本发明提供了一种变厚度涂料涂敷保护方法,包括支架、工作台、夹子、塑料保护膜、可塑变形金属丝,以可塑变形金属丝为轴,将塑料保护膜绕轴2周,制作比工作台尺寸大的单侧可塑变形的塑料膜;将零件放置于工作台上,将单侧可塑变形的塑料膜用夹子辅助,实施有效保护,单侧可塑变形的塑料膜可塑变形侧位于变厚度、变色保护区;在涂敷第一层厚度涂料后,移走单侧可塑变形的塑料膜,直接在零件上实喷第二层涂料,实现零件上变厚度喷涂。

一种变厚度涂料涂敷保护方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变厚度涂层零件的保护方式和工装,用于同种涂料或异种涂料变厚度喷涂时的保护。
背景技术
在航空等领域,因防腐功能、外观标识等需求,零件涂料的厚度、颜色有差异性工程要求。这种选区涂料的特殊要求必须通过保护工装实现非涂料区域保护。
目前,在整个零件喷涂保护中,常用保护方法有用胶带将塑料膜、牛皮纸等粘接在零件上实施保护。对于有变厚度要求的喷涂方法,采用先涂敷一层涂料,固化到可贴胶带时间后,实施保护,涂敷第二层涂料。这种方式造成生产周期长,生产效率低。若直接在表面处理后的零件上实施保护,会造成表面的胶带污染,降低产品涂层结合力。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种变厚度涂料涂敷保护方法,包括支架、工作台、夹子、塑料保护膜、可塑变形金属丝。包括以下步骤:
1以可塑变形金属丝为轴,将塑料保护膜绕轴2周,以电吹风热封固定,制作比工作台尺寸大的单侧可塑变形的塑料膜;
2将涂料涂敷工作台放置在支架上;
3将零件放置于工作台上,将单侧可塑变形的塑料膜用夹子辅助,实施有效保护,单侧可塑变形的塑料膜可塑变形侧位于变厚度、变色保护区;
4在涂敷第一层厚度涂料后,移走单侧可塑变形的塑料膜,直接在零件上实喷第二层涂料,实现零件上变厚度喷涂。
本发明的有益效果及优点如下:
(1)利用现有的塑料保护膜、可塑变形金属丝、涂料涂敷支架和筛网(工作台)等设备,便可形成一种变厚度涂料涂敷保护工装;
(2)洁净塑料膜,使涂料涂敷保护工装和待涂敷表面属于非粘性接触,不会造成胶带保护带来的表面污染;
(3)直接在表面处理后的零件上实施保护,免除了因两次涂敷之间表干时间的等待,提高生产效率;
(4)单侧可塑变形的保护膜,可实现单结构零件的保护,也可实现多结构外形差异大的零件保护,实施范围广。

具体实施方式
下列配合附图对具体实施方式进行进一步说明。
本发明包括:支架1、工作台2、夹子3、塑料保护膜、可塑变形金属丝5。
涂料实施涂敷前:
a)根据需保护零件尺寸和工作台尺寸,用现有的和可塑变形金属丝5,以可塑变形金属丝5为轴,将塑料保护膜绕轴2周左右,以电吹风热封固定,制作比工作台尺寸大的单侧可塑变形的塑料膜4;
b)按照常规涂料涂敷准备方式,将涂料喷涂工作台2放置在支架1上;
c)根据零件需保护位置,将零件6放置于工作台2上,将单侧可塑变形的塑料膜4用夹子3辅助,实施有效保护。单侧可塑变形的塑料膜4可塑变形侧位于变厚度、变色保护区。
涂料涂敷期间:
在涂敷第一层厚度涂料后,移走单侧可塑变形的塑料膜4,直接在零件6上实喷第二层涂料,实现零件上变厚度喷涂。
该方法和装置经验证,可用于多层变厚度涂料喷涂的保护,工作效率高,实施范围广。

1.一种变厚度涂料涂敷保护方法,其特征在于包括支架、工作台、夹子、塑料保护膜、可塑变形金属丝,保护方法包括以下步骤:
1-1以可塑变形金属丝为轴,将塑料保护膜绕轴2周,以电吹风热封固定,制作比工作台尺寸大的单侧可塑变形的塑料膜;
1-2将涂料涂敷工作台放置在支架上;
1-3将零件放置于工作台上,将单侧可塑变形的塑料膜用夹子辅助,实施有效保护,单侧可塑变形的塑料膜可塑变形侧位于变厚度、变色保护区;
1-4在涂敷第一层厚度涂料后,移走单侧可塑变形的塑料膜,直接在零件上实喷第二层涂料,实现零件上变厚度喷涂。
