【0023】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the term dirty sanitary ware refers to sanitary ware that has been soiled during the manufacturing process, transportation process and display process of the sanitary ware, as well as used sanitary ware. In the present invention, the term pulverization means crushing, crushing, medium crushing and cutting.
In the context of the present invention, a dirty hygiene article means a dirty paper diaper, a dirty milk pad, a dirty urine pad, a dirty sheet, a dirty gauze, a dirty bandage or a dirty absorbent cotton or a set of two or more of these hygiene articles. I do. In the present invention, the sanitary articles to which dirt is attached particularly mean used paper diapers.
[0008]
Sanitary articles, especially sanitary articles such as disposable diapers and water-absorbent pads, have a water-absorbent layer formed of pulp and a water-absorbent resin disposed between the layers of water-absorbent paper, and beneath the layer of water-absorbent paper at the bottom. A water-impervious plastic material membrane is provided at a location, and a non-woven fabric of a water-permeable plastic material is provided over the upper absorbent paper layer. In the case of used sanitary articles, for example, used disposable diapers, dirt such as feces and feces due to excretion mainly adheres to a part of a non-woven fabric made of plastic material, and dirt due to bodily fluids such as urine is made of plastic material. Attaches to nonwoven fabric, water absorbing layer and part of plastic material film. In the case of a used urine pad or milk pad, dirt due to body fluids such as sweat and urine mainly adheres to a part of a nonwoven fabric made of a plastic material, a part of a water-absorbing layer, and a part of a plastic material film.
[0009]
In the present invention, the soiled hygiene article is sprayed with a disinfectant solution and wetted with the disinfectant solution prior to grinding. The sanitary article wet with the disinfectant solution is sent to a cutter or crusher, where the sanitary article is cut or crushed to a size of 50 mm or less, preferably 30 mm or less. The sanitary goods pulverized material cut or crushed by the cutting machine or the crusher has a dirty portion and a non-dirty portion, and is easily separated.
Further, in the present invention, the pulverized sanitary goods pulverized product is introduced into a disinfectant solution under stirring to be disintegrated into materials constituting the sanitary goods, and water-soluble dirt adhering to the materials is almost all. Is dissolved in the disinfectant solution and separated from the material, and solid contaminants such as feces and feces are dissociated and washed by the stirring action of the stirring member and the disturbing action of the disinfectant solution, and most of the material is separated from the material. can do.
[0010]
The water-soluble stains separated from the material in this way dissolve and move into the solution, and most of the solid stains such as feces are finely dispersed and dispersed in the solution. The material of the sanitary ware is cleaned and sterilized by the stirring treatment in the disinfectant solution. In order to separate the material of the sanitary ware thus treated, the disinfectant solution in which the material of the sanitary ware is suspended is sent to, for example, a sieve having an opening of 0.1 to 1 mm. By the stirring treatment in the disinfectant solution, most of water-soluble dirt and solid dirt adhering to the pulverized sanitary goods become dissolved or suspended in the disinfectant solution. Most of the water-soluble dirt and solid dirt adhering to the sanitary ware will be contained under the sieve or in the filtrate by separating with a mesh sieve or a filter medium. And separated. The material of the sanitary article thus separated is washed with stirring in another disinfectant solution. Such repeated treatment in the disinfectant solution significantly reduces the number of bacteria remaining in the material of the sanitary article.
[0011]
In the present invention, the sanitary article material treated with the disinfectant solution is finally immersed in boiling water. In this case, too, the material of the hygiene article is rinsed with stirring, whereby the bacteria which adhere to the material of the hygiene article are killed and the number of bacteria is significantly reduced. The material of the sanitary ware thus washed is sieved with a sieve having an opening of 5 to 10 mm under spraying of the antibacterial agent solution. On the sieve, materials of sanitary goods mainly containing plastic substances wetted by the antibacterial agent solution are divided. Under the sieve, sanitary products containing pulp and superabsorbent resin wetted by the antibacterial agent solution as well as products on the sieve. The material of the goods is divided.
