c. the machine body manually cleans the upper part of the roller way at the room separation:
the roller way in the middle of the two rows of cleaning compartments is used for the workpiece loading section of the machine body, and the speed V of the roller way is approximately equal to 15.8 m/min;
setting 10 workpiece loading stations on a roller way, wherein each station corresponds to two opposite cleaning compartments, each station on the roller way is provided with a workpiece loading button and a workpiece loading finishing button, and the roller way of the workpiece loading station is in a stop state during workpiece loading;
photoelectric switches are arranged at the tail ends of the roller way sections corresponding to the 20 cleaning compartments, and when a workpiece needs to be loaded, a workpiece loading button is manually pressed;
if a casting is on the current roller way or the roller way at the section is in operation, after a workpiece loading button is manually pressed, the workpiece can be loaded only after the casting at the section is started and stops running; completing the hoisting and loading of the workpieces, pressing a workpiece loading completion button, recovering the automatic running state of the roller way, and repeating the process when loading the workpieces; every clearance compartment department sets up two buttons: the method is used for reserving and finishing the loading.
In this embodiment, repair welding: weld repair confirmation area: a two-position knob and a button are arranged at the cast position; the knob is arranged at a normal position in general, when batch or single castings need to be welded, the knob is rotated to a continuous casting position, the castings enter a welding repair confirmation area, the operation is automatically stopped according to control logic, the castings are manually lifted off, the system automatically judges until the manual button pressing confirmation is completed, and the castings are continuously conveyed; a button is arranged to confirm that the lifting is finished or the traffic is allowed; when the subsequent casting does not need to be welded, the knob is screwed back to the normal position, and the casting automatically runs.
In this embodiment, shot blasting and shot dumping: connecting with a roller way of a manipulator shot blasting machine: the inlet of the roller way of the manipulator shot blasting machine is as follows: sending a signal to the shot blasting machine after the casting on the cleaning roller way is in place, sending a signal to a cleaning roller way system when the shot blasting machine roller way allows the casting to be loaded, starting the roller ways of the two sides, and conveying the casting to the shot blasting machine roller way from the cleaning roller way; after the casting completely enters the roller way of the shot blasting machine, the shot blasting machine sends a signal to a roller way cleaning system; cleaning the roller way to stop rotating or receiving a subsequent casting;

In this embodiment, the test: a. a machine body overturning machine: when the machine body is conveyed to a roller way in front of the machine body overturning machine, the machine body automatically stops, manual inspection is waited, after the inspection, a release button is manually pressed, and a machine body casting enters the overturning machine to be overturned; after the overturned machine body is moved out of the overturning machine and enters a subsequent section of roller way, the machine body is automatically stopped, manual inspection is waited, after the inspection, a release button is manually pressed, and the machine body casting automatically continues to run;
b. online checking of a machine body: the station is located in a three-section roller way before the endoscope inspection station:

