Abstract
本发明提供一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,提供一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,该面膜袋包括从上至下依次复合的消光聚丙烯膜层、印刷层、第一胶粘层、铝箔层、第二胶粘层、高强度聚酯层、第三胶粘层以及PE层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层作为表层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层下侧贴覆有印刷层,所述印刷层通过第一胶粘层与铝箔层粘合,所述铝箔层通过第二胶粘层与高强度聚酯层粘合,所述高强度聚酯层通过第三胶粘层与PE层粘合。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜技术领域,具体是新型低气味易撕面膜袋。
背景技术
市场上所销售的同类产品都采用溶剂型复合,该工艺有以下缺点:(1)不具有易撕性,开袋效果不好;(2)溶剂型复合会对环境有污染,同时在生产过程中会有溶剂残留产生;(3)印刷使用普通油墨,在使用时会出现晕色;(4)成品袋的气味大,会影响内容物的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
提供一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,该面膜袋包括从上至下依次复合的消光聚丙烯膜层、印刷层、第一胶粘层、铝箔层、第二胶粘层、高强度聚酯层、第三胶粘层以及PE层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层作为表层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层下侧贴覆有印刷层,所述印刷层通过第一胶粘层与铝箔层粘合,所述铝箔层通过第二胶粘层与高强度聚酯层粘合,所述高强度聚酯层通过第三胶粘层与PE层粘合。
作为优选,所述消光聚丙烯膜层厚度为18um;所述印刷层厚度为1um;所述第一胶水层、第二胶水层以及第三胶水层厚度为1um;所述铝箔层厚度为7um;所述高强度聚酯层厚度为12um;所述PE层厚度为80um。
作为优选,印刷层使用耐高温油墨,在高温热合时颜色不会因高温情况出现晕色。
其中,所述消光聚丙烯膜层设置在表层,能够很好的表现印刷图案;
胶粘层采用型高强度、高挺度胶水,可以有效的提高成品的易撕性能;且同时使用新型无溶剂复合方法,复合时不使用溶剂做为载体,不会对空气造成污染,上胶量也比普通的溶剂型胶水少,可大大降低原材料成本;铝箔层,可以增加成品的阻隔性能,同时可以提高成品的挺性;高强度聚酯层,可以有效的保护铝箔膜在包装时出现破洞,同时可以提高整体的挺度;PE层采用易撕PE制备而成,使用低拉伸性能的低气味PE可以使撕裂时以很小的力就可以将PE拉断,以达到易撕的效果。同时在PE膜内增加低温粒子,可以降低热合温度。
复合层使用高强度、高挺性的胶水使复合膜在复合后有很高的挺度,从而达到易撕的效果;无溶剂复合可以有效的降低溶剂残留,控制气味。用消光聚丙烯膜层做承印层,以达到特别的效果。热封层PE层使用易撕PE粒子,可以使成品不会因PE的延伸导致易撕性能变差。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的说明
如图1所示,一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,该面膜袋包括从上至下依次复合的消光聚丙烯膜层1、印刷层2、第一胶粘层3、铝箔层4、第二胶粘层5、高强度聚酯层6、第三胶粘层7以及PE层8,所述消光聚丙烯膜层1作为表层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层1下侧贴覆有印刷层2,所述印刷层2通过第一胶粘层3与铝箔层4粘合,所述铝箔层4通过第二胶粘层5与高强度聚酯层6粘合,所述高强度聚酯层6通过第三胶粘层7与PE层8粘合。
在本实施例中,所述消光聚丙烯膜层1厚度为18um;所述印刷层2厚度为1um;所述第一胶水层3、第二胶水层5以及第三胶水层7厚度为1um;所述铝箔层4厚度为7um;所述高强度聚酯层6厚度为12um;所述PE层8厚度为80um。
作为优选,印刷层使用耐高温油墨,在高温热合时颜色不会因高温情况出现晕色。
其中,所述消光聚丙烯膜层1设置在表层,能够很好的表现印刷图案;第一胶水层3、第二胶水层5以及第三胶水层7采用型高强度、高挺度胶水,可以有效的提高成品的易撕性能;且同时使用新型无溶剂复合方法,复合时不使用溶剂做为载体,不会对空气造成污染,上胶量也比普通的溶剂型胶水少,可大大降低原材料成本;铝箔层,可以增加成品的阻隔性能,同时可以提高成品的挺性;高强度聚酯层,可以有效的保护铝箔膜在包装时出现破洞,同时可以提高整体的挺度;PE层采用易撕PE粒子制备而成,使用低拉伸性能的低气味PE可以使撕裂时以很小的力就可以将PE拉断,以达到易撕的效果。同时在PE膜内增加低温粒子,可以降低热合温度。
复合层使用高强度、高挺性的胶水使复合膜在复合后有很高的挺度,从而达到易撕的效果;无溶剂复合可以有效的降低溶剂残留,控制气味。用消光聚丙烯膜层做承印层,以达到特别的效果。热封层PE层使用易撕PE粒子,可以使成品不会因PE的延伸导致易撕性能变差。

1.一种新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:该面膜袋包括从上至下依次复合的消光聚丙烯膜层(1)、印刷层(2)、第一胶粘层(3)、铝箔层(4)、第二胶粘层(5)、高强度聚酯层(6)、第三胶粘层(7)以及PE层(8),所述消光聚丙烯膜层(1)作为表层,所述消光聚丙烯膜层(1)下侧贴覆有印刷层(2),所述印刷层(2)通过第一胶粘层(3)与铝箔层(4)粘合,所述铝箔层(4)通过第二胶粘层(5)与高强度聚酯层(6)粘合,所述高强度聚酯层(6)通过第三胶粘层(7)与PE层(8)粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:所述消光聚丙烯膜层(1)厚度为18um;所述印刷层(2)厚度为1um;所述第一胶水层(3)、第二胶水层(5)以及第三胶水层(7)厚度为1um;所述铝箔层(4)厚度为7um;所述高强度聚酯层(6)厚度为12um;所述PE层(8)厚度为80um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:所述印刷层采用耐高温油墨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘层、第二胶粘层以及第三胶粘层使用高强度、高挺性的胶水,且使用新型无溶剂复合方法。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:所述PE层采用易撕PE粒子制备而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型低气味易撕面膜袋,其特征在于:所述PE层内含有低温粒子。
