气池内经恒温厌氧发酵产生沼气后的残留液,沼液中含有植物生长发育所必需的氮、磷、钾和中微量矿质营养元素及腐植酸、氨基酸、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、维生素、糖类、核酸等生物活性物质,是一种可利用的肥料资源。但沼液也含有一些污染成分,如直接排放会造成土壤、水体和地下水污染,而通过建设处理设施进行达标处理又导致建设运行费用大大增加;沼液营养成分含量低,运输成本高,直接作为液体肥料使用的经济价值也不高。因此,沼液的无害化处理和资源化利用是我国畜禽养殖企业面临的一项重要问题。针对沼液量大、处理成本高、储存运输困难和营养物质含量偏低等问题,采用多级膜处理技术对沼液进行浓缩,提高沼液中矿质元素和有机活性物质的含量,使沼液体积大大降低,降低运输成本;同时也可根据不同作物的营养需求在浓缩沼液中添加适当的营养成分,制成较高浓度的液体水溶肥料,如叶面肥、滴灌肥等,是沼液无害化处理和资源利用的有效途径。
专利CN101602626以沼液浓缩液为基液的玉米黄腐酸多元复合液体基肥和专利CN101602625以沼液浓缩液为基液的水稻黄腐酸多元复合液体基肥,二者均是以沼液浓缩液为基液通过添加聚磷酸铵、尿素、氯化钾、硼砂、七水硫酸锌、黄腐酸、悬浮剂而制成的分别用于玉米种肥或播前冲施肥和水稻插秧前的冲施肥。专利CN101550039含沼液的液体肥料及其使用方法,是利用沼液浓缩液与氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锌、硼、钼、铜、锰肥料及柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、吐温80混合而配制成的肥料,主要用于无土栽培营养液和叶面肥。专利CN101402530一种用沼液制备有机液肥的方法及设备,包括微絮凝、连续微滤、纳滤、营养调配、消毒和包装处理6个步骤,但对于产品营养调配步骤中添加的原料未做说明。
上述以浓缩沼液为基液配制的液体水溶肥,比直接施用沼液,更有利于促进作物生长发育,具有一定的增产效果。但专利CN101602626和CN101602625分别适用于玉米和水稻基肥;专利CN101550039是一种全营养肥料,作物针对性不强;专利CN101402530添加的营养成分不明。经检索,尚未发现针对棉花蕾期、初花期生长发育和需肥特点的以浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液为基液的叶面肥。
发明内容
为了解决鸡粪发酵沼液的农业利用问题,本发明针对棉花蕾期和初花期养分需求及生长发育特点,提供一种适于棉花蕾期、初花期叶面喷施的叶面肥。
所述叶面肥由如下质量-体积浓度的原料制备而成,尿素硝铵溶液12~18g/L、液体聚磷酸铵180~220g/L、硝酸钾60~100g/L、四水八硼酸钠115~135g/L、EDTA鳌合锌115~135g/L、聚天门冬氨酸12~18g/L、氨基寡糖素4~10g/L、胺鲜酯3~9g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
优选的,所述浓缩鸡粪发酵液中有机质24~26g/L、铵态氮0.9~1.1g/L、硝态氮1.6~1.8g/L、P2O5 4.5~4.8g/L、K2O 36~39g/L,钙145~150mg/L、镁3~3.3mg/L、铁26~29mg/L、硼17.5~19.5mg/L、铜0.008~0.012mg/L、锌0.5~0.7mg/L,腐植酸9~11g/L、游离氨基酸0.8~1.2g/L、吲哚乙酸29~31μg/L和赤霉素45~47μg/L。
进一步优选的,所述浓缩鸡粪发酵液由如下方法制备得到:
1)将以鸡粪为主要原料的厌氧发酵沼液先在调节池内进行沉淀、过滤,得沼液清液;
2)将所述清液在温度为25-30℃的条件下,在酸化水解池内进行酸化水解,分解沼液清液中的有机大分子,得处理后的沼液清液;
3)将处理后的沼液清液先经30目的精密过滤器进行过滤,再利用超滤膜对其进行超滤处理,得到超滤浓液和超滤清液;将所述超滤清液经精密过滤器后,在纳米过滤原料箱经纳米过滤膜进行纳滤处理,得到纳滤浓液和纳滤清液,将纳滤浓液浓缩至原体积的四分之一;纳滤清液经过精密过滤器后,进入只允许氨氮和水通过的反渗透膜,得到反渗透浓液和反渗透清液,将所述反渗透浓液浓缩至原体积的三分之一;
4)将纳滤浓缩液及反渗透膜处理后浓缩液按一定比例混合即得浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液成品。
某一优选实例中,所述浓缩鸡粪发酵液中有机质25.1g/L、全氮2.76g/L(其中铵态氮1.06g/L、硝态氮1.7g/L)、P2O5 4.65g/L、K2O37.39g/L,钙147.03mg/L、镁3.11mg/L、铁27.87mg/L、硼18.45mg/L、铜0.01mg/L、锌0.62mg/L,腐植酸10.2g/L、游离氨基酸1.0g/L、吲哚乙酸30.14μg/L、赤霉素45.74μg/L。
优选的,所述尿素硝铵溶液中,所述尿素硝铵溶液中,
尿素含量为34%,硝酸铵含量为44%,含氮量30%,盐析温度-10℃;
或尿素含量32%,硝酸铵含量为41%,含氮量28%,盐析温度-18℃;
或尿素含量37%,硝酸铵含量47%,含氮量32%,盐析温度-2℃。
以上尿素硝铵溶液根据应用环境的不同进行选择。
优选的,所述液体聚磷酸铵的制备方法为:
将热法制备得到的磷酸浓缩成过磷酸,与氨反应生成聚磷酸铵,加水冷却生成品级为N-P2O5-K2O=11-37-0或N-P2O5-K2O=11-44-0的液体聚磷酸铵;
或将湿法制备得到的磷酸浓缩成过磷酸,与氨反应生成聚磷酸铵,加水冷却生成品级为N-P2O5-K2O=10-34-0的液体聚磷酸铵;
优选的,所述液体聚磷酸铵的聚合度为2~10。
优选的,所述硝酸钾中,硝态氮含量13%,氧化钾含量46%;
优选的,所述四水八硼酸钠中,硼含量20.5%;
优选的,所述EDTA鳌合锌,锌含量≥15%;
优选的,所述聚天门冬氨酸中,聚天门冬氨酸的纯度为20%;
作为一种优选方案,所述棉花叶面肥由如下质量-体积浓度的原料组成:尿素硝铵溶液13~16g/L、液体聚磷酸铵190~210g/L、硝酸钾70~90g/L、四水八硼酸钠120~125g/L、EDTA鳌合锌120~125g/L、聚天门冬氨酸14~16g/L、氨基寡糖素6~8g/L、胺鲜酯5~7g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
作为最佳的实施方案,本发明所述的叶面肥,由如下质量-体积浓度的原料组成:
尿素硝铵溶液15g/L、液体聚磷酸铵200g/L、硝酸钾80g/L、四水八硼酸钠125g/L、EDTA鳌合锌125g/L、聚天门冬氨酸15g/L、氨基寡糖素7g/L、胺鲜酯6g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
本发明所述叶面肥的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液置于搅拌罐内,加入四水八硼酸钠,不断搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)再边搅拌边依次加入液体聚磷酸铵、EDTA鳌合锌、硝酸钾、尿素硝铵溶液、聚天门冬氨酸、氨基寡糖素和胺鲜酯;
(3)最后用浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液定容,搅拌均匀,使所有原料完全溶解,即得所述棉花叶面肥。
本发明的另一目的是保护所述叶面肥在棉花生产中的应用。
优选的,所述叶面肥尤其适于在棉花蕾期和初花期施用。
进一步地优选,在棉花蕾期每亩的施用量为55~65mL,在初花期每亩用量分别为85~95mL;且在棉花蕾期每亩的施用量为60ml,在初花期每亩用量为90ml时效果最佳;
具体的,在施用的过程中,将所述叶面肥稀释500倍后进行叶面喷施。
本发明所述的叶面肥具有如下有益效果:
(1)以浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液为基液,基液中有机质、氮磷钾和中微量元素及腐植酸、氨基酸、核酸、糖类、维生素B12、抗生素、丁酸、吲哚乙酸和赤霉素等天然生物活性物质含量高,具有刺激棉花生长和控制病害的双重作用;基液中的氨、铵盐和抗生素,能抑制和封闭棉蚜、红蜘蛛等病虫害的呼吸系统,从而具有驱虫、杀虫、杀菌的作用。
(2)所用磷源肥料液体聚磷酸铵不仅溶解度高,而且与金属离子相容性好,不易与液肥中的钙、镁、锌、铁等金属离子反应而使磷酸根失效;还具有螯合金属离子的作用,可提高锌、锰等微量元素的活性;聚磷酸铵溶液可以在叶面上维持几天供叶片吸收,而不致蒸干或晶析。棉花叶面肥的氮素来源于尿素硝铵铵溶液、硝酸钾和液体聚磷酸铵,将三种氮源集中于一种产品,可以发挥各种氮源的优势,硝态氮和铵态氮可以提供即时的氮源,棉花可快速吸收利用;酰胺态氮尿素在棉花体内转化需要时间,可发挥较长的作用。
(3)本棉花叶面肥中磷、硼、锌含量相对较高,适于棉花蕾期(营养生长和生殖生长并进)和初花期(营养生长和生殖生长两旺)叶面喷施。磷素可促进棉花根系发育和花芽分化,加速棉株营养生长向生殖生长的转化;硼锌可促进棉花生殖器官发育,防止因缺硼出现“蕾而不花”,缺锌出现“花而不实”。
(4)本棉花叶面肥添加的聚天门冬氨酸是一种水溶性仿生聚合物,作为作物养分吸收促进剂,可有效地促进棉花对营养元素的吸收;氨基寡糖素可刺激棉花生长,诱导棉花的抗病性,可对多种真菌、细菌和病毒产生免疫和杀灭作用,对多种棉花病原菌也具有一定程度的直接抑制作用。胺鲜酯(DA-6)能提高棉花过氧化物酶和硝酸还原酶的活性,提高叶绿素的含量,加快光合速度,促进棉花细胞的分裂和伸长,促进根系的发育,调节体内养分的平衡。
(5)综上所述,本棉花叶面肥具有快速补充棉花蕾期和初花期的氮磷钾和硼锌等矿质营养及促进棉花生长发育、促进花芽分化、协调营养生长与生殖生长和抗病降低虫害等多种作用,施用后可提高棉花产量和品质。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
原料:尿素硝铵溶液18g/L、液体聚磷酸铵180g/L、硝酸钾100g/L、四水八硼酸钠115g/L、EDTA鳌合锌135g/L、聚天门冬氨酸12g/L、氨基寡糖素10g/L、胺鲜酯3g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
制备方法:先将浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液600ml置于搅拌罐内,加入四水八硼酸钠115g,不断搅拌至完全溶解;再边搅拌边依次加入液体聚磷酸铵180g、EDTA鳌合锌135g、硝酸钾100g、尿素硝铵溶液18g、聚天门冬氨酸12g、氨基寡糖素10g、胺鲜酯3g;最后用浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液定容到1L,搅拌均匀,使所有原料完全溶解,装桶即得所述棉花叶面肥。根据生产量可相应乘以使用原料的倍数即可。
实施例2

实施例3

制备方法:先将浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液600ml置于搅拌罐内,加入四水八硼酸钠135g,不断搅拌至完全溶解;然后边搅拌边依次加入液体聚磷酸铵220g、EDTA鳌合锌115g、硝酸钾60g、尿素硝铵溶液12g、聚天门冬氨酸18g、氨基寡糖素4g、胺鲜酯9g;最后用浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液定容到1L,搅拌均匀,使所有原料完全溶解,装桶即得所述棉花叶面肥。根据生产量可相应乘以使用原料的倍数即可。

在初花期和蕾期直接施用清水对照。

棉农常用的叶面肥:蕾期叶面喷施0.2%硼砂+0.1%一水硫酸锌;初花期叶面喷施1%尿素+0.5%磷酸二氢钾。

试验例1大田试验
试验于2017年在河北省威县枣园乡东张村进行,土壤类型为潮土,质地为砂壤,耕层土壤有机质7.35g/kg、全氮0.44g/kg、碱解氮46.7mg/kg、速效磷(P)19.2mg/kg、速效钾(K)102.4mg/kg、有效硼0.62mg/kg和有效锌0.71mg/kg,土壤速效磷含量高,速效钾中等,有机质、全氮、碱解氮、硼和锌含量均低。