for the castings qualified in the spot check, manually pressing a check completion button, if the section of roller way is executing the program, finishing the program, and then inputting the button to be effective, and if the castings are on the roller way, conveying the castings to a lower section of roller way; the transfer trolley returns the qualified castings to the system;
when unqualified castings exist during spot inspection, the normal conveying channel stops conveying, manual intervention is completely carried out, and two modes can be provided: the mode cleaning workload is large, and the offline button is temporarily manually pressed down and conveyed to the unpowered roller way to wait for being lifted off the system; the other mode has smaller cleaning work amount, and the castings in the compartments are cleaned on a normal machine conveying roller way according to the beat until the castings in the compartments are cleaned, the information is transmitted and modified, the castings reach the station, and the system restores the original automatic state;
three buttons are provided: one button is used for sampling and inspecting the button, the other button is used for sampling and inspecting the finished product, and the other button is used for returning the casting to a normal conveying roller way;
d. defective products foundry goods upper and lower unloading station: the station is located on a roller way beside the single-beam traveling crane behind the endoscope detection station. After the unqualified castings are subjected to selective inspection and the repairable castings are repaired, the castings can be placed back into the system through the single-beam crane; the machine body casting which is detected to be unqualified at the turnover machine or is detected on line by the machine body is also lifted away from the system by the single-beam crane at the position; a two-position knob and two buttons are arranged;
the knob is arranged at a normal position in general, when the endoscope inspection does not approve the whole batch of castings, the single-beam traveling crane executes continuous offline operation, and the castings are not allowed to flow into the next coating procedure; at the moment, the knob is rotated to a continuous workpiece lowering position, and when the casting is conveyed to a roller way beside the single-beam traveling crane, the operation is automatically stopped according to control logic to wait for manual hoisting; after the manual button pressing is finished, the system automatically judges and the casting continues to be conveyed; a button is arranged to confirm that the lifting is finished or the traffic is allowed;
a subsequent section of roller way of the continuous workpiece discharging station of the single-beam traveling crane is used for feeding the single-beam traveling crane, a button is pressed after the feeding is finished, and the casting is transported away; a button is arranged to confirm that the loading is finished;
when the single-beam traveling crane is no longer used for loading and unloading the castings, the knob is rotated back to the normal position, and then the castings automatically run.
The main technical parameters of the invention are as follows:
(1) except for the underground roller way part, the top surface elevation of the roller of the full-line roller way is plus 750mm (temporary), and the top surface elevation and purchased equipment such as a machine body grinding line, a mechanical arm shot blasting machine and the like adopt uniform elevation;
(2) detachable continuous wear-resistant guide strips are arranged on the machine frame at the two ends of the roller and used for guiding castings, and the guide strips at the two sides are opened by 595 mm. The opening of the cylinder cover rapping machine roller way at the interface with the cleaning roller way line is less than 595 mm; and opening the gear of the manipulator shot blasting machine roller way with the cleaning roller way line interface: the opening of the roller way inlet of the mechanical arm shot blasting machine is larger than 595mm, and the opening of the roller way outlet is smaller than 595 mm.
(3) The roller way rollers are made of 45# phi 76X7 seamless steel tubes, the hardness is HRc 35-40, and the service life is more than 5 years;
(4) the diameter of the roller is phi 72mm, and the distance between the rollers is 158.5 mm;
(5) the roller structure adopts a maneuvering type, and the conveying speed is about 15.8 m/min. The casting is stable and reliable when running at single machines such as each rotary table, a lifter and the like. In order to meet the requirements of production takt and stable conveying of castings, part of driving motors are controlled by frequency conversion.
(6) The casting cleaning and conveying system can meet the following precision requirements: a. the height difference of any three continuous rollers is less than or equal to 0.6 mm; the height difference of any 2m inner roller is less than or equal to 1 mm; b. the runout degree of the roller is less than or equal to 0.2 mm; c. the parallelism of any two rollers is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
(7) Two roller ways for machine body offline cleaning are arranged on the outer side of the cleaning compartment, and motors of the roller ways are controlled by frequency conversion (the frequency conversion speed range is about 9m/min to 15.8 m/min). When the machine body is produced, the roller way is used as a conveyor body and always runs at a fixed speed in a frequency reduction mode (the speed is about 9 m/min).
(8) The whole conveying system meets the conveying capacity of 70 pieces per hour of the machine body. And is suitable for the conveying and switching of various castings.
(9) The castings cannot collide with each other, and the castings cannot deviate in the conveying process and cannot collide with the guide strips on the two sides of the roller way.
(10) The machine conveying roller way of the casting in the blowing chamber ensures that the chain is subjected to dustproof treatment, and the motor is placed outside the blowing chamber.
The invention is used for sequentially conveying the engine body casting blank of the diesel engine with a ground plane to a manual cleaning partition room, a manipulator shot blasting machine, a casting blowing room, casting inspection, casting coating and other processes, and ensures that a casting cleaning and conveying system can operate safely and reliably.

Claims (8)

