Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a rotary rack includes a rotary driving device 1, two linear driving devices 2, and a plurality of rack units 3. By "rotation" is meant here that the rotary drive 1 encloses a rectangular or square ring shape, and that the pallet unit 3 can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise on the ring-shaped rotary drive 1. Like this, a plurality of goods shelves unit 3 can carry out the deposit of goods in narrower space, can set up one and get the entry of putting goods, and every goods shelves unit 3 rotate and then can get and put goods to the position of this entry, can make the convenient goods of getting of arbitrary goods shelves unit 3 put and store goods through rotatory motion.
The specific structure of the rotary goods shelf is as follows:
referring to fig. 3, the rotary driving device 1 includes a base 101, a driving belt 102 disposed on the base 101 and encircling the base, and a driver. The driver drives the driving belt 102 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise; the driving belt 102 forms two side edges 121 and two end edges 122, and the side edges 121 are perpendicular to the end edges 122. In the present embodiment, the driving belt 102 is a chain or a belt, and other conventional rotatable belt materials may be used. Four sprocket seats 111 are provided on the base 101 of the rotary driving device 1, one support sprocket 112 is provided on each sprocket seat 111, and the driving belt 102 rotates around the support sprockets 112 on the four sprocket seats 111. The four support sprockets 112 are positioned to form the shape of the drive belt 102.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the two linear driving devices 2 are respectively located outside the two sides 121 and parallel to the sides 121, and the linear driving devices 2 include a linear guide 201, a slider 202 moving on the linear guide 201, and a moving rod 203 carried on the slider 202 and extending transversely. The sliding block 202 drives the moving rod 203 to reciprocate on the linear guide rail 201, the moving rod 203 is provided with a hook portion 231 and a hook shaft 232 extending from the side surface of the moving rod 203, the hook portion 231 is hinged on the hook shaft 232 and is provided with a blocking portion 233 extending from one side of the hook shaft 232 and an interference portion 234 extending from the other side of the hook shaft 232, the moving rod 203 is further provided with a blocking rod 235 located below the blocking portion 233, and when the hook portion 231 rotates until the blocking portion 233 contacts with the blocking rod 235, the top end of the interference portion 234 is higher than the moving rod 203. When the blocking portion 233 rotates upward and the contact with the lever 235 is released, the tip of the interference portion 234 rotates downward. The shelf unit 3 comprises a base plate 301, a plurality of storage units 302 located on the base plate 301 and a plurality of universal wheels 303 located under the base plate 301. The shelf unit 3 is rotationally moved along the drive belt 102. When the shelving unit 3 moves along the side 121, both the side 121 of the drive belt and the travel bar 203 are positioned below the floor 301 of the shelving unit 3. And the hanger 231 moves the shelf unit 3 by the reciprocating movement of the moving lever 203. The hook 231 can move the shelf unit in one direction by the reciprocating motion of the moving rod 203. As shown in fig. 7, two stoppers 304 disposed alternately are disposed under the bottom plate 301 of the shelf unit 3, and a gap 305 is formed between the two stoppers 304, and the extending direction of the gap 305 is the same as the extending direction of the side 121.
Specifically, when the movable rod 203 moves the shelf unit 3, the movable rod 203 reciprocates on the linear guide 201. For convenience of description, the movement direction of the movement lever 203 is described herein by "front" which refers to the direction in which the shelf unit 3 is to be pushed and "rear" which refers to the opposite direction to the direction in which the shelf unit 3 is to be pushed. When the moving lever 203 moves backward, the interference portion 234 contacts one of the stoppers 304 (the stopper located at the outside) and is pressed down by the bottom plate 301 of the shelf unit 3, the stopper 233 rotates upward and is released from contact with the stopper 235 (i.e., the stopper 233 moves away from the stopper 235), and after the interference portion 234 touches the stopper 304, since the interference portion 234 can rotate downward at this time (the stopper 233 rotates upward at this time), the interference portion 234 is pressed under the stopper 304 and passes from the lower portion of the bottom plate 301 until reaching the other side of the stopper 304. After the interference portion 234 reaches the other side of the stopper 304 (i.e., the rear side of the stopper 304), the moving rod 203 starts to move forward, when the interference portion 234 contacts the stopper 304 again, the blocking portion 233 contacts the stopper 235, and when the blocking portion 233 is supported against the stopper 235 and is limited, the downward rotation cannot be continued, so that the hook portion 231 stops rotating, the contact between the interference portion 234 and the stopper 304 is not pressed down by the bottom plate 301 any more, but a forward pushing force is generated to the stopper 304 and the shelf unit 3 is pushed to move forward. The interference portion 234 and the blocking portion 233 may be designed to have a certain angle so that the interference portion 234 is pressed down when the moving rod 203 moves backward and the interference portion 234 can be vertically upward at a limited position when the moving rod 203 moves forward to facilitate pushing the shelf unit.