分别喷施对比例1~3和实施例2所述棉花叶面肥(蕾期和初花期每亩用量分别为60、90ml,稀释500倍叶面喷施)。试验地棉花犁地前基施复合肥(15-15-15)50kg/亩,花铃期追施尿素16kg/亩。棉花品种为冀228,采用地膜覆盖种植方式,其它管理措施同大田。试验结果表明,与清水对照相比,棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液和本发明叶面肥分别增产3.4%、2.9%和9.4%,其中喷施本发明叶面肥分别比棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液增产5.8%和6.3%;喷施本发明叶面肥,能够增加单株成铃数,尤其是增加了上部3个果枝的成铃数。喷施本发明叶面肥的棉纤维长度比清水对照提高0.2mm,其它纤维品质指标强度、马克隆值、整齐度和生长率二者接近。7月15日调查结果,施用本发明叶面肥比清水对照处理的黄萎病发病株率降低5个百分点
(分别为4%和9%),伏蚜量降低18.2%。
试验例2大田试验
试验于2017年在江西省九江市江西省棉花研究所试验农场进行,土壤类型为灰潮土,质地为轻壤,耕层土壤有机质17.3g/kg、全氮1.12g/kg、碱解氮58.6mg/kg、速效磷(P)12.9mg/kg、速效钾(K)128.5mg/kg、有效硼0.48mg/kg和有效锌0.62mg/kg,土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量高,碱解氮和硼、锌含量均低。
分别喷施对比例1~3和实施例2所述棉花叶面肥(蕾期和初花期每亩用量分别为60、90ml,稀释500倍叶面喷施)。试验结果表明,与清水对照相比,棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液和本发明叶面肥分别增产3.6%、2.7%和8.0%,其中喷施本发明叶面肥分别比棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液增产4.2%和5.1%;喷施本发明叶面肥能够减少蕾铃脱落,增加单株成铃数。且叶面喷施本发明叶面肥棉纤维长度、强度、整齐度分别比清水对照提高0.5mm、0.3cN/tex和1个百分点,马克隆值和生长率二者接近。7月13日调查结果,施用本发明叶面肥比清水对照处理的黄萎病发病株率降低4个百分点(分别为4%和8%),伏蚜量降低15.3%。
试验例3大田试验
试验于2017年在新疆生产建设兵团第一师12团农技推广站试验地进行,土壤类型为灌耕棕漠土,质地为轻壤,耕层土壤有机质8.9g/kg、全氮0.59g/kg、碱解氮34.7mg/kg、速效磷(P)38.1mg/kg、速效钾(K)176mg/kg、有效硼1.84mg/kg和有效锌0.55mg/kg,土壤速效磷、速效钾含量极高,有效硼高,有机质、全氮、碱解氮和有效锌含量均低。
分别喷施对比例1~3和实施例2所述棉花叶面肥(蕾期和初花期每亩用量分别为60、90ml,稀释500倍叶面喷施)。试验地棉花犁地前基施尿素15kg/亩,重过磷酸钙15kg/亩,硫酸钾10kg/亩。花铃期共滴施尿素35kg/亩,工业级磷酸一铵7kg/亩,硫酸钾15kg/亩。棉花品种为中棉所49,采用超宽膜覆盖种植方式,其它管理措施同大田。试验结果表明,与清水对照相比,棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液和本发明叶面肥分别增产2.0%、1.1%和5.5%,其中喷施本发明叶面肥分别比棉农常用的叶面肥、浓缩沼液增产3.4%和4.4%;叶面喷施本发明叶面肥,能够增加棉株株高,增加单株成铃数和铃重。叶面喷施本发明叶面肥的棉纤维长度、强度分别比清水对照提高1.3mm、1.5cN/tex,马克隆值、整齐度和生长率二者接近。7月15日调查结果,施用本发明叶面肥比清水对照处理的黄萎病发病株率降低5个百分点(分别为6%和11%),伏蚜量降低17.4%。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种以浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液为基液的棉花叶面肥,其特征在于,由如下质量-体积浓度的原料制备而成:
