背景技术
上消化道出血是指屈氏韧带以上的消化道，包括食管、胃、十二指肠或胰胆等病变引起的出血。目前医学上对上消化道大量出血的病因归纳如下：上胃肠道疾病，包括食管疾病、胃十二指肠疾病、空肠疾病；门静脉高压，包括各种肝硬化失代偿期、门静脉阻塞、肝静脉阻塞综合征；.上胃肠道邻近器官或组织的疾病，包括胆道出血、胰腺疾病、动脉瘤破入食管、纵隔肿瘤或脓肿破入食管；.全身性疾病，包括血液病、尿毒症、血管性疾病、结节性多动脉炎、应激性溃疡败血症。治疗一般包括一般治疗、补充血容量、药物止血措施。上述治疗措施对一些出血症状能够得到医治，但有部分上消化道出血的患者，当出现咳血现象后，采用常规的医学检查能够定位出血点，采用药物治疗后也能够得到止血效果，但治愈后极易复发，常在无症状的前提下再次发生出血，反复治疗仅能维持较短的时间，往往1-3个月再次出现。针对该类患者，目前的西医治疗显得无能为力，病症根本难以确定，因此对该类患者的治疗多转向以中医治疗的途径上来。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对复发性上消化道出血的病症，以中医理论为基础，通过辩证分析，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗复