本发明公开了一种切刀,包括把手(1)、支架(2)、刀片(3),其特征在于:在刀片(3)上安装有刀座(4),刀座(4)内安装有轴承(7),轴承(7)通过螺栓(5)、螺帽(6)连接支架(2)。本发明波浪形边均匀,速度快,不会划伤下面的托盘,使用方便。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,特别是一种切刀。
背景技术
燕麦饼干在加工过程中,进行配料成型后是一整块,需要用切刀切割成带有波浪形边的小块,现有技术中是采用一块压制成波浪形的板进行切割,导致小块燕麦饼干波浪形边不均匀,速度慢,容易划伤下面的托盘,且使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种波浪形边均匀,速度快,不会划伤下面的托盘,使用方便的切刀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明主要采用以下技术方案实现:
一种切刀,包括把手、支架、刀片,其特征在于:在刀片上安装有刀座,刀座内安装有轴承,轴承通过螺栓、螺帽连接支架。
所述把手固定连接支架。
所述的支架是叉状。
所述刀片是圆盘状,波浪形,可转动。
由以上技术方案可知,本技术方案与现有技术方案相比具有明显有益效果,本技术方案通过在把手上安装支架,支架通过螺栓、螺帽连接轴承,轴承安装在刀座内,刀座上安装有刀片,支架是叉状,刀片是圆盘状,波浪形,可转动。实现了只需用手握住把手,在托盘内的整块配料上滚动,即可对整块配料进行切割,由于是滚动切割,不会划伤下面的托盘,且速度快,切割均匀。总之,本发明波浪形边均匀,速度快,不会划伤下面的托盘,使用方便。

参见图1-3所示,一种切刀,包括把手1、支架2、刀片3,其特征在于:在刀片3上安装有刀座4,刀座4内安装有轴承7,轴承7通过螺栓5、螺帽6连接支架2。

所述刀片3是圆盘状,波浪形,可转动。
使用时,用手握住把手1,将刀片3与托盘内的整块配料接触下压,推动把手1,刀片3带动刀座4滚动,刀座4带动轴承7外圆滚动,轴承7内圆不动,刀片3横向和纵向滚动,对整块配料进行切割即可。
