Abstract
本发明公开了一种单向阀门,包括阀杆、阀体、闸板、阀盖、手轮、止回阀阀芯组件,阀体上设有进水口、出水口,所述止回阀阀芯组件设在进水口腔体内,与进水口腔体组合成为止回阀,所述阀盖上设有至少一个穿线孔,所述阀体上设有穿线孔。进水口外端还连接有过滤管。本发明将闸阀与止回阀合二为一,具有两阀门的双重功能,简化了原来组合式的复杂结构。而在阀盖与阀体都设穿线孔,把阀盖与阀体两孔用线穿起绷紧,有效防止了用户偷水。并且本发明还具有过滤功能,有效防止阀芯损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种单向阀门。
背景技术
活接单向阀门广泛应用于乡镇、城市一户一表工程及各种场合的阀门,它是通过手动来切断(或接通)管路中介质又可自动动作防止介质倒流及倒流引起的水锤现象对管件中附件的破坏。一般情况下要达到介质截断和防止介质倒流通常要用两只阀门,一个截断阀和一个止回阀,通过组合来达到其目的,其具有安装繁琐,材料浪费大,造成利用率低,能源消耗大等缺陷。并且,现有的单向阀门不具有过滤功能,阀芯易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、把截断和防止介质倒流两个功能集中在一个单向阀门内,同时集成过滤功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种单向阀门,包括阀杆、阀体、闸板、阀盖、手轮、止回阀阀芯组件,阀体上设有进水口、出水口,所述止回阀阀芯组件设在进水口腔体内,与进水口腔体组合成为止回阀;
所述止回阀阀芯组件包括设在进水口腔体内的阀芯、弹簧、阀座、连接在阀座上的固定止回阀阀芯组件的阀芯组件的支撑架,支撑架、阀座及进水口腔体间设有密封垫,阀座外端通过设在进水口腔体嵌槽上的挡圈卡紧;
所述阀座与进水口腔体间设有O型密封圈;
所述进水口外端还连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔。
进一步地:所述外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽,所述内螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽。
进一步地:所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程。
进一步地:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜。
进一步地:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓沿管体径向从内向外的方向外螺旋槽的槽口宽度逐渐变宽。
进一步地:所述阀盖上设有至少一个穿线孔,所述阀体上设有穿线孔。
本发明积极效果是:止回阀阀芯通过挡圈固定在进水口腔体内,使阀芯在介质倒流时阀芯不会冲出,当进水端压力小于出水端压力时,阀芯工作,介质反向流动,阀瓣与密封垫接触而密封关闭,由于阀芯关闭,介质不再迅速倒流,此阀前面的管路附件不反转,从而达到管路附件不会损坏和倒计数的目的,采用这种结构,将闸阀与止回阀合二为一,具有两阀门的双重功能,简化了原来组合式的复杂结构;而在阀盖与阀体都设穿线孔,把阀盖与阀体两孔用线穿起绷紧,有效防止了用户偷水。
另一方面,进水口外端连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,能够对水流进行过滤,阀芯不易损坏,而且所述过滤管相对于常见的过滤管有如下优点:(1)过滤管具有外螺旋槽,管外的水流在压力作用下沿外螺旋槽螺旋流动,使得杂质在管壁外分布更加均匀,滤孔的利用和损耗更加均匀,并增加了水流经过滤孔的次数,提高了过滤效率;(2)过滤管内外的水流分别沿内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽流动,相互间在滤孔处碰撞,从而能够将堵塞在滤孔外的杂质冲击掉,达到过滤管自清洗的目的,降低了清洗成本;(3)过滤管内的水流沿内螺旋槽螺旋流动形成流速均匀的水流,经过过滤的水一进入过滤管立即受内螺旋槽内水流的引导而沿内螺旋槽流动,达到平稳管内水流的作用,且外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽、内螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽的结构有助于将经过过滤的水分散到不同的内螺旋槽内,进一步降低了刚进入管体内的水对管内水的冲击;(4)过滤管具有内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽,有助于管体的弯曲,且在弯曲时可在外螺旋槽内盘入电热丝加热,进一步降低了弯曲的弯度,另一方面,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程,降低了弯曲造成管体破裂的可能性;(5)外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,通过设定不同部位的导程可实现控制过滤管不同位置内外水流速度的功能;(6)外