尿素硝铵溶液12~18g/L、液体聚磷酸铵180~220g/L、硝酸钾60~100g/L、四水八硼酸钠115~135g/L、EDTA鳌合锌115~135g/L、聚天门冬氨酸12~18g/L、氨基寡糖素4~10g/L、胺鲜酯3~9g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叶面肥,其特征在于,所述浓缩鸡粪发酵液中包括有机质24~26g/L、铵态氮0.9~1.1g/L、硝态氮1.6~1.8g/L、P2O5 4.5~4.8g/L、K2O 36~39g/L,钙145~150mg/L、镁3~3.3mg/L、铁26~29mg/L、硼17.5~19.5mg/L、铜0.008~0.012mg/L、锌0.5~0.7mg/L,腐植酸9~11g/L、游离氨基酸0.8~1.2g/L、吲哚乙酸29~31μg/L和赤霉素45~47μg/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的叶面肥,其特征在于,所述尿素硝铵溶液中,
尿素含量为34%,硝酸铵含量为44%,含氮量30%,盐析温度-10℃;
或尿素含量32%,硝酸铵含量为41%,含氮量28%,盐析温度-18℃;
或尿素含量37%,硝酸铵含量47%,含氮量32%,盐析温度-2℃。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的叶面肥,其特征在于,所述液体聚磷酸铵的制备方法为:
将热法制备得到的磷酸浓缩成过磷酸,与氨反应生成聚磷酸铵,加水冷却生成品级为N-P2O5-K2O=11-37-0或N-P2O5-K2O=11-44-0的液体聚磷酸铵;
或将湿法制备得到的磷酸浓缩成过磷酸,与氨反应生成聚磷酸铵,加水冷却生成品级为N-P2O5-K2O=10-34-0的液体聚磷酸铵;
优选的,所述液体聚磷酸铵的聚合度为2~10。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的叶面肥,其特征在于,所述棉花叶面肥由如下质量-体积浓度的原料组成:
尿素硝铵溶液13~16g/L、液体聚磷酸铵190~210g/L、硝酸钾70~90g/L、四水八硼酸钠120~125g/L、EDTA鳌合锌120~125g/L、聚天门冬氨酸14~16g/L、氨基寡糖素6~8g/L、胺鲜酯5~7g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的叶面肥,其特征在于,由如下质量-体积浓度的原料组成:
尿素硝铵溶液15g/L、液体聚磷酸铵200g/L、硝酸钾80g/L、四水八硼酸钠125g/L、EDTA鳌合锌125g/L、聚天门冬氨酸15g/L、氨基寡糖素7g/L、胺鲜酯6g/L,其余为浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液。
7.权利要求1~6任一项所述叶面肥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将部分浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液置于搅拌罐内,加入四水八硼酸钠,不断搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)再边搅拌边依次加入液体聚磷酸铵、EDTA鳌合锌、硝酸钾、尿素硝铵溶液、聚天门冬氨酸、氨基寡糖素和胺鲜酯;
(3)最后用浓缩鸡粪发酵沼液定容,搅拌均匀,使所有原料完全溶解,即得所述棉花叶面肥。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述叶面肥在棉花生产中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述叶面肥适于在棉花蕾期和初花期施用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,在棉花蕾期每亩的施用量为55~65mL,在初花期每亩用量分别为85~95mL。
