A compressor foot pad 100 and an air conditioner outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the compressor foot pad 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the foot pad 100 includes: a body portion 10 and an air spring 20.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. An air spring 20 is provided to the body portion 10, and the air spring 20 includes a filling chamber 210 filled with compressed gas. It should be noted that, the stiffness of the body portion 10 may be greater than the stiffness of the air spring 20, and the body portion 10 may perform a good supporting and fixing function on the compressor. When the compressor is operated, the air spring 20 can absorb and alleviate vibration of the compressor, thereby having the effect of absorbing shock.
According to the foot pad 100 of the compressor of the embodiment of the invention, the body part 10 can play a good role in supporting and fixing the compressor by arranging the air springs 20 on the body part 10 of the foot pad 100. In addition, the air spring 20 can absorb and buffer the vibration of the compressor, thereby having the effects of shock absorption and noise reduction and improving the running stability and reliability of the compressor.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the air spring 20 may include: an upper cover 221, a lower cover 222, and a wrap 230. The upper cover 221 is connected to the body 10, the lower cover 222 is connected to the body 10, and the upper cover 221 and the lower cover 222 are disposed at intervals in the height direction of the body 10 (up-down direction as shown in fig. 1 and 2). It should be noted that, by arranging the upper cover plate 221 and the lower cover plate 222 at intervals along the up-down direction of the body portion 10, when the compressor is impacted greatly in the up-down direction, the upper cover plate 221 moves downward by a certain distance and then abuts against the lower cover plate 222, so that the displacement of the compressor can be further limited, and further the collision damage of the compressor caused by the overlarge displacement of the compressor can be avoided. The packing part 230 is connected with the upper cover 221 and the lower cover 222, and the upper cover 221, the lower cover 222, the packing part 230, and the outer circumferential wall of the body part 10 define the filling chamber 210. Thereby, the compressed gas can be filled in the filling chamber 210. For example, the compressed gas may be a compressed gas or a compressed inert gas, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one of the upper and lower cover plates 221 and 222 may be provided with an extension 2211 extending toward the other, the extension 2211 being connected with the wrap 230. That is, as shown in fig. 2, an extension 2211 extending downward may be provided on the upper cover plate 221, whereby, when the compressor moves downward, a lower end of the extension 2211 may be stopped with the lower cover plate 222 to limit further movement of the compressor, functioning as a protection of the compressor. Of course, an extension 2211 extending upward may be provided on the lower cover plate 222.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer end of the upper cover 221 has an extension 2211 extending downward toward the axis of the body 10 and then extending upward, and the extension 2211 is entirely constructed in a hook shape, thereby facilitating the connection between the packing part 230 and the extension 2211, and improving the firmness and reliability of the connection between the extension 2211 and the packing part 230.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the minimum distance h1 of the extension 2211 from the upper cover plate 221 or the lower cover plate 222 satisfies: h1 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 5mm. It can be appreciated that when the distance between the extension segment 2211 and the upper cover plate 221 or the lower cover plate 222 is too small, the shock absorption and noise reduction effects of the air spring 20 are affected; when the distance between the extension segment 2211 and the upper cover plate 221 or the lower cover plate 222 is too large, the foot pad 100 cannot support and limit the displacement of the compressor when the compressor receives a large impact force, and cannot reliably protect the compressor. Experiments prove that when the minimum distance h1 between the extension segment 2211 and the upper cover plate 221 or the lower cover plate 222 is less than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 5mm, the foot pad 100 has good vibration and noise reduction effects, and when the compressor 100 is impacted greatly, the foot pad 100 can support and limit the displacement of the compressor, so that the compressor is prevented from being damaged due to collision caused by overlarge moving distance.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wrap 230 may be a composite layer of rubber, cord and steel wire layers. Thus, the structural strength of the wrap 230 may be enhanced, thereby extending the useful life of the footpad 100. Furthermore, the wrapping portion 230 may also have good flexibility so as to enhance the shock absorbing and noise reducing effects of the footpad 100.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body portion 10 may be a rubber piece. Thus, the production cost of the footpad 100 may be reduced. Moreover, the rubber member has good elasticity, so that the foot pad 100 has good shock absorption and noise reduction effects.
In some embodiments of the invention, the end of the footpad 100 near the compressor is provided with a neck 110, and the neck 110 may be configured as an annular groove extending in the circumferential direction of the footpad 100. Thus, the fixed assembly of the foot pad 100 and the compressor is facilitated, so that the assembly efficiency of the compressor can be improved, and the production cost of the air conditioner outdoor unit can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 2, the footpad 100 may be provided with a mounting hole 120, the mounting hole 120 penetrating the footpad 100 in the axial direction of the footpad 100. In assembling the compressor, the foot pad 100 may be fixed to the bottom of the compressor and fastened by bolts through the assembly holes 120. Thereby, the firmness and reliability of the assembly of the compressor can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air spring 20 may be disposed near the upper end of the body portion 10, and the air spring 20 may be disposed near the lower end or the middle position of the body portion 10. Thus, the variety of designs of the footpad 100 may be increased.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner outdoor unit includes: a housing, a compressor and a foot pad 100. The compressor is arranged in the shell, and the shell can shield and protect the compressor. The foot pad 100 is the foot pad 100 of the compressor, and the foot pad 100 is arranged between the chassis of the shell and the compressor.
According to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the foot pad 100 is arranged between the chassis of the shell and the compressor, and the foot pad 100 can absorb and buffer the vibration of the compressor, so that the effects of vibration absorption and noise reduction can be achieved. Moreover, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is impacted, the foot pad 100 has good impact resistance, so that the compressor is prevented from being damaged by collision due to overlarge movement displacement of the compressor, and the stability and reliability of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are improved.