[0012]
The material of sanitary goods including pulp under the sieve and super absorbent resin is a gel-like substance by absorbing the super absorbent resin, and the water contained in the super absorbent resin is separated and removed from the gel substance. To be washed with an aqueous solution of calcium chloride.
The material of the sanitary goods containing the pulp of the under-sieved product which has been washed and dehydrated with an aqueous solution of calcium chloride and the superabsorbent resin is dried by a dryer, for example, a blow dryer. The material of the sanitary ware of the sifted product containing the dried pulp and the superabsorbent resin is obtained by a dry classifier, for example, air classification, with a relatively low content of the superabsorbent resin, for example, having a content of 1% by weight or less. A material for hygiene products having a low specific gravity including a superabsorbent resin and pulp, and a hygiene product having a relatively high content of a superabsorbent resin having a relatively high content, for example, a high specific gravity including a superabsorbent resin having a content of 3 wt% or more and pulp And can be used as raw materials such as sanitary goods.
[0013]
In the present invention, the disinfectant is used for disinfecting bacteria attached to dirty sanitary goods, and includes ozone, chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlorite, lithium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide. , Chlorine bromide, chlorinated isocyanuric acid, chloramine B or chloramine T. However, in addition to these disinfectants, disinfectants, antibacterial agents or disinfectants generally used for disinfecting bacteria or microorganisms can be used. In the case of using a disinfectant solution as a means for disinfecting bacteria of hygiene articles, the concentration of the disinfectant is increased when the treatment time is shortened. However, as long as the processing time is 30 minutes or more, the disinfectant can be used at a concentration that is normally used. For example, in the case of a sodium hypochlorite solution, it is used in an amount of 0.05 to 3% by weight.
[0014]
In the present invention, crushing of the used sanitary articles such as used is continuously performed on the sanitary articles wet with the disinfectant solution by spraying the disinfectant in order to effectively use the time required for disinfection. Is preferred. However, in the present invention, in order to disinfect the soiled sanitary goods, the crushed material of the soiled sanitary goods is disinfected in a disinfectant solution with stirring, but this disinfection treatment has an initial disinfecting effect. Is preferably carried out in a batch mode, since the process is continued until the above is achieved. Sterilization treatment can be performed in a continuous manner, but in this case, it is necessary to stay in the disinfection treatment tank until the initial disinfection effect is achieved, and many facilities are required. Therefore, the crushed used sanitary goods, such as used, are left in a wet state with the disinfectant solution until the amount reaches the predetermined amount, and the disinfection is continued.
[0015]
Disinfectants include chlorine gas, liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, bleached powder, highly bleached powder (calcium hypochlorite), calcium hypochlorite, lithium hypochlorite, organic chlorinating agents, chlorine dioxide or Ozone can be used. Ozone has a high decomposition rate, has a large sterilizing power and sterilizes in a short time, whereas chlorine has a small sterilizing power as compared with ozone and requires a long time for sterilization. However, since the chlorinated disinfectant has a longer germicidal activity than the ozone disinfectant, in the present invention, it is preferable to use liquid chlorine, sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite. As for the concentration of the disinfectant solution, it is preferable to set the concentration of the disinfectant solution to be used in accordance with the type of soiled sanitary ware, the state of contamination, and the processing time.
[0016]
In the present invention, for example, boiling water or hot water having a temperature of 80 ° C. or more is used in the stirring and washing step. By rinsing with hot water under stirring in this way, the material of the sanitary ware is heated by the hot water, and the bacteria that adhere to the material of the sanitary ware can be sterilized by heat, and adhere to the material of the recycled and recovered sanitary ware. E. coli can be made negative. In general, the number of bacteria before sterilization of disposable medical products is, for example, 10% for raw cotton. 6 To 10 7 / 1g, 10% with absorbent cotton 2 To 10 4 / 1g, 10% with gauze 2 To 10 4 However, in the present invention, the material of the sanitary article to be recovered in the present invention can have at least the number of bacteria equal to or less than the number of bacteria before sterilization of the above-described disposable medical product. In the present invention, Escherichia coli is extinct and forms a dead body, and rarely remains in a small amount.
