The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the automatic garbage bin is used, to-be-processed plastic garbage is added into the storage bin 15 and is connected with an external power supply 7, the controller 61 controls the first automatic expansion plate 8 to be opened, the plastic garbage falls into the primary crushing cavity 11, and when the infrared sensing device 110 senses that the total volume of the fallen plastic garbage reaches a set value, the first automatic expansion plate 8 is closed and feeding is stopped; the controller 61 controls and controls the left cutter motor and the right cutter motor to be started simultaneously to drive the left crushing cutter 21 and the right crushing cutter 22 to rotate, the air cylinder 16 pushes the left crushing cutter 1 to move rightwards, the pressure sensor 210 senses the pressure between the left crushing cutter 21 and the right crushing cutter 22, when the pressure is suddenly increased, the controller 61 controls the cutter motors to stop running, foreign matters entering the primary crushing cavity 11 are cleaned in time, and crushing is stopped when the primary crushing time reaches a set value; the second automatic expansion plate 151 is opened, the plastic garbage falls into the disinfection cavity 12, the controller 61 controls the electromagnetic valve and the pressure pump, disinfectant is introduced into the disinfection frame 33 for disinfection treatment, when the disinfection time reaches a set value, the expansion motor drives the expansion push rod to push the disinfection frame 33 upwards, meanwhile, the material pushing motor drives the material pushing device 330 to push the plastic fragments to the right end of the disinfection frame 33, the plastic fragments enter the secondary crushing cavity 13 from the discharge port to start crushing, and the crushed plastic powder is conveyed to the placing cavity 14 through the material loading device 18; the hot plate 9 heats the plastic powder, and when the inductive probe of the temperature sensing device 141 senses that the heating temperature reaches the set value, the heating is stopped, the pressing block cylinder 51 drives the hydraulic rod 52, the pressing plate 54 is pushed to press the plastic powder into blocks, the vibration assembly 53 vibrates the pressing plate 54, the pressing blocks are completed, and the plastic after the pressing blocks is taken out for later-stage processing.

the primary crushing device (2) is arranged in the primary crushing cavity (11), the left end of the left cutter motor is connected with the air cylinder (16) through a hydraulic rod, the left cutter motor provides power for the left crushing cutter (21), the left crushing cutter is provided with an opening, the right cutter motor is arranged on the inner wall of the right side of the primary crushing cavity (11), and the right cutter motor provides power for the right crushing cutter (22); the disinfection device (3) is arranged in the disinfection cavity (12), the disinfection spray head (31) is arranged at the upper end of the rear side face of the disinfection cavity (12), the disinfection spray head (31) is connected with the disinfectant storage tank (17) through a pressure pump I, and a first electromagnetic valve is arranged at the connection part of the disinfection spray head (31) and the disinfectant storage tank (17);