1. The cleaning and conveying production process of the engine body casting of the environment-friendly vehicle diesel engine is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
grinding: placing the machine body blank ground by the grinding machine on a roller way manually at the machine body grinding machine;
blanking: conveying the grinding castings through a roller way, passing through a rotary table, and then reaching a blanking station of the grinding casting single-beam crane at a front span turning position, and temporarily blanking when the quality problem of the grinding castings is solved;
cleaning: conveying the blank to two roller ways outside the cleaning compartment through the roller ways, manually lifting the blank away from the roller ways, and conveying the blank into a two-person one-room compartment for manual cleaning; after the machine body blank is cleaned, manually hoisting and placing the machine body blank on a roller way at the inner side of the cleaning compartment;
welding repair: conveying the machine body blank to a feeding and discharging station of a single-beam traveling crane of a welding repair casting, manually lifting the machine body to be welded away from the roller way, performing off-line welding repair, and manually lifting the machine body to be welded back to the roller way;
shot blasting and shot dumping: then the cleaned machine body blank is sent to a feeding roller way of a manipulator shot blasting machine through a roller way, and shot blasting and shot pouring are carried out by the manipulator shot blasting machine;
soot blowing: the shot-blasted machine body returns to the cleaning roller way again, the lower part of the shot-blasted machine body is provided with a steel shot collecting device, and then the shot-blasted machine body is distributed to two roller ways in front of the casting soot blowing chamber through the rotary table and soot is blown through the casting soot blowing chamber;
and (4) checking: a. after being blown clean by a casting blowing-clean chamber, the casting is conveyed to a machine body turnover machine by a roller way, the top surface and the bottom surface of the machine body are respectively inspected before and after the turnover machine, and a mark is made for a problem after inspection;
b. after soot blowing, casting, in order to ensure 100% inspection of the machine body, inspecting four sides and an inner cavity of the machine body at an online inspection station of the machine body, and making an inspection state mark which is mainly used as a defective product mark;
c. then, the organism is subjected to spot inspection through the endoscope chamber; the machine body which is not subjected to the selective examination and qualified in the selective examination enters an underground roller way through a lifter, and is finally transported to the vicinity of a casting coating line after being sent back to a ground roller way by another lifter;
d. feeding back information to a manual work cleaning place immediately as long as the unqualified castings are subjected to spot inspection or inspection, providing new work requirements for the place and immediately modifying, and allowing circulation after the modification is finished; for manual cleaning of all castings in this area: the machine body can be processed on the on-machine conveying roller way in the mode (1) within one machine body pause beat; in the mode (2), when large cleaning and remedying workload exists, the roller way is transferred to an unpowered roller way, or is lifted away from the roller way, or is replaced to a conveying roller way by a single-beam traveling crane after being repaired;
e. detecting unqualified bodies at the turnover machine or bad bodies at the online detection station of the bodies, and manually hanging down the unqualified bodies or the bad bodies when the unqualified bodies or the bad bodies are conveyed to a roller way near the single-beam traveling crane;
and (3) completing: and the casting cleaning roller way system finishes the machine body conveying work.
2. The cleaning and conveying production process for the engine body casting of the environment-friendly automotive diesel engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and (3) grinding: loading the roller way of the machine body grinding machine: corresponding to the two grinding machines, a roller way with 2 sections of independent driving stations is used as a workpiece loading station, and when no workpiece is in the workpiece loading station and the roller way stops rotating, the workpiece loading is allowed;
a first workpiece loading station: after the workpiece is manually hoisted and the workpiece loading completion button is pressed, the machine body automatically moves to the front end of the roller way; 1. if the previous roller way has no workpiece, the machine body continues to run to the front end of the previous roller way; 2. if the machine body of the previous section of roller way is or is just up, the machine body is conveyed forwards after no workpiece exists in the previous section of roller way; this station sets up two buttons: setting a button, setting a red light as a reserved button, and releasing the button as a loading completion button;
a second workpiece loading station: manually pressing a piece loading button, if the section of roller way is executing a program, and after the program is finished, the button input is effective, the section of roller way is locked, and the casting is forbidden to be conveyed to the station; at the moment, the upper part is hoisted, and the upper part finishing button is pressed, so that the station is unlocked and automatically operates to the front end part of the roller way; this station sets up two buttons: a button setting red light is a loading button, and a button releasing is a loading completion button.

The cleaning and conveying production process for the engine body casting of the environment-friendly automotive diesel engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: blanking: checking a blanking station after the casting is ground: the station is positioned beside the single-beam travelling crane behind the three grinding lines and is mainly used for offline the mass quality problem after the castings are ground; a two-position knob and a button are arranged; the knob is arranged at a normal position in general, when the casting is found to have batch quality problems and needs to be off-line, the knob is rotated to a continuous casting-off position, the casting enters the station and automatically stops running according to control logic, and the casting is waited to be lifted off manually; after the manual button pressing is finished, the system automatically judges and the casting continues to be conveyed; a button is arranged to confirm that the lifting is finished or the traffic is allowed; when the subsequent casting does not need to be off-line any more, the knob is rotated back to the normal position, and the casting automatically runs.

a subsequent section of roller way of the continuous workpiece discharging station of the single-beam traveling crane is used for feeding the single-beam traveling crane, a button is pressed after the feeding is finished, and the casting is transported away; a button is arranged to confirm that the loading is finished;
when the single-beam traveling crane is no longer used for loading and unloading the castings, the knob is rotated back to the normal position, and then the castings automatically run.
