The after-finishing technology has the defects of poor antibacterial performance, poor water washing resistance and the like, and the application range is limited; in the modified fiber, the application of the silver modified fiber in the antibacterial textile is more and more extensive, and the representative fiber comprises silver ion modified fiber and nano silver modified fiber. Both the nano silver modified fiber and the nano silver modified fiber have excellent antibacterial performance, and have the characteristics of washing resistance, long acting, quick response and the like, but the nano silver modified fiber has potential threat to the health of consumers and is publicized by some countries to be restricted in use; silver ion fibers are relatively safe. (3) the two raw slivers are processed into blended roving through the procedures of pre-drawing, mixed drawing (3 times) and roving;
(4) and spinning the blended roving into spun yarn by adopting a four-roller siro compact spinning frame, and further preparing the spun yarn into cone yarn by adopting an automatic winder.
The invention provides a strong-effect antibacterial yarn, and the detection shows that the antibacterial performance of the fabric made of the yarn reaches the requirements of FZ/T73023-2006 antibacterial knitwear AAA level, and the fabric has no influence on the antibacterial function after being washed for 50 times.
The silver ion modified fiber non-woven fabric and other fiber components are mixed for spinning, so that the technical problem of spinning by using the non-woven fabric is effectively solved, the production of the strong-effect antibacterial yarn is realized, and the raw material source of short fiber spinning is expanded.

The antibacterial yarn comprises the following components in percentage by weight of fibers under official moisture regain: 48% of bamboo fiber, 48% of modal fiber and 4% of silver ion modified fiber, wherein the tolerance of the fiber content is +/-1.5%.
