将威灵仙、两面针、三七粉A部分、红花、蜈蚣、黄柏、薄荷、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、地龙、伸筋草、全蝎、大黄、杜仲、续断和牛膝，用含乙醇浓度为体积分数75％的白酒密封浸泡3个月，然后过滤药渣，取得滤液，再在滤液中加入三七粉B部分、秦艽粉、羌活粉、干姜粉，再密封浸泡3个月后取出，过滤，滤液即为外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液。
治疗方法：
首先利用电热吹风扩张毛细血管，加强中草药酒渗透肌肉及关节，溶解风湿关节积液及关节痛风结晶，促进血液循环，疏通血管目的。然后将本发明的外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液先涂抹腿部膝盖关节、脚踝关节，再涂抹腰部腰椎关节，最后涂抹肩膀及大椎部位，即可起到疏通经络，引血下行、活血散瘀、祛除风湿、消肿止痛作用。配合专用丝布海绵头药酒瓶，涂抹方便，安全无副作用。
疗程：一个月，每天2次，早晚各一次，严重者可以再治疗一个疗程。
治疗案例：
01案例：李某清，女、45岁，待业，因多吃海鲜和生活不规律，尿酸475μmol/L，总胆固醇6.1，在2017年03月2日，突发脚踝红肿剧痛，按上述治疗方法治疗后，1个钟头及减缓红肿，当天可以走路，治疗一个月，每天2次，早晚各一次后，尿酸降低到正常值300μmol/L，未见复发；
02案例：赵某，男、31岁，经商，因长期熬夜、啤酒海鲜，尿酸560μmol/L，总胆固醇7.3，在2016年06月11日，突发跖趾关节红肿，按上述治疗方法治疗后，四十分钟减缓肿痛，一个钟后开车离开，治疗2个月，每天2次，早晚各一次后，尿酸降低到正常值280μmol/L，未见复发。
本发明人应用本发明的外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液按照本发明的治疗方法治疗了上千例痛风患者(所有患者的尿酸在治疗前都是超出正常值的)，经过1-2个疗程后，结果显示治愈率达到99％以上，治愈的患者基本尿酸变回正常值，再无肿痛关节炎，以后健康饮食后，基本再无复发。
实施例2：
外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液，其特征在于，是通过以下方法制备的：
原料：按质量份数计，包括威灵仙26份、两面针15份、三七粉A部分33份、红花22份、蜈蚣12份、黄柏25份、薄荷22份、乳香8份、没药8份、三棱22份、莪术26份、地龙11份、伸筋草13份、全蝎18份、大黄15份、杜仲15份、续断15份、牛膝30份，三七粉B部分50份、秦艽粉50份、羌活粉50份、干姜粉50份；
将威灵仙、两面针、三七粉A部分、红花、蜈蚣、黄柏、薄荷、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、地龙、伸筋草、全蝎、大黄、杜仲、续断和牛膝，用含乙醇浓度为体积分数60％的白酒密封浸泡4个月，然后过滤药渣，取得滤液，再在滤液中加入三七粉B部分、秦艽粉、羌活粉、干姜粉，再密封浸泡4个月后取出，过滤，滤液即为外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液。
按实施例1的治疗方法治疗痛风患者，治愈率达到99％以上，治愈的患者基本尿酸变回正常值，再无肿痛关节炎，以后健康饮食后，基本再无复发。
实施例3：
原料：按质量份数计，包括威灵仙38份、两面针26份、三七粉A部分58份、红花35份、蜈蚣19份、黄柏36份、薄荷35份、乳香13份、没药13份、三棱35份、莪术38份、地龙16份、伸筋草19份、全蝎26份、大黄26份、杜仲26份、续断26份、牛膝50份，三七粉B部分80份、秦艽粉80份、羌活粉80份、干姜粉80份；
将威灵仙、两面针、三七粉A部分、红花、蜈蚣、黄柏、薄荷、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、地龙、伸筋草、全蝎、大黄、杜仲、续断和牛膝，用含乙醇浓度为体积分数90％的白酒密封浸泡2个月，然后过滤药渣，取得滤液，再在滤液中加入三七粉B部分、秦艽粉、羌活粉、干姜粉，再密封浸泡2个月后取出，过滤，滤液即为外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液。
按实施例1的治疗方法治疗痛风患者，治愈率达到99％以上，治愈的患者基本尿酸变回正常值，再无肿痛关节炎，以后健康饮食后，基本再无复发。

1.一种外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液，其特征在于，是通过以下方法制备的：
原料：按质量份数计，包括威灵仙26-38份、两面针15-26份、三七粉A部分33-58份、红花22-35份、蜈蚣12-19份、黄柏25-36份、薄荷22-35份、乳香8-13份、没药8-13份、三棱22-35份、莪术26-38份、地龙11-16份、伸筋草13-19份、全蝎18-26份、大黄15-26份、杜仲15-26份、续断15-26份、牛膝30-50份，三七粉B部分50-80份、秦艽粉50-80份、羌活粉50-80份、干姜粉50-80份；
将威灵仙、两面针、三七粉A部分、红花、蜈蚣、黄柏、薄荷、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、地龙、伸筋草、全蝎、大黄、杜仲、续断和牛膝，用含乙醇浓度为体积分数60％以上的白酒密封浸泡2-4个月，然后过滤药渣，取得滤液，再在滤液中加入三七粉B部分、秦艽粉、羌活粉、干姜粉，再密封浸泡2-4个月后取出，过滤，滤液即为外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液，其特征在于，所述的外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液是通过以下方法制备的：
原料：按质量份数计，包括威灵仙30份、两面针20份、三七粉A部分45份、红花30份、蜈蚣15份、黄柏30份、薄荷28份、乳香10份、没药10份、三棱28份、莪术30份、地龙13份、伸筋草16份、全蝎20份、大黄20份、杜仲20份、续断20份，牛膝40份，三七粉B部分65份、秦艽粉65份、羌活粉65份、干姜粉65份；
将威灵仙、两面针、三七粉A部分、红花、蜈蚣、黄柏、薄荷、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术、地龙、伸筋草、全蝎、大黄、杜仲、续断和牛膝，用含乙醇浓度为体积分数75％的白酒密封浸泡3个月，然后过滤药渣，取得滤液，再在滤液中加入三七粉B部分、秦艽粉、羌活粉、干姜粉，再密封浸泡3个月后取出，过滤，滤液即为外用治疗痛风肿痛关节炎的中药组合物酒提取液。
