In order to avoid adverse effect of unevenness of the ground on stress of the follower roller, the follower roller assembly can comprise a left synchronizing plate 42 and a right synchronizing plate which are arranged in parallel, a front follower roller 41 and a rear follower roller 41 which are arranged between the two synchronizing plates and are arranged side by side, the left end and the right end of the front follower roller are respectively connected with the front end of the synchronizing plate on the corresponding side, the left end and the right end of the rear follower roller are respectively connected with the rear end of the synchronizing plate on the corresponding side, the left end and the right end of the opening side of the follower roller fork are respectively connected with the middle part of the synchronizing plate on the corresponding side of the follower roller assembly in a rotating way, so that the two follower rollers can automatically adapt to inclination and unevenness of the ground, the two follower rollers are ensured to be always in uniform contact with the ground, and the bearing pressure of each follower roller is further reduced.
For easy handling, the lifting cylinder is vertically disposed in the front frame, and a power unit (not shown) for driving the lifting cylinder is disposed in the rear frame. The lower end of the cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder is connected with a driving connecting seat, the driving wheel is arranged below the driving connecting seat, the upper end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder is rotationally connected with the front end of the rear frame, and the front side mounting surface of the cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower end of the steering system. The power unit can drive the lifting oil cylinder to drive the rear frame to ascend, and meanwhile, the steering system can conveniently drive the driving wheel arranged under the driving connecting seat to rotate through the cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder, so that the steering of the electric pallet truck is realized. It will be appreciated that a tank for storing hydraulic oil needs to be provided in the rear frame. When the rear frame needs to be lifted, the power unit inputs hydraulic oil in the oil tank into a working cavity of the lifting oil cylinder; when an operator opens an oil return pipeline of the lifting oil cylinder through operating the steering system, hydraulic oil in a working cavity of the lifting oil cylinder flows back into the oil tank, and the rear frame and the fork at the moment descend, so that the fork of the electric pallet truck can be conveniently pulled away from the lower surface of the pallet.
As an alternative to the foregoing, the lifting cylinders may also be manually driven, thereby eliminating the need for a corresponding power unit in the rear frame. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, two control pedals 52 are arranged on the upper side of the pedals, a transverse spline sleeve 521 is arranged on the left rear side of the left control pedal, a transverse spline sleeve is arranged on the right rear side of the right control pedal, a hydraulic cylinder sleeve 53 which is transversely arranged on the left side and the right side is fixedly arranged in the middle position of the rear side of the pedal, screw sleeves 54 fixedly connected to the pedals are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve on the rear side of the pedal, and the internal threads of the left screw sleeve and the right screw sleeve are opposite in rotation direction and coaxially arranged with the middle hydraulic cylinder sleeve. The working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve penetrates through two ends of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve, two extrusion plungers 55 are respectively matched with two ends of the working chamber of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve, a driving screw 56 is connected in each screw sleeve in a threaded mode, one end, close to the hydraulic cylinder sleeve, of the driving screw is coaxially connected with the extrusion plunger on the corresponding side, the other end of the driving screw is in spline connection with a spline sleeve of a control pedal on the corresponding side, and a reset spring (not shown in the figure) is arranged between the lower side of the control pedal and the upper side of the pedal assembly.
In addition, an oil outlet 532 and an oil inlet 531 which are communicated with the working cavity are arranged on the outer side of the middle part of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve, the oil outlet is communicated with the working cavity of the lifting cylinder through a pipeline, and a one-way valve which is communicated unidirectionally from the oil outlet to the lifting cylinder is arranged on the pipeline; the oil inlet is communicated with the oil tank through a pipeline, and a one-way valve which is communicated from the oil tank to the oil inlet in a one-way is arranged on the pipeline; the working cavity of the lifting oil cylinder is communicated with the oil tank through a pipeline provided with a control valve.
When an operator downwards treads the control pedal by the foot, the control pedal drives the driving screw rod to rotate forwards, at the moment, the driving screw rod axially moves under the action of the screw sleeve, so that the extrusion plunger connected with the driving screw rod is pushed to axially move forwards, the hydraulic oil pressure in the working cavity of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve is increased and enters the lifting cylinder through the oil outlet, the lifting cylinder drives the rear frame to rise, and at the moment, the one-way valve arranged on the pipeline between the oil inlet and the oil tank prevents the hydraulic oil from entering the oil tank through the oil inlet; when the feet of an operator lift up, the return spring drives the control pedal to rotate upwards, so that the drive screw is driven to rotate reversely, the drive screw pulls the extrusion plunger to move backwards axially, the hydraulic cylinder sleeve working cavity forms negative pressure, at the moment, the one-way valve arranged on the pipeline connecting the oil outlet and the lifting cylinder prevents hydraulic oil in the lifting cylinder from flowing back, and hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the hydraulic cylinder sleeve working cavity through the oil inlet. And by analogy, the left foot and the right foot of an operator sequentially tread the control pedal, so that the manual hydraulic driving of the rear frame and the fork can be realized.
It should be noted that, one supporting seat may be respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the rear side of the pedal, so that the end portion of the driving screw connected with the spline housing may be supported on the supporting seat on the corresponding side.