As shown in fig. 9, a supporting plate 8 is disposed above the rotary driving device 1 and the linear driving device 2, and a first long groove 801 is disposed on the supporting plate 8 for extending the hook 231 to above the supporting plate 8. The universal wheels 303 of the shelf unit 3 are carried on the support plate 8 and move on the support plate 8.
In one embodiment, the linear driving device 2 may be provided with an independent linear driver, and the linear driver drives the moving rod to reciprocate, for example, a motor, a hydraulic driver, an air driver, or the like directly connected to one end of the moving rod, so that the reciprocating movement of the moving rod 203 can be realized. In the present embodiment, however, a separate linear actuator is not provided for the linear actuator 2 in order to reduce the floor space of the overall structure. The reciprocating motion of the moving lever 203 is realized by forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving belt 102. Since the linear driving device 2 is only responsible for driving the shelf unit 3 to move on the side 121 of the driving belt 102, the moving rod 203 is required to stop when the driving belt 102 drives the shelf unit 3 to move on the end 122. The moving lever 203 needs to be provided with a clutch capable of being actively connected to or disconnected from the driving belt 102.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the clutch includes a finger 204, a shaft 205 mounted on a moving rod in the up-down direction, and a push-pull device 206, wherein the shaft 205 passes through the finger 204, and the finger 204 rotates around the shaft 205. The finger 204 has a plug portion 241 extending toward the side 121 of the drive belt 102 on one side of the shaft 205. The finger 204 is provided with a connecting portion 242 connected with the push-pull device 206 on the other side of the shaft body 205, and the side 121 of the driving belt 102 is provided with a slot 223 matched with the inserting portion 241 of the finger 204. The push-pull device 206 (in this embodiment, the push-pull device is an electric push cylinder, or a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder may be used) drives the finger 204 to rotate around the shaft body 205 by the lever principle, so that the plug portion 241 rotates in the direction of the side 121 and is inserted into the slot 223, or the plug portion 241 rotates in the direction of the moving rod 203 and is separated from the slot 223. When the inserting portion 241 is inserted into the slot 223, the driving belt 102 drives the moving rod 203 to move together, so that a power source is realized to drive the driving belt 102 and the moving rod 203 to move at the same time, and no power source is required to be separately provided for the moving rod 203. The inserting part 241 of the poking finger on the moving rod 203 is matched and connected with the slot 223 on the driving belt 102, and the driving belt 102 drives the moving rod 203 to reciprocate back and forth through the arrangement of rotating forward for a certain distance and then reversing for a certain distance.
In order to facilitate the installation of the components, the moving rod 203 is provided with an opening, and a shaft body installation part for installing the shaft body 205 is transversely arranged above the opening, and the shaft body 205 extends downwards from the shaft body installation part. The finger 204 penetrates the opening and the push-pull device 206 and the side 121 are respectively located at two sides of the moving rod 203. This allows the push-pull 206 to occupy no space inside the travel bar 203.
In addition, a tensioning device 114 is respectively arranged on two side edges of the driving belt 102, and the slot 223 is formed on the outer side surface of the tensioning device 114. Considering that the tensioning device 114 should be provided on the driving belt 102 to adjust the tightness of the driving belt 102, the slot 223 matched with the finger 204 is directly provided on the tensioning device 114, so that no additional consideration is required to add a component for providing the slot 223.
In a specific operation, the tensioning device 114 only moves on the side 121 and does not move on the end 122, so that the stroke of the reciprocating motion of the moving rod 203, the relationship between the stroke of the moving end 122 and the length of the side 121 need to be considered in the size design, and the interference in the moving process is avoided, which can be achieved through simple calculation, and the necessary calculation in the mechanical design is omitted.
As shown in fig. 16, in the present embodiment, the configuration of the actuator of the rotation driving device is as follows: the device comprises a servo motor 131, a speed reducer 132 connected with an output shaft of the servo motor 131, and a reversing box 133 connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer 132, wherein a first sprocket 134 is arranged on the output shaft of the reversing box 133; the base 101 of the rotary driving device is provided with a transition rotating shaft 111 penetrating through the base 101, and one end of the transition rotating shaft 111 below the base 101 is provided with a second sprocket 112 and a first chain 135 connecting the first sprocket 134 and the second sprocket 112. A third sprocket is provided at an end of the transition shaft 111 above the base 101. The drive belt 102 is connected to and driven by the third sprocket. The driving belt 102 is rotated forward or backward by a driver, so that the driving belt 102 itself can be moved, and the moving rod 203 can be driven to reciprocate after the moving rod 203 is connected with the driving belt 102 by a clutch.
Referring to fig. 3 again, the two linear driving devices 2 are respectively located at the outer sides of the two sides 121, that is, when the number of shelf units 3 is large and the two sides 121 are both provided, the two linear driving devices 2 need to move simultaneously to move the shelf units on the two sides 121 simultaneously, and the moving directions of the shelf units on the two sides are opposite, wherein if the two linear driving devices 2 are driven by independent linear drivers, that is, the two linear driving devices push the shelf units to move simultaneously by the linear drivers simultaneously. If the linear driving devices 2 are connected with the driving belt 102 through a clutch as power, the two linear driving devices 2 are simultaneously connected with the driving belt 102, so that the rotation of the driving belt 102 can realize the movement of pushing the shelf units simultaneously.
