本发明公开了一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,包括第一导布辊、底座、第一支撑架,所述底座上设置有多个第一支撑架,其中一个第一支撑架上设置有第一导布辊,所述第一导布辊一侧设置有第一引导棍,所述第一引导棍一侧设置有工作台,所述工作台顶部设置有支撑台,所述支撑台顶部设置有吸尘风机,所述吸尘风机通过吸尘管道连接有吸尘头,所述吸尘风机一侧设置有粘接剂箱,所述粘接剂箱内的水泵通过管道连接有喷淋头,所述喷淋头底部设置有涂覆辊,所述涂覆辊外侧设置有涂覆棉毡,所述工作台为中空结构,通过设置的复合压制辊组和烘干辊组,放布面料进行复合,然后对粘接剂进行烘干,提高面料贴合的紧密性,加快面料复合的效率。

一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机。
背景技术
面料复合机是将两层或两层以上相同或不同的材料如:布和布、布和纸、布和人造革以及各种塑料、橡胶片材卷材把它们加热到溶化、半溶化状态或者用一种特制粘合剂复合为一体的机械。现有的面料进行胶合剂贴合后,不能保证面料之间的紧密贴合性,导致面料之间产生缝隙,容易导致面料裂开,给使用带来极大的不便,且贴合后的面料,进行烘干,不能保证面料的平整性,影响面料的美观,对销售和使用产生的影响,且复合后的面料需要人工进行收集,增加了劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,包括第一导布辊、底座、第一支撑架,所述底座上设置有多个第一支撑架,其中一个第一支撑架上设置有第一导布辊,所述第一导布辊一侧设置有第一引导棍,所述第一引导棍一侧设置有工作台,所述工作台顶部设置有支撑台,所述支撑台顶部设置有吸尘风机,所述吸尘风机通过吸尘管道连接有吸尘头,所述吸尘风机一侧设置有粘接剂箱,所述粘接剂箱内的水泵通过管道连接有喷淋头,所述喷淋头底部设置有涂覆辊,所述涂覆辊外侧设置有涂覆棉毡,所述工作台为中空结构,且工作台内设置有升降气缸,所述支撑台上固定连接有第二支撑架,所述第二支撑架上设置有第二导布辊,所述第二导布辊一侧设置有第二引导棍,所述工作台另一侧设置有复合压制辊组,所述复合压制辊组一侧设置有烘干辊组,所述烘干辊组一侧设置有导出辊,所述导出辊一侧设置有收布辊。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述升降气缸的活塞杆通过连接板与涂覆辊的第一支撑架通过焊接的方式固定连接,且升降气缸至少对称设置两个。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述喷淋头至少设置两个,且对称设置在涂覆辊的顶部。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述复合压制辊组和烘干辊组水平设置,且复合压制辊组和烘干辊组均设置有第一支撑架第二支撑架。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述吸尘风机连接的吸尘管道由鹅颈管制成,且吸尘管连接的吸尘头设置在第一导布辊的顶部一侧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述工作台上设置有传送带,且工作台的宽度小于涂覆辊的长度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过设置的复合压制辊组和烘干辊组,放布面料进行复合,然后对粘接剂进行烘干,提高面料贴合的紧密性,加快面料复合的效率,烘干辊组保证了面料复合后的平整性,设置的涂覆棉毡,放布吸收粘接剂,便于对面料进行复合粘接,通过升降气缸控制涂覆辊的升降,方便根据面料的厚度进行涂覆粘接剂,便于面料进行复合,设在的收布辊,便于对复合的面料进行收集,降低了劳动强度,该种面料复合机结构简单,操作方便。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,包括第一导布辊1、底座2、第一支撑架3,底座2上设置有多个第一支撑架3,其中一个第一支撑架3上设置有第一导布辊1,第一导布辊1一侧设置有第一引导棍4,第一引导棍4一侧设置有工作台8,工作台8顶部设置有支撑台7,支撑台7顶部设置有吸尘风机6,吸尘风机6通过吸尘管道连接有吸尘头5,吸尘风机6一侧设置有粘接剂箱9,粘接剂箱9内的水泵通过管道连接有喷淋头10,喷淋头10底部设置有涂覆辊12,涂覆辊12外侧设置有涂覆棉毡11,工作台8为中空结构,且工作台8内设置有升降气缸13,支撑台7上固定连接有第二支撑架14,第二支撑架14上设置有第二导布辊15,第二导布辊15一侧设置有第二引导棍16,工作台8另一侧设置有复合压制辊组17,复合压制辊组17一侧设置有烘干辊组18,烘干辊组18一侧设置有导出辊19,导出辊19一侧设置有收布辊20。通过设置的复合压制辊组17和烘干辊组18,放布面料进行复合,然后对粘接剂进行烘干,提高面料贴合的紧密性,加快面料复合的效率。
升降气缸13的活塞杆通过连接板与涂覆辊12的第一支撑架3通过焊接的方式固定连接,且升降气缸13至少对称设置两个,喷淋头10至少设置两个,且对称设置在涂覆辊12的顶部,复合压制辊组17和烘干辊组18水平设置,且复合压制辊组17和烘干辊组18均设置有第一支撑架3第二支撑架14,吸尘风机6连接的吸尘管道由鹅颈管制成,且吸尘管连接的吸尘头5设置在第一导布辊1的顶部一侧,工作台8上设置有传送带,且工作台8的宽度小于涂覆辊12的长度。
具体原理:使用时,通过第一导布辊1进行放布,第一引导棍4引导面料的运动方向,同时打开吸尘风机6,通过鹅颈管制成的吸尘管道,吸尘头5对面料进行吸尘,吸尘后的面料进入到工作台8上的传送带上,打开粘接剂箱9内的水泵,通过管道粘接剂流向喷淋头10,对涂覆辊12的涂覆棉毡11进行喷淋粘接剂,控制升降气缸13进行升降,带动第一支撑架3下降,从而带哦东涂覆辊12对面料进行涂覆粘接剂,第二导布辊15进行放布,经过第二引导棍16进行引导,面料进行复合,进过复合压制辊组17进行复合压制,烘干辊组18进行烘干粘接剂,复合后的面料经过导出辊19引导,通过收布辊20进行收布。
通过设置的复合压制辊组17和烘干辊组18,放布面料进行复合,然后对粘接剂进行烘干,提高面料贴合的紧密性,加快面料复合的效率,烘干辊组保证了面料复合后的平整性,设置的涂覆棉毡11,放布吸收粘接剂,便于对面料进行复合粘接,通过升降气缸13控制涂覆辊12的升降,方便根据面料的厚度进行涂覆粘接剂,便于面料进行复合,设在的收布辊20,便于对复合的面料进行收集,降低了劳动强度,该种面料复合机结构简单,操作方便。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,其特征在于,所述复合压制辊组(17)和烘干辊组(18)水平设置,且复合压制辊组(17)和烘干辊组(18)均设置有第一支撑架(3)第二支撑架(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,其特征在于,所述吸尘风机(6)连接的吸尘管道由鹅颈管制成,且吸尘管连接的吸尘头(5)设置在第一导布辊(1)的顶部一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料贴合紧密的面料复合机,其特征在于,所述工作台(8)上设置有传送带,且工作台(8)的宽度小于涂覆辊(12)的长度。