Finally, as shown in fig. 5, a cuboid-shaped hinge block 22 is arranged in the middle of the front side of the rear frame, a spherical cavity 221 is arranged in the center of the hinge block, an insertion round hole 222 which vertically extends upwards and penetrates through the spherical cavity is arranged on the lower side surface of the hinge block, the center of the spherical cavity is positioned on the axis of the insertion round hole, a hinge disc 8 is arranged in the spherical cavity, and the circumferential surface of the hinge disc is a spherical surface which is matched in the spherical cavity. That is, the hinge disc is a drum-shaped disc obtained by cutting a sphere from two parallel planes symmetrically located at both sides of the center of the sphere, and an insertion through hole is provided at the center of the hinge disc. The upper end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder is inserted into an insertion hole in the center of the hinged disc.
Because the spherical cavity of articulated disc and articulated piece is spherical connection, consequently, make on the one hand to rise the ascending axial thrust of articulated piece transmission that the hydro-cylinder accessible articulated disc to the back frame, can make simultaneously to rise between the upper end of the piston rod of hydro-cylinder and the articulated piece and can form 360 degrees articulations around the center of spherical cavity, can avoid rising the hydro-cylinder and appear the dead phenomenon of card between piston rod upper end and the back frame when the back frame rises of drive. Of course, a shaft shoulder can be arranged at the upper end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder, so that the depth of the piston rod inserted into the inserting hole can be limited.
In order to facilitate the installation of the hinged disc, a rectangular mounting hole 223 with a width larger than the height of the hinged disc can be arranged on the lower side surface of the hinged block, two side walls of the rectangular mounting hole extending upwards to the width direction are tangential to the spherical cavity, the axis of the rectangular mounting hole is coaxial with the axis of the inserted circular hole, that is, the intersection point of the diagonal lines of the cross sections of the rectangular mounting hole is positioned on the axis of the inserted circular hole, so that the two side walls of the rectangular mounting hole in the length direction are symmetrically positioned on two sides of the axis of the inserted circular hole, and the length of the rectangular mounting hole is equal to the diameter of the spherical cavity. Therefore, the hinge disc can be rotated by 90 degrees firstly, the axis of the hinge disc is perpendicular to the axis of the insertion round hole, then the hinge disc is placed into the rectangular mounting hole at the height of the hinge disc, when the hinge disc is placed into the rectangular mounting hole, the hinge disc is attached to the spherical cavity and concentric, the hinge disc is rotated by 90 degrees at the moment, the axis of the hinge disc is overlapped with the axis of the insertion round hole, a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder can be inserted into the insertion hole in the center of the hinge disc, the hinge disc can be reliably connected into the spherical cavity in a rotating mode, and the hinge disc is prevented from falling out of the spherical cavity. It will be appreciated that the bore diameter of the insertion bore should be greater than the diameter of the piston rod.
When the simple standing-driving type electric pallet truck is operated, the pedal assembly is unfolded, an operator stands on the pedal, so that the pedal extrudes the polyurethane limiting block to achieve the limiting effect, and the pedal assembly has a certain buffering and damping effect due to the elasticity of the polyurethane limiting block; when the pedal is retracted, the gas spring provides supporting force, so that the pedal is prevented from automatically overturning. The operator rotates the operating handle left and right to drive the cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder to rotate, and simultaneously drives the driving system to rotate to finish steering movement.

The simple electric pallet truck comprises a truck body system, a driving system, a steering system, a lifting connecting rod assembly, a hydraulic system and an electric system, wherein the hydraulic system and the electric system are respectively arranged in the truck body system and are connected with the driving system, the simple electric pallet truck is characterized in that the driving system comprises a driving wheel which is arranged at the lower part of the truck body system and is driven by a motor, the upper end of the steering system is bent and extended above the truck body system, the lower end of the steering system is fixedly connected with the driving system or a hydraulic cylinder, the lifting connecting rod assembly is arranged at the rear side of the truck body system and is rotationally connected with the truck body system, a pedal assembly is connected with the front side of the truck body system, a driving element is arranged between the front truck frame of the truck body system and the pedal assembly, the driving element enables the pedal assembly to be positioned in a folded state of being abutted against the front truck frame, a buffer element is arranged in the pedal assembly, two control pedals are arranged at the upper sides of the pedal, transverse spline sleeves are arranged at the rear sides of the control pedals, hydraulic cylinder sleeves which are transversely arranged, a working cavity penetrates through the cylinder sleeves, hydraulic screw sleeves which are arranged at the rear sides of the pedal sleeves, and are respectively connected with corresponding screw bolts which are arranged at the two ends of the driving screw sleeves, and are respectively arranged at the two ends of the corresponding screw bolts which are in the opposite sides of the driving screw sleeves, and are in the screw sleeves which are in extrusion screw sleeves, and are coaxially connected with the screw bolts respectively, the oil outlet is communicated with a working cavity of the lifting oil cylinder through a pipeline provided with a one-way valve, the oil inlet is communicated with the oil tank through a pipeline provided with a one-way valve, the working cavity of the lifting oil cylinder is communicated with the oil tank through a pipeline provided with a control valve, when an operator steps down on a control pedal, the control pedal drives a driving screw to rotate forward, the driving screw pushes an extrusion plunger to move forward axially, and hydraulic oil in the working cavity of the hydraulic cylinder sleeve enters the lifting oil cylinder through the oil outlet, so that the lifting oil cylinder drives a rear frame to rise; when the feet of an operator lift up, the return spring drives the control pedal to rotate upwards, so that the drive screw is driven to rotate reversely, the drive screw pulls the extrusion plunger to move backwards axially, the hydraulic cylinder sleeve working cavity forms negative pressure, and hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the hydraulic cylinder sleeve working cavity through the oil inlet.