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜,保证在车削内螺旋槽时可通过选择车削方向使得刀具车到内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处时车刀行进方向与外螺旋槽两侧壁由外边向内底边的方向皆成锐角避免崩刀,降低了加工难度;(7)过滤管外螺旋槽的槽口宽度沿管体径向从内向外的方向逐渐变宽,有助于在加工过程中通过挤压方式将密封胶填充到外螺旋槽中,使得外螺旋槽底部的密封胶填充更加致密,进一步避免了在车削内螺旋槽时在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处出现崩刀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1,一种单向阀门,包括阀杆1、阀体2、闸板3、阀盖4、手轮5、止回阀阀芯组件6,阀体2上设有进水口21、出水口22,所述止回阀阀芯组件设在进水口21腔体内,与进水口21腔体组合成为止回阀,所述止回阀阀芯组件6包括设在进水口21腔体内的阀芯23、弹簧24、阀座25、连接在阀座25上的固定止回阀阀芯组件的支撑架26,支撑架26、阀座25及进水口21腔体间设有密封垫27,起密封作用,阀座25外端通过设在进水口21腔体嵌槽上的挡圈28卡紧。阀座25与进水口21腔体问设有O型密封圈29,起阀芯与阀体密封作用。所述阀盖4上设有二个穿线孔41,阀体2上设有一个穿线孔42。阀杆1安装于阀盖4与阀体2中,阀杆1上设有双O形密封圈11,阀杆1下端用锁紧螺丝12定位,阀杆1上端通过一体设置在阀盖4的挡檐43定位。
工作时,阀杆1旋转闸板4作上下升降运动,使管路中介质作接通(或切断)功能;当进水端压力小于出水端压力时,介质反向流动,阀芯23与密封垫27接触而密封关闭,防止介质迅速倒流,使阀前面的管路附件不反转,从而达到管路附件不会损坏和倒计数的目的。
所述进水口21外端还连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,连接口与外部管路连接后,水流通过过滤管进入进水口。
如图2和3,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔。
所述外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽,所述内螺旋槽为三头螺旋槽;
所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程。
如图4,所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜且沿管体径向从内向外的方向外螺旋槽的槽口宽度逐渐变宽。
所述过滤管的加工方法包括如下步骤:
(A)粗车、精车管体外壁;
(B)粗车、精车外螺旋槽;
(C)粗车、精车管体内壁;
(D)向外螺旋槽内灌注密封胶,如图4,由于外螺旋槽的槽口宽度沿管体径向从内向外的方向逐渐变宽,通过挤压方式可以将密封胶填充到外螺旋槽中并使得外螺旋槽底部的密封胶填充更加致密,避免了后续工序中在车削内螺旋槽时在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处出现崩刀;冷却至密封胶凝固;
(E)粗车、精车内螺旋槽:由于外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜,因此在车削内螺旋槽时可选择按图2从左向右的车削方向,即可使得刀具车到内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处时车刀行进方向与外螺旋槽两侧壁由外边向内底边的方向皆成锐角,从而避免崩刀,降低了加工难度;并且,外螺旋槽内填充了密封胶,极大地避免了车刀在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处因为断屑而引起的振动,进一步避免了崩刀现象的发生,并且保证了内螺旋槽槽壁的粗糙度;
(F)在外螺旋槽中缠绕电热丝对过滤管进行加热,在高温条件下将冷却管弯曲至所需形状。
当然,本发明所要求保护的范围不仅仅限于以上实施例所述范围,只要是闸阀进水口内装有阀芯或其它止会阀芯部件形态相配合,挡圈使阀芯不易掉出阀体,其中阀芯与其固定也可用其它方法和其它材料,包括缩口、卡环和金属材料,皆属于本发明设计保护之范围。

1.一种单向阀门,包括阀杆(1)、阀体(2)、闸板(3)、阀盖(4)、手轮(5)、止回阀阀芯组件(6),阀体上设有进水口(21)、出水口(22)等,其特征在于:所述止回阀阀芯组件(6)设在进水口(21)腔体内,与进水口(21)腔体组合成为止回阀;
所述止回阀阀芯组件(6)包括设在进水口(21)腔体内的阀芯(23)、弹簧(24)、阀座(25)、连接在阀座(25)上的固定止回阀阀芯组件(6)的阀芯组件的支撑架(26),支撑架(26)、阀座(25)及进水口(21)腔体间设有密封垫(27),阀座(25)外端通过设在进水口(21)腔体嵌槽上的挡圈(28)卡紧;
所述阀座(25)与进水口(21)腔体间设有O型密封圈(29);
所述进水口(21)外端还连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔;
