(1) placing a vehicle door inner plate and a vehicle door outer plate which need to be welded on a supporting and placing assembly and a positioning and supporting assembly on a base plate, and requiring the vehicle door outer plate to be positioned below the vehicle door inner plate, namely enabling the outer surface of the vehicle door outer plate to be respectively contacted with a supporting plane, the upper end surface of a first positioning plate and the upper end surface of a supporting and protecting plate;
(2) after the step (1) is finished, judging a welding spot needing to be welded, determining an initial welding spot needing to be welded, starting a welding tongs after the judgment is finished, welding a vehicle door inner plate and a vehicle door outer plate needing to be welded, moving the robot welding tongs downwards to a proper position under the pushing of an air cylinder during welding, enabling one electrode of the welding tongs to be in contact with a fixed copper plate, ensuring that the electrode is in full contact with the fixed copper plate, simultaneously moving the other electrode of the welding tongs until the electrode is in contact with the welding spot position, welding the welding spot position by electrifying current, and returning the welding tongs of the welding spot to the proper position after the welding is finished;
(3) when other welding spots on the outer door plate and the inner door plate need to be continuously welded, welding tongs corresponding to other welding spots are started, and then the corresponding welding spots are welded, the welding step can be operated in the same manner as the step (2), so that the welding of each welding spot is realized, and the welding of the outer door plate and the inner door plate is ensured to be completed;
(4) and (4) after the step (3) is finished, welding one outer door plate and one inner door plate, and repeating the steps (1) - (3) if other outer door plates and other inner door plates need to be repeatedly welded.
2.
