本发明公开了一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板,包括芯板(1)，芯板(1)的上表面连接有上面板(2)，芯板(1)的下表面连接有下面板(3)；芯板(1)包括多个平行叠放的竹单板(4)，竹单板(4)包括竹质层(41)，竹质层(41)的上下表面连接有胶质层(42)；竹质层(41)包括多个交替排列的第一竹列(5)和第二竹列(6)，第一竹列(5)和第二竹列(6)均包括多个首尾相连的竹棒，第一竹列(5)的竹棒间隙和第二竹列(6)的竹棒间隙相互错开；所述竹棒，由废竹条制成。本发明具有强度较高的特点。

一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹塑板，特别是一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板。
背景技术
竹塑板是以塑料、竹粉为原料，加入交联剂、粘合剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂等添加剂，经过搅拌，铸压成型后制成，具有较好的防水、防虫特性。目前，制造竹塑板所需的竹粉通常是竹锯末、竹屑、竹渣等竹加工过程中产生的废料，以实现对竹材资源的充分利用。但是，由于这些竹粉一般是由较大的竹块磨削或粉碎而成，失去了原先竹纤维的长度和整齐度，使得竹塑板的强度较低，限制了竹塑板的应用范围。因此，现有的竹塑板，存在强度较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板。本发明具有强度较高的特点。
本发明的技术方案：一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，包括芯板，芯板的上表面连接有上面板，芯板的下表面连接有下面板；芯板包括多个平行叠放的竹单板，竹单板包括竹质层，竹质层的上下表面连接有胶质层；竹质层包括多个交替排列的第一竹列和第二竹列，第一竹列和第二竹列均包括多个首尾相连的竹棒，第一竹列的竹棒间隙和第二竹列的竹棒间隙相互错开；所述竹棒，由废竹条制成。
前述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板中，所述芯板，相邻两个竹单板中的竹棒相互垂直。
前述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板中，所述芯板，包括3-9层竹单板。
前述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板中，所述表面涂有交联剂。
前述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板中，所述胶质层，为PP塑料、PVC塑料或ABS塑料。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过以废竹条制成的竹棒替代竹粉作为制备竹塑板原料，保留了完整的原始竹纤维结构，增加了竹纤维的长度，从而提高了竹塑板的强度。本发明还通过设置竹质层中竹棒间隙相互错开，可以提高竹单板的强度，从而进一步提高竹塑板的强度。本发明具有强度较高的特点。

实施例。一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，构成如图1-3所示，包括芯板1，芯板1的上表面连接有上面板2，芯板1的下表面连接有下面板3；芯板1包括多个平行叠放的竹单板4，竹单板4包括竹质层41，竹质层41的上下表面连接有胶质层42；竹质层41包括多个交替排列的第一竹列5和第二竹列6，第一竹列5和第二竹列6均包括多个首尾相连的竹棒，第一竹列5的竹棒间隙和第二竹列6的竹棒间隙相互错开；所述竹棒，由废竹条制成。
所述芯板1，相邻两个竹单板4中的竹棒相互垂直。
所述芯板1，包括3-9层竹单板4。
所述竹质层41，表面涂有交联剂。
所述胶质层42，为PP塑料、PVC塑料或ABS塑料。
所述竹塑板是通过将废竹条进行分类，清洗，截断后得到竹棒；将竹棒拼接，热压后得到竹质层41；将竹质层41磨削并涂覆交联剂后与上下两层塑料板进行热压得到竹单板4；将竹单板4按竹棒方向横竖交错叠放并热压得到芯板1，将芯板与上面板2和下面板3热压，裁边，砂光后得到的。

1.一种利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，其特征在于：包括芯板(1)，芯板(1)的上表面连接有上面板(2)，芯板(1)的下表面连接有下面板(3)；芯板(1)包括多个平行叠放的竹单板(4)，竹单板(4)包括竹质层(41)，竹质层(41)的上下表面连接有胶质层(42)；竹质层(41)包括多个交替排列的第一竹列(5)和第二竹列(6)，第一竹列(5)和第二竹列(6)均包括多个首尾相连的竹棒，第一竹列(5)的竹棒间隙和第二竹列(6)的竹棒间隙相互错开；所述竹棒，由废竹条制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，其特征在于：所述芯板(1)，相邻两个竹单板(4)中的竹棒相互垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，其特征在于：所述芯板(1)，包括3-9层竹单板(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用废竹条制备的竹塑板，其特征在于：所述竹质层(41)，表面涂有交联剂。
