技术背景
陈旧性创伤(伤口),是指创伤后换药超过7天甚至达数月不能愈合的伤口.这类伤口多伴肉芽组织增生、水肿合并感染而经久不愈。
脂肪液化是手术伤口愈合不良的主要原因之一。特别是切口处脂肪较多并采用电刀手术时,其发生机制可能是由于电刀所产生的高温造成皮下脂肪组织的浅表烧伤及部分脂肪细胞因热损伤发生变性, 同时脂肪组织内毛细血管由于凝固作用而栓塞, 使本身血运较差的肥厚脂肪组织血液供应进一步发生障碍, 术后脂肪组织发生无菌性坏死, 形成较多渗液, 影响切口愈合。
创面化脓性感染常见于烧烫伤创面、物理治疗(激光等)创面、以及皮肤软组织炎症引起的化脓性感染创面。临床常伴随有黄色或透明的组织渗液、以及创面组织坏死等症状,迟迟不能结痂。
以上病例,随着生活水平的提高,和现代医疗技术水平的进步,其发病率逐年增长。在治疗过程中,对其患者的康复心理和医院的住院周转率也有着非常大的影响。目前没有产品直接或间接靶向该领域;也没有产品能够改善其治疗效果、缩短治疗周期。临床常见的治疗方式为通过烤灯物理改善渗液来进行治疗,其效果并不明显。因此,该类产品需求是必须的,为患者减轻心里负担,为医院提高住院周转率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗菌消炎,抑制细菌繁殖,减少渗液,干燥创面,去腐生肌,促进伤口愈合的产品。来弥补上述领域治疗的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明的配方组成及份量:喹诺酮10-40份,磺胺4-16份,生物结晶糖5-20份;
一种减少创面渗液、促进伤口愈合的产品,其制备方法是:将上述原料制成微细粉末,混合搅匀即可。
