Abstract
本发明公开了一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，包括与悬挑工字钢（1）滑动连接的一组滑动组件（2）；滑动组件（2）顶部设有用于定位脚手架立管（3）的定位套管（4），滑动组件（2）底部经锁紧手柄（5）与悬挑工字钢（1）固定。本发明制作安装方便，现场使用便捷，节能环保，感观大方，满足定型化周转使用，同时避免因焊接不当对工字钢的受力性能以及观感质量造成影响。本发明的装置具有环保、节能、经济、可周转使用、操作简单等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，属于悬挑脚手架立管定位技术领域。
背景技术
现有悬挑脚手架立管的定位是在悬挑工字钢顶部焊接一组长200mm、直径25～30mm的钢筋或短管作为手架立管的定位装置。现有定位装置属于固定式的，不可调节，且焊接定位钢筋时焊接不当会对工字钢的受力性能以及观感质量造成影响。且不可重复使用，有待进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，使定位点可任意调节，并可重复使用，同时在使用中不会对工字钢的受力性能以及观感质量造成影响，从而克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
本发明的一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，包括与悬挑工字钢滑动连接的一组滑动组件；滑动组件顶部设有用于定位脚手架立管的定位套管，滑动组件底部经锁紧手柄与悬挑工字钢固定。
前述装置中，所述滑动组件包括矩形钢管，矩形钢管顶部与定位套管焊接，定位套管底部设有排水孔，定位套管一侧设有一组通孔，通孔处焊接有固定螺母，固定螺母上设有顶紧螺钉；矩形钢管底部设有通孔，通孔处焊接有锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母上设有锁紧手柄；矩形钢管的内壁顶部设有瓷片。
前述装置中，所述锁紧手柄包括锁紧螺杆，锁紧螺杆与手柄丁字形焊接。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比，本发明具有制作安装方便、可任意调节定位点、并且使用便捷方便的优点；此外本发明还具有节能环保、感观大方、能满足定型化周转使用的要求等优点。经试验使用证明，本发明具有很好的推广意义。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明，但不作为对本发明的任何限制。
本发明的一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，如图1和图2所示：包括与悬挑工字钢1滑动连接的一组滑动组件2；滑动组件2顶部设有用于定位脚手架立管3的定位套管4，滑动组件2底部经锁紧手柄5与悬挑工字钢1固定。滑动组件2包括矩形钢管6，矩形钢管6顶部与定位套管4焊接，定位套管4底部设有排水孔7，定位套管4一侧设有一组通孔，通孔处焊接有固定螺母8，固定螺母8上设有顶紧螺钉9；矩形钢管6底部设有通孔，通孔处焊接有锁紧螺母10，锁紧螺母10上设有锁紧手柄5；矩形钢管6的内壁顶部设有瓷片11。锁紧手柄5包括锁紧螺杆12，锁紧螺杆12与手柄13丁字形焊接。
实施例
本例是对现有悬挑脚手架立管定位装置的改进，现有技术是在悬挑工字钢1顶部焊接一组长200mm、直径25～30mm的钢筋或短管作为手架立管的定位装置。现有技术的定位装置属于一次性的，不可重复周转使用。由于钢筋或短管是直接焊接在悬挑工字钢上的，对工字钢的受力性能有所影响。也影响工字钢的观感质量，使用过的工字钢不可再次使用。
本例是用180×100×3mm的矩形钢管6制作一组如图3和图4所示的滑动组件2。使用时，将滑动组件2套在16#工字钢制成的悬挑工字钢1上，滑动组件2与悬挑工字钢1滑动连接，为了便于滑动组件2在悬挑工字钢1上滑动，在矩形钢管6内壁顶部粘贴有一块瓷片11。滑动组件2底部钻有通孔，通孔底部焊接有一个锁紧螺母10，锁紧螺母10采用加厚螺母，以增加锁紧力。锁紧螺母10上设有锁紧手柄5，锁紧手柄5如图5所示，包括锁紧螺杆12，锁紧螺杆12与手柄13焊接成丁字形。拧紧锁紧手柄5可以将滑动组件2在悬挑工字钢1上位置固定。滑动组件2顶部焊接有定位套管4，脚手架立管3下端插入定位套管4后，通过顶紧螺钉9固定，实现对脚手架立管3的定位。
本发明制作安装方便，现场使用便捷，节能环保，感观大方，满足定型化周转使用，同时避免因焊接不当对工字钢的受力性能以及观感质量造成影响。因此，本发明的装置具有环保、节能、经济、可周转使用、操作简单等优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，包括与悬挑工字钢（1）滑动连接的一组滑动组件（2）；其特征在于：滑动组件（2）顶部设有用于定位脚手架立管（3）的定位套管（4），滑动组件（2）底部经锁紧手柄（5）与悬挑工字钢（1）固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，其特征在于：所述滑动组件（2）包括矩形钢管（6），矩形钢管（6）顶部与定位套管（4）焊接，定位套管（4）底部设有排水孔（7），定位套管（4）一侧设有一组通孔，通孔处焊接有固定螺母（8），固定螺母（8）上设有顶紧螺钉（9）；矩形钢管（6）底部设有通孔，通孔处焊接有锁紧螺母（10），锁紧螺母（10）上设有锁紧手柄（5）；矩形钢管（6）的内壁顶部设有瓷片（11）。
3.根据权利要求2所述工具式悬挑脚手架立管定位装置，其特征在于：所述锁紧手柄（5）包括锁紧螺杆（12），锁紧螺杆（12）与手柄（13）丁字形焊接。
