本实用新型涉及称重料斗领域,特别是涉及一种配煤称重料斗。
背景技术
港口工业是我国国民经济的重点行业,随着钢铁生产的发展,城市煤气化的普及以及煤矿坑口焦炉的兴起,煤炭的使用量还在增加,但是我国备煤系统落后,设备陈旧,能源消耗大,自动化装备与国际相比差距甚大,严重制约了配煤的生产水平。
现有的配煤装置和工艺落后,特别是料斗的称重程序复杂,操作不便,精度差,影响了配煤的正常工作和整体的工作效率。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种配煤称重料斗,稳定性高,称重精度有保证。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种配煤称重料斗,包括:基础支架和称煤料斗,所述称煤料斗设置在基础支架的上方,所述称煤料斗的外部均匀设置有四根指向基础支架的支撑杆,所述基础支架上设置有四根分别与支撑杆相对应的支撑管,所述支撑管上分别设置有一个滑槽,所述滑槽内分别对应设置有滑块,所述滑块的顶部分别与对应的支撑杆末端相连接,基础支架上设置有一个称重装置,所述称重装置的顶部与称煤料斗的底部相连接。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述称煤料斗的外侧底部设置有一个开 口,所述开口处设置有向外延伸的出料筒。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述出料筒与称煤料斗之间设置有阀门。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型指出的一种配煤称重料斗,煤炭从上方流入称煤料斗内,称煤料斗在支撑管的导向下随重力垂直向下施压,位于称煤料斗下方的称重装置感受到压力并转变为数字信息显示出实时重量,干扰小,精度高,结构稳定性好,经久耐用。

一种配煤称重料斗,包括:基础支架1和称煤料斗2,所述称煤料斗2设置在基础支架1的上方,所述称煤料斗2的外部均匀设置有四根指向基础支架1的支撑杆4,所述基础支架1上设置有四根分别与支撑杆4相对应的支撑管3,支撑杆4竖直插入对应的支撑管3内,限制了称煤料斗2四个方形的位移,使得称煤料斗2只能上下移动,所述支撑管3上分别设置有一个滑槽31,所述滑槽31内分别对应设置有滑块41,所述滑块41的顶部分别与对应的支撑杆4末 端相连接,滑块41与滑槽31的摩擦小,因此对称重精度的影响小,基础支架1上设置有一个称重装置5,所述称重装置5的顶部与称煤料斗2的底部相连接。称煤料斗2的自重清零后,煤炭流入称煤料斗2,随煤炭的增加,称煤料斗2在重力作用下而垂直压向称重装置5,称重装置5把压力转换为数字信息显示出来,精度高,结构的稳定性好,维护方便,使用寿命长。
所述的配煤称重料斗卸料方便,所述称煤料斗2的外侧底部设置有一个开口,所述开口处设置有向外延伸的出料筒6。煤炭在卸料时随出料筒6流向外部的车辆或者输送带。
进一步的,所述出料筒6与称煤料斗2之间设置有阀门7。阀门7控制着称煤料斗2内的煤炭容量,重量达标后打开阀门7,进行卸料。
综上所述,本实用新型指出的一种配煤称重料斗,与普通的料斗相比,增加了称重的功能,而且结构稳定,称重方便,精度高。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的配煤称重料斗,其特征在于,所述称煤料斗的外侧底部设置有一个开口,所述开口处设置有向外延伸的出料筒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的配煤称重料斗,其特征在于,所述出料筒与称煤料斗之间设置有阀门。
