帕金森病是一种常见的中老年神经系统退行性疾病，主要以黑质多巴胺能神经元进行性退变和路易小体形成的病理变化，纹状体区多巴胺递质降低、多巴胺与乙酰胆碱递质失平衡的生化改变，震颤、肌强直、动作迟缓、姿势平衡障碍的运动症状和嗅觉减退、便秘、睡眠行为异常和抑郁等非运动症状的临床表现为显著特征。
帕金森病应同时属于督脉病、跌蹶的范畴，由于帕金森病是内外多种因素、多种环节综合作用下发生和发展的，其病因病机十分复杂。督脉不充、脑髓失养为本虚，元气虚衰、邪实内生、痰瘀为患为标实。气虚血瘀，脑络失畅，主病在肝，病久涉及脾肾；“以肾为本，以脾为根，以肝为标”是帕金森病的主要病理改变。
目前中国专利CN105031212A公开了一种治疗帕金森病的药物，该药物由有效成份和医学上可接受的赋形剂组成，其中所述的有效成份由以下重量百分比的原料药制成：人参20～26％，制何首乌28～34％，银杏叶20～26％，麦冬20～26％。本发明所述的药物可以是颗粒剂、胶囊剂、浓缩丸或片剂等口服制剂，经临床验证具有改善症状快、疗程短的优点。本发明的药物原料种类少、制备方法简单易操作，具有广泛应用价值。
但现有技术所提供的治疗帕金森病中草药还存在改善病状不明显，功能单一的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题，本发明提出了一种治疗帕金森病的中草药。本发明提供的技术方案能够在一定程度上弥补现有的治疗帕金森病中草药所存在的改善病状不明显，功能单一的缺陷。
为了实现上述的目的，通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗帕金森病的中草药，该中草药由如下重量份数原料组成：25-35份山药、10-16份茯苓、5-13份半夏、5-11份瓜蒌、9-14份川贝、24-30份桑白皮、4-10份杏仁、7-12份穿山甲、6-13份续断、7-11份苏木、3-7份川芎、2-8份丹参、2-6份附子、3-9份肉桂、水适量。
优选的，该治疗帕金森病的中草药由如下重量份数原料组成：30份山药、12份茯苓、8份半夏、8份瓜蒌、12份川贝、28份桑白皮、8份杏仁、10份穿山甲、8份续断、10份苏木、4份川芎、5份丹参、3份附子、7份肉桂、水适量。

(3)取剩余物料置于锅中，加入8-9倍量的水，煎煮至水分减少一定程度，过滤取滤液，随后向滤液中加入上述步骤所得物料，搅拌均匀，制成药丸，即得。
优选的，所述步骤(1)中干燥箱内温度为45-55℃。
优选的，所述步骤(2)中干燥时间为1-1.5h。
优选的，所述步骤(3)中水分煎煮至初始量的1/9-1/8。
采用上述的技术方案，本发明的有益效果如下：
(1)半夏降逆燥湿，瓜蒌宽胸涤痰，两者同用，对患有咳痰的帕金森病人有很好的疗效，此外，还能一定程度改善超氧化物歧化酶抵抗，降低MDA含量，减少脂肪在肝内蓄积抑制脂质过氧化作用，使外周组织中糖原和脂肪合成减少，调节糖脂代谢，丰富了药用功能；
(2)茯苓可渗湿利水、益脾和胃、安心宁神，山药补益脾肾，两者共用，相和相济，治疗消渴；
(3)川芎是活血化瘀中药，瓜蒌主治痰热咳嗽，桑白皮可清热解毒，三者配合使用，温而不燥，补肾、益精髓、化瘀、通血，使精血旺盛，改善患者帕金森症状，对于提高患者生活治疗具有积极意义；
(4)附子、肉桂复配能促进机能，降低肾上腺活动，使淋巴细胞转化率、抗体产生能力都有不同程度的恢复和提升，利于治疗帕金森疾病。

(2)取半夏和剩余瓜蒌，烘干后研磨过90目筛，加入8倍量的水煎煮2h，过滤，沉淀物再经5倍质量的水煎煮1h，得水提液，趁热过滤，置于60℃干燥箱中干燥1h，备用；
(3)取剩余物料置于锅中，加入8倍量的水，煎煮至水分减少至初始量的1/9，过滤取滤液，随后向滤液中加入上述步骤所得物料，搅拌均匀，制成药丸，即得。
实施例4：
一种治疗帕金森病的中草药，该中草药由如下重量份数原料组成：30份山药、15份茯苓、10份半夏、7份瓜蒌、11份川贝、25份桑白皮、8份杏仁、9份穿山甲、7份续断、9份苏木、5份川芎、6份丹参、4份附子、7份肉桂、水适量。
该治疗帕金森病的中草药的制备方法包括如下几个步骤：
(1)将川芎、桑白皮和1/2瓜蒌洗净、除杂后，置于55℃的干燥箱中干燥2h，取出冷却后，粉碎过80目筛，随后加入500ml乙醇浸提，自然冷却过夜，采用1200r/min的转速离心分离一定时间，过滤，随后用旋转蒸发器在80℃、60r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏，备用；
(2)取半夏和剩余瓜蒌，烘干后研磨过80目筛，加入8倍量的水煎煮2h，过滤，沉淀物再经5倍质量的水煎煮1h，得水提液，趁热过滤，置于60℃干燥箱中干燥1.5h，备用；
(3)取剩余物料置于锅中，加入9倍量的水，煎煮至水分减少至初始量的1/8，过滤取滤液，随后向滤液中加入上述步骤所得物料，搅拌均匀，制成药丸，即得。
将本发明所得中草药与现有技术提供的中草药进行对比性能测试，测试结果如下：

由上表可知，本发明所得中草药对治疗帕金森病的效果明显优于现有技术中提供的中草药，值得推广。

Claims (6)

1.一种治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，该中草药由如下重量份数原料组成：25-35份山药、10-16份茯苓、5-13份半夏、5-11份瓜蒌、9-14份川贝、24-30份桑白皮、4-10份杏仁、7-12份穿山甲、6-13份续断、7-11份苏木、3-7份川芎、2-8份丹参、2-6份附子、3-9份肉桂、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，该中草药由如下重量份数原料组成：30份山药、12份茯苓、8份半夏、8份瓜蒌、12份川贝、28份桑白皮、8份杏仁、10份穿山甲、8份续断、10份苏木、4份川芎、5份丹参、3份附子、7份肉桂、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，该中草药的制备方法为：
(1)将川芎、桑白皮和1/2瓜蒌洗净、除杂后，置于一定温度的干燥箱中干燥1-2h，取出冷却后，粉碎过80-90目筛，随后加入500ml乙醇浸提，自然冷却过夜，采用1200r/min的转速离心分离一定时间，过滤，随后用旋转蒸发器在80℃、60r/min、0.1MPa真空条件下浓缩蒸馏，备用；
(2)取半夏和剩余瓜蒌，烘干后研磨过80-90目筛，加入8倍量的水煎煮2h，过滤，沉淀物再经5倍质量的水煎煮1h，得水提液，趁热过滤，置于60℃干燥箱中干燥一定时间，备用；
(3)取剩余物料置于锅中，加入8-9倍量的水，煎煮至水分减少一定程度，过滤取滤液，随后向滤液中加入上述步骤所得物料，搅拌均匀，制成药丸，即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，所述步骤(1)中干燥箱内温度为45-55℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，所述步骤(2)中干燥时间为1-1.5h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的治疗帕金森病的中草药，其特征在于，所述步骤(3)中水分煎煮至初始量的1/9-1/8。