In the above description, how the linear driving device 2 drives the shelf unit 3 to move along the side 121, and when the shelf unit 3 has moved to the intersection of the side 121 and the end 122, the shelf unit 3 needs to continue to move along the end, in this embodiment, the following structure is adopted to realize the driving of the shelf unit 3 to move along the end.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, two stoppers 304 are disposed below the bottom plate 301 of the shelf unit 3, and a gap 305 is formed between the two stoppers 304, and the extending direction of the gap 305 is the same as the extending direction of the side 121. The driving belt 102 is provided with a plurality of driving rods 123 extending upwards, the width of the driving rods 123 is smaller than that of the gaps 305, and the height of the driving rods 123 is lower than that of the bottom plate 301, i.e. the driving rods 123 can freely pass through the gaps 305 along the extending direction of the gaps 305. At the same time, the stop 304 is further provided with arc-shaped guiding surfaces on both sides of the gap to guide the shifter lever 123 through the gap 305 when contacting the shifter lever 123, so that the shifter lever 123 does not interfere with the shelf unit 3 when moving relative to the shelf unit 3 through the gap 305 when the shelf unit 3 moves along the side 121, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. When a shelf unit 3 is moved to the position where the side 121 intersects the end 122 under the driving of the linear driving device 2, the shelf unit 3 reaches one end of the linear driving device 2 and is separated from the linear driving device 2, and one of the levers 123 that is also moved from the side 121 to the end 122 is located between the two stoppers 304 of the shelf unit 3 at this time, that is, still left at the gap 305 at the bottom of the shelf unit 3 (since the extending direction of the gap 305 is always the same as that of the side 121, that is, the extending direction of the gap 305 is perpendicular to that of the end 122, how to make a certain lever 123 still located in the gap 305 when the shelf unit 3 moves to the intersection of the side 121 and the end 122 can be obtained by calculation of the dimension, which will not be repeated here). As shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the lever 123 moves along the end edge 122, it abuts against the stopper 304 of the shelf unit 3 and pushes the shelf unit 3 to move along the end edge 122. Until the shelf unit is moved to the other side (shown in fig. 13). In this way, the movement of the shelf unit 3 along the end edge 122 is driven. When one shelf unit 3 moves to the position where the side edge intersects with the end edge, the other edge of the end edge leaves a space for moving the shelf unit 3 to the other edge, as shown in fig. 2, and this is achieved by setting the side edge and end edge length of the initial drive belt 102 and the shelf unit size.
The support plate 8 is further provided with a second long groove 802 for the deflector rod 123 to extend above the support plate, and the first long groove 801 is parallel to the second long groove 802.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, a further optional feature is: in order to prevent tipping and vibration of the pallet during movement, guides 9 may be provided on the pallet unit to promote stability of the pallet unit. The guide means 9 comprise mutually snap-fit recesses 91 and protrusions 92, which recesses 91 and protrusions 92 are respectively arranged inside two laterally adjacent shelf units 3 and cooperate with each other. Specifically, each shelf unit 3 is provided with a concave portion 91 on one side and a convex portion 92 on the other side of the top of each shelf unit 3. The convex portion 92 is provided with a projection 921, the concave portion 91 is provided with a groove 911 penetrating forward and backward, and the projection 921 is inserted into the groove 911 and moves forward and backward relative to the groove 911. In this way, the vertical direction of the shelf units on both sides can be mutually limited without affecting the movement of the shelf units 3 along the side 121 (in this case, the protrusion 921 is not limited by the groove 911 to move forward and backward), and tilting and vibration can be avoided. And the bump 921 can move from the previous groove 911 to the next groove along the groove direction during the movement of the shelf unit, and the matching relationship with one groove is always maintained. When the rotary shelf adopts the shelf units arranged in double rows, except at the intersection of the side edge and the end edge, each shelf unit 3 moves on the side edge and is mutually limited by the guide device 9 under the condition that no adjacent shelf units need to move transversely towards the end edge.
The rotary goods shelf provided by the invention can be provided with a plurality of goods shelf units in a narrow space for goods storage and retrieval. Particularly, in a closed space, when only one access opening can take and put goods, the advantage of the rotary goods shelf is more obvious. For example, the rotary goods shelf can be arranged in a goods carriage, and as the goods carriage has only one door for opening to take and put goods, the goods carriage is filled with goods through the goods shelf units in the longitudinal direction of the goods carriage, and a certain goods shelf unit needing to take and put goods can be rotated to the door opening through rotation. The same can be realized in the spaces such as a storehouse with only one gate for taking and placing cargoes in other depth directions.
In addition, the invention may be embodied in many specific forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the present invention may occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention. The components not explicitly described in this embodiment can be implemented by using the prior art.
