Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an overall structure of a jig according to an embodiment of the present invention. The jig provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for positioning and pressing a first workpiece and a second workpiece, and comprises: the device comprises a base 1, a positioning mechanism 2 and a pressing mechanism 3; the base 1 is used for installing and fixing the positioning mechanism 2 and the pressing mechanism 3; the positioning mechanism 2 is arranged on the base 1 and used for positioning a first workpiece and a second workpiece; the pressing mechanism 3 is mounted on the base 1 and used for pressing the first workpiece and the second workpiece positioned on the positioning mechanism 2. The plunger 22 positions the first workpiece by fitting the first workpiece over the outer surface thereof, and the positioning block 23 located inside the plunger 22 positions the second workpiece by embedding the second workpiece in the inner surface thereof. After the first workpiece and the second workpiece are positioned on the positioning mechanism 2, the pressing mechanism 3 can be used for pressing the first workpiece and the second workpiece, then the joint part of the first workpiece and the second workpiece can be further welded through welding equipment, and the joint position of the first workpiece and the second workpiece is controlled through the height of the plunger 22.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a pressing mechanism 3 of the jig according to the embodiment of the present invention. The pressing mechanism 3 includes: the handle 30, the hinge pin 31, the hinge base 32, the fixing plate 33, the spring 34, the guide shaft 35, the lifting plate 36, the lifting pin 37, the pressing block 38, the pressing base 39 and the limit screw 40. A pressing base 39 is mounted on the base 1 for fixing the entire pressing mechanism 3. The handle 30 is provided with a hinge pin 31 and a lifting pin 37; the hinge base 32 is arranged between the handle 30 and the pressing base 39, and the handle 30 is hinged with the hinge base 32 arranged on the pressing base 39 through a hinge pin 31; the handle 30 is also hinged to the lift plate 36 by a lift pin 37. The fixed plate 33 and the lifting plate 36 are connected through the guide shaft 35 and fixed on the pressing base, the spring 34 is further arranged between the fixed plate 33 and the lifting plate 36, the handle 30 is pressed downwards to drive the lifting plate 36 to ascend so that the spring 34 generates deformation, after the handle 30 is loosened, the spring 34 acts on the lifting plate 36 through elasticity generated by deformation of the spring, the lifting plate 36 is driven to press downwards by the spring, the pressing block 38 fixed on the lifting plate 36 is driven to press downwards, and after the pressing block 38 clings to a workpiece, acting force of the pressing block is enabled to press the first workpiece and the second workpiece which are positioned on the. As shown in fig. 1, the second bottom plate 13 is provided with a sliding groove 14, the pressing base 39 is installed in the sliding groove 14, and the positioning mechanism 2 is also installed in the sliding groove 14; guide cover plates 41 are arranged on two sides of the pressing base 39, and the guide cover plates 41 are arranged on the second bottom plate 13 and positioned on two sides of the sliding groove 14; the second bottom plate 13 is further provided with an in-position baffle 42, which is located at one end of the guide cover plate 41 extending along the sliding groove 14 to the direction of the positioning mechanism 2. The whole pressing mechanism 3 can slide on the second bottom plate 13 by virtue of the pressing base 39, and is used for limiting the lifting of the pressing mechanism 3 through the guide cover plate 41 and the guiding of the pressing mechanism 3 in the sliding groove 14, and the in-place baffle 42 is used for limiting the sliding of the pressing mechanism 3 in the sliding groove 14. firstly, the USB shell is placed on the positioning mechanism 2, the USB shell is sleeved on the outer surface of the plunger 22 to position the USB shell, then the flexible circuit board is placed on the positioning mechanism 2, the flexible circuit board is positioned by being embedded with the inner surface of the positioning block 23, after the flexible circuit board and the USB shell are placed stably, the handle 30 is pressed down, the lifting chiffon 37 is driven to move up and down through the hinge pin 31 and the hinge base 32, the lifting plate 36 is lifted up, the pressing block 38 is driven to lift up, then the pressing mechanism 3 is pushed to push towards the positioning mechanism 2 along the sliding groove 14 until the pressing mechanism abuts against the stop 42, at the moment, the pressing mechanism moves to the right position, the handle 30 is released, the pressing block 38 moves downwards, the elastic force generated by the spring 34 continuously acts on the lifting plate 36, the pressing block 38 generates a pressing force to press the flexible circuit board and the USB shell, at this time, the welding device can be used for welding the joint position of the flexible circuit board and the USB shell.
The jig provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple and practical, has lower cost and is convenient to operate, the emptying and pressing actions of the jig are simple, convenient and effective to complete, operators can complete the pressing operation on the USB shell and the flexible circuit board in a short time, and the working efficiency is higher.
