本发明公开了一种PE静电保护膜及其制备方法和应用,包括PE基膜层、静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述静电液层包括以下重量份的原料:导电聚合物40~60份;促进剂0.2~0.8份;粘接树脂8~15份;表面活化剂1~2份;交联剂2~6份;溶剂70~90份。所述胶层包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸酯12~25份;乙酸乙酯75~88份;异氰酸酯类固化剂0.3~1.2份。本发明通过对静电液层及胶水层的原料及配比设计,结合涂覆烘干的工艺,得到了一种抗静电性及粘附性良好的PE防静电保护膜,其阻抗在107~1011Ω范围,粘性为2~6N/m,并且表面平整光滑。可应用于电子产品的临时固定、各类镜片及屏膜工程的保护、以及电子产品运输过程中的表面保护。

本发明涉及一种PE静电保护膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
电子元器件在运输的过程中,常会在其最外层使用静电保护膜进行覆盖,避免因静电放电引起的电子元器件击穿损坏和造成器件的性能劣化或参数指标下降,并减小对空气中灰尘的吸附。
传统的防静电保护膜采用两种生产方式:一是在原料聚乙烯中掺入防静电剂,这种方式生产的保护膜的挺性、拉伸强度不够,受原料影响防静电效果不均匀,在下一步涂布胶水时,胶水的附着力较差;二是在胶粘剂中加入防静电剂,这种方式生产的保护膜防静电能力实效短,并且抗静电剂易析出,在贴附产品时易产生一些低分子物质残留。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种PE静电保护膜及其制备方法和应用,在PE基膜的表面依次覆盖静电液层和胶层,通过对静电液和胶水原料配比及涂覆工艺的精确控制,获得一种静电性能良好、胶水附着力良好的PE静电保护膜。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种PE防静电保护膜,包括PE基膜层、由所述的抗静电液形成的静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别为40~80μm、1~3μm、2~5μm。
PE基层膜具有良好的透明性、绝缘性、化学稳定性及耐冲击性,在产品的加工、运输、储存和使用过程中,可保护产品不受污染、腐蚀、划伤,保持原有光洁明亮的表面。在PE基层膜的表面涂覆上静电液层及胶层之后,可显著提升其防静电性能及对产品的粘附能力。综合考虑生产的成本及产品在180°剥离力,将PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别控制在40~80μm、1~3μm、2~5μm。
所述静电液层包括以下重量份的原料:
进一步地,所述静电液层优选为包括以下重量份的原料:
所述溶剂由异丙醇和水按体积比1:1组成。
所述导电聚合物为带有共轭π键的高分子物质,包括聚乙炔、聚对苯撑、聚对苯撑乙烯撑、聚并苯、聚吡咯、聚噻吩中的一种或多种。
所述促进剂为N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺、2-巯基苯并噻唑、N,N-四甲基二硫双硫羰胺中的一种或多种。
所述粘接树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、苯代三聚氰胺树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)中的一种或多种。
所述表面活性剂为二丁基萘磺酸钠、乙二醇单丁酯磷酸酯钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯中的一种或多种;
所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、二甲胺基丙胺、二乙胺基丙胺中的一种或多种。
上述配方中,导电聚合物与促进剂主要影响产品的防静电性能,两者的含量越大,产品的防静电性能越好,但是两者的含量过高时会影响静电液涂覆时的流平;表面活性剂的加入可提升静电液涂覆的外观;粘接树脂与交联剂的配合使用可使静电液层与PE基材层和胶层的粘接更强,保持产品的整体性。
所述胶层包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸酯12~25份;乙酸乙酯75~88份;异氰酸酯类固化剂0.3~1.2份。
进一步地,所述胶层优选包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸酯18份;乙酸乙酯82份;异氰酸酯类固化剂0.75份
所述异氰酸酯类固化剂包括甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI) 中的一种或多种。
此种配比的胶水粘力适中,可使PE静电保护膜牢固贴覆在需保护的产品上,又在无需保护时便于轻易完整的揭下。如果丙烯酸酯的含量过高,则粘力过高;如果异氰酸酯类固化剂含量过高则粘力较小,均不利于PE静电保护膜的应用。
本发明还提供了所述PE防静电保护膜的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在PE基膜层的表面涂覆抗静电液,经65~80℃分段烘干后得到静电液层;
(2)在静电液层上面涂覆胶水,经55~90℃分段烘干后得到胶层。
所述步骤(1)中分段烘干工艺具体包括:依次经过65~75℃、13~17Hz风量;70~80℃、16~20Hz风量;65~75℃、13~17Hz风量的烘箱进行烘干。
所述步骤(2)中分段烘干工艺具体包括:依次经过55~65℃、18~22Hz风量;65~75℃、22~26Hz风量;80~90℃、28~32Hz风量;65~75℃、23~27Hz风量;55~65℃、18~22Hz风量的烘箱进行烘干。
所述烘箱的长度均为4m,线速度均为35~45m/min。
采用分段烘干工艺可在不同温度与风量下达到最好的溶剂挥发效果与静电液层中交联剂与树脂的反应效果。
本发明还提供了所述PE防静电保护膜在电子产品、镜片、屏膜工程保护方面的应用。
本发明通过对静电液层及胶水层的原料及配比设计,结合涂覆烘干的工艺,得到了一种抗静电性及粘附性良好的PE防静电保护膜,其阻抗在107~1011Ω/cm2范围,剥离力为2~6N/m,并且表面平整光滑。可有效保护保护电子元器件,避免因静电放电引起的电子元器件击穿损坏和造成器件的性能劣化或参数指标下降,并可以减小产品对空气中灰尘的吸附,可应用于电子产品的临时固定、各类镜片及屏膜工程的保护、以及电子产品运输过程中的表面保护。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种PE防静电保护膜,包括PE基膜层、静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别为 45μm、1.5μm、3μm。
所述静电液层的原料及重量份为:聚乙炔50份;2-巯基苯并噻唑0.5份;三聚氰胺树脂12份;十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份;二甲胺基丙胺4份;溶剂80份,溶剂由由异丙醇和水按体积比1:1组成。
所述胶层的原料及重量份为:丙烯酸酯18份;乙酸乙酯82份;二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯0.75份。
所述PE防静电保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在PE基膜层的表面涂覆抗静电液,依次经过65℃、17Hz风量;70℃、 20Hz风量;65℃、17Hz风量的烘箱烘干,即可得到静电液层;
(2)在静电液层上面涂覆胶水,依次经过55℃、22Hz风量;65℃、26Hz 风量;80℃、32Hz风量;65℃、27Hz风量;55℃、22Hz风量的烘箱烘干即可得到胶层。
所述烘箱的长度均为4m,线速度均为38m/min。
根据本实施例中的方法得到的PE防静电保护膜的阻抗为1010Ω/cm2;剥离力为2.4N/m,剥离力的测试按照GB/T 2792-2014进行。
实施例2
一种PE防静电保护膜,包括PE基膜层、静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别为 50μm、2μm、3μm。
所述静电液层的原料及重量份为:聚对苯撑20份、聚对苯撑乙烯撑33份; N,N-四甲基二硫双硫羰胺0.5份;聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)5份、三聚氰胺树脂6份;脂肪酸甘油酯1.6份;过氧化二异丙苯3.3份;溶剂81份,溶剂由由异丙醇和水按体积比1:1组成。
所述胶层的原料及重量份为:丙烯酸酯17份;乙酸乙酯82份;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯0.6份。
所述PE防静电保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在PE基膜层的表面涂覆抗静电液,依次经过70℃、15Hz风量;75℃、 18Hz风量;70℃、15Hz风量的烘箱烘干,即可得到静电液层;
(2)在静电液层上面涂覆胶水,依次经过60℃、20Hz风量;70℃、24Hz 风量;85℃、30Hz风量;70℃、25Hz风量;60℃、20Hz风量的烘箱烘干,即可得到胶层。
所述烘箱的长度均为4m,线速度均为40m/min。
根据本实施例中的方法得到的PE防静电保护膜的阻抗为109Ω/cm2;剥离力为4.8N/m。
实施例3
一种PE防静电保护膜,包括PE基膜层、静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别为 55μm、2.5μm、4μm。
所述静电液层的原料及重量份为:聚吡咯58份;2-巯基苯并噻唑0.7份;苯代三聚氰胺树脂14份;脂肪酸甘油酯1.8份;二乙胺基丙胺5.8份;溶剂88 份,溶剂由异丙醇和水按体积比1:1组成。
所述胶层的原料及重量份为:丙烯酸酯24份;乙酸乙酯86份;异氰酸酯类固化剂1.0份。
所述PE防静电保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在PE基膜层的表面涂覆抗静电液,依次经过75℃、13Hz风量;80℃、 16Hz风量;75℃、17Hz风量的烘箱烘干,即可得到静电液层;
(2)在静电液层上面涂覆胶水,依次经过65℃、18Hz风量;75℃、22Hz 风量;90℃、28Hz风量;75℃、23Hz风量;65℃、18Hz风量的烘箱烘干,即可得到胶层。
所述烘箱的长度均为4m,线速度均为44m/min。
根据本实施例中的方法得到的PE防静电保护膜的阻抗为107Ω/cm2;剥离力为5.6N/m。
比较例1
其他同实施例1,只是胶层成分中不含有异氰酸酯固化剂,最后所得的PE 防静电保护膜的阻抗为1010Ω/cm2;剥离力为357.6N/m。
比较例2
其他同实施例2,只是静电液层成分中不含有导电聚合物,最后所得的PE 防静电保护膜的阻抗为1014Ω/cm2;剥离力为4.8N/m。
比较例3
其他同实施例1,只是将静电液层成分中的导电聚合物换成不含共轭π键的普通热固型导电聚合物,如聚丙烯酰胺、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂中的一种或多种,最后得到的产品的阻抗为1014Ω/cm2;剥离力为4.2N/m。
上述参照实施例对一种PE静电保护膜及其制备方法和应用进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,包括PE基膜层、静电液层和胶层,所述静电液层处在PE基膜层和胶层的中间;所述PE基膜层、静电液层、胶层的厚度分别为40~80μm、1~3μm、2~5μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述静电液层包括以下重量份的原料:
导电聚合物 40~60份;
促进剂 0.2~0.8份;
粘接树脂 8~15份;
表面活化剂 1~2份;
交联剂 2~6份;
溶剂 70~90份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶层包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸酯12~25份;乙酸乙酯75~88份;异氰酸酯类固化剂0.3~1.2份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述溶剂由异丙醇和水按体积比1:1组成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述导电聚合物为带有共轭π键的高分子物质,包括聚乙炔、聚对苯撑、聚对苯撑乙烯撑、聚并苯、聚吡咯、聚噻吩中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述促进剂为N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺、2-巯基苯并噻唑、N,N-四甲基二硫双硫羰胺中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘接树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、苯代三聚氰胺树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的PE防静电保护膜,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为二丁基萘磺酸钠、乙二醇单丁酯磷酸酯钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯中的一种或多种;所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、二甲胺基丙胺、二乙胺基丙胺中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的PE防静电保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在PE基膜层的表面涂覆抗静电液,经65~80℃分段烘干后得到静电液层;
(2)在静电液层上面涂覆胶水,经55~90℃分段烘干后得到胶层。
10.根据权利要求1所述的PE防静电保护膜在电子产品、镜片、屏膜工程保护方面的应用。
