本发明涉及一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,属于乙炔气瓶技术领域。包括瓶体、瓶阀、瓶帽、多孔性填料和叉座,所述瓶体由瓶颈、筒体和瓶底采用无缝焊接而成,瓶颈的瓶口处安装有瓶阀,瓶阀上设有瓶帽,瓶体内部设有多孔性填料,所述瓶体底部设有可拆卸叉座,叉座上设有供叉车叉板用的插槽;本发明通过设置可拆卸叉座,极大地方便了乙炔气瓶的稳定运输,而且气瓶在不使用时放置更平稳。

技术领域
本发明涉及乙炔气瓶技术领域,尤其涉及一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶。
背景技术
一般的乙炔气瓶的重量约40~50KG,靠人力搬运并不方便。在实际生产中,乙炔气瓶经常需要搬运,现有的主要是通过简制的小车进行运输,但是在一些大型企业中或工地上,乙炔气瓶需要转运的距离并不近,靠小车人工运输费时费力。而且乙炔气瓶由于运输或存放中需保证平稳,不能倾倒或受剧烈冲击碰撞,在路面很复杂的情况下通过小车运输则无法保证。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺陷与不足的问题,本发明提出了一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,通过设置可拆卸叉座,极大地方便了乙炔气瓶的稳定运输,而且气瓶在不使用时放置更平稳。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,包括瓶体、瓶阀、瓶帽、多孔性填料和叉座,所述瓶体由瓶颈、筒体和瓶底采用无缝焊接而成,瓶颈的瓶口处安装有瓶阀,瓶阀上设有瓶帽,瓶体内部设有多孔性填料,所述瓶体底部设有可拆卸叉座,叉座上设有供叉车叉板用的插槽。
进一步的,所述瓶底上设有与叉座安装的法兰。
进一步的,所述多孔性填料采用活性炭、木屑、浮石和硅藻土合成。
进一步的,所述叉座上部为带法兰的筒体,下部为方形基座,插槽设在基座的两端,插槽之间设有加强筋板。
进一步的,所述插槽两端敞开,四周封闭。
本发明具有如下有益效果:乙炔气瓶底部设置叉座,通过叉车运输方便快捷;叉座插槽两端敞开,叉车双向都可以插入,插槽四周封闭,确保了运输中稳定,气瓶不存在倾翻的可能;叉座为可拆卸,这样方便乙炔气瓶使用时与叉座分离。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图所示:一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,包括瓶体1、瓶阀2、瓶帽3、多孔性填料4和叉座5,所述瓶体1由瓶颈11、筒体12和瓶底13采用无缝焊接而成,瓶颈11的瓶口处安装有瓶阀2,瓶阀2上设有瓶帽3,瓶体1内部设有多孔性填料4,所述瓶体1底部设有可拆卸叉座5,叉座5上设有供叉车叉板用的插槽31。
所述瓶底13上设有与叉座5安装的法兰21。
所述多孔性填料4采用活性炭、木屑、浮石和硅藻土合成。
所述叉座5上部为带法兰的筒体,下部为方形基座,插槽31设在基座的两端,插槽31之间设有加强筋板41。
所述插槽31两端敞开,四周封闭。
本发明结构简单,通过叉车运输平稳,方便快捷。而且当乙炔气瓶不使用时,存放更稳定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶底上设有与叉座安装的法兰。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,其特征在于:所述多孔性填料采用活性炭、木屑、浮石和硅藻土合成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带叉座的乙炔气瓶,其特征在于:所述叉座上部为带法兰的筒体,下部为方形基座,插槽设在基座的两端,插槽之间设有加强筋板。
