In the above embodiment, the X-axis servo motor 703 is fixed at one end of the X-axis guide slot 701, the X-axis lead screw is disposed in the X-axis guide slot 701, the main shaft of the X-axis servo motor 703 is connected to the X-axis lead screw, and when the main shaft of the X-axis servo motor 703 drives the X-axis lead screw to rotate, the slide block can be driven to move accurately in the X-axis guide slot.

Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a lifting seat 902 is slidably disposed on a Z-axis stand 901, the gripping module 3 is disposed at a lower end of the lifting seat 902, a Z-axis screw 903 is further vertically disposed on the Z-axis stand 901, one end of the Z-axis screw 903 is connected to a main shaft of a Z-axis servo motor 904, the lifting seat 902 is in threaded fit with the Z-axis screw 903, a lifting cylinder 905 is further connected to the lifting seat 902, a cleaning plate 906 is connected to a movable end of the lifting cylinder 905, a cleaning motor 907 is disposed on the cleaning plate 906, and a wool ball 908 is connected to a main shaft of the cleaning motor 907.
In the above embodiment, when the main shaft of the Z-axis servo motor 904 rotates, the Z-axis lead screw 903 may drive the lifting seat 902 to slide up and down along the Z-axis stand 901, so that the grabbing module 3 at the lower end of the lifting seat 902 may extend downward into the film storage space and then take out the screen film. One end of the lifting cylinder 905 is fixed on the lifting seat 902, the other end of the lifting cylinder is connected with the cleaning plate 906, the cleaning module 3 works, the lifting cylinder 905 lifts the cleaning plate 906 to the position above the cleaning module 3 on the lifting seat 902, the work of the cleaning module 3 cannot be hindered, when a mobile phone screen needs to be cleaned, the cleaning plate 906 is placed below the cleaning module 3 by the lifting cylinder 905, the cleaning module 3 cannot be hindered from working of the cleaning motor 907 on the cleaning plate 906, the cleaning motor 907 rotationally wipes the mobile phone screen 908 through wool balls connected to a main shaft of the cleaning motor 907, and oil stains difficult to wipe on the mobile phone screen and dust accumulated all year round are removed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning solution spray bottle 909 and a wiping cylinder 910 are further fixed on the lifting seat 902, a pressing cylinder is provided on the cleaning solution spray bottle 909, a pressing plate 911 is connected to an end of the pressing cylinder, the pressing plate 911 presses a button of the cleaning solution spray bottle 909, and a sponge cleaning cloth 912 is connected to a movable end of the wiping cylinder 910.
In the above embodiment, the pressing cylinder presses the button of the cleaning liquid spray bottle 909 through the pressing plate 911, so that the cleaning liquid spray bottle 909 sprays the cleaning liquid on the screen of the mobile phone, and then the movable end of the wiping cylinder 910 pushes the sponge cleaning cloth 912 to wipe the screen of the mobile phone, so that the screen of the mobile phone can be thoroughly cleaned, and the surface of the screen of the mobile phone can reach the cleaning condition required by film sticking.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the membrane positioning module 5 includes a fixed reference plate 501, an end fixed reference edge 502 and a side fixed reference edge 503 are provided at an edge of the fixed reference plate 501, an end sliding table cylinder 504 and a side sliding table cylinder 505 are provided at a bottom of the fixed reference plate 501, an end movable edge 506 is connected to a movable end of the end sliding table cylinder 504, and a side movable edge 507 is connected to a movable end of the side sliding table cylinder 505.
In the above embodiment, after the screen film is placed on the fixed reference plate 501 by the capture module 3, the end sliding table cylinder 504 and the side sliding table cylinder 505 respectively push the screen film from two directions through the end movable edge 506 and the side movable edge 507, so that the edge of the screen film is aligned with the end fixed reference edge 502 and the side fixed reference edge 503 on the fixed reference plate 501, thereby accurately positioning the screen film, ensuring that the screen film does not deflect in the horizontal direction, and when the capture module 3 again captures the screen film, the accurate position of the screen film can be ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a garbage bin 10 is further disposed on the structural platform 201, and the garbage bin 10 is located on a side of the film tearing module 4 where the clipping tip 402 is located.
In the above embodiment, after the screen film is separated from the bottom film, the clamping tip 402 is separated from the upper and lower clamping blocks 401, and the bottom film falls from the clamping tip 402 and just falls into the garbage bin 10.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the film tearing module 4 comprises a fixing block 403, the fixing block 403 is fixed on the structure platform 201, a transverse sliding table cylinder 404 is arranged on the fixing block 403, a clamp plate 405 is fixed at a movable end of the transverse sliding table cylinder 404, the clamp tip 402 is arranged on the clamp plate 405, a vertical sliding table cylinder 406 is further arranged on the clamp plate 405, and the upper and lower clamp blocks 401 are arranged at a movable end of the vertical sliding table cylinder 406.
In the above embodiment, the upper and lower clamping blocks 401 connected to the movable end of the vertical sliding table cylinder 406 are engaged with the clamping tips 402 on the clamping plate 405 to clamp or release the bottom film, and the horizontal sliding table cylinder 404 can push the clamping plate 405 above the garbage bin 10 to facilitate the bottom film falling into the garbage bin 10.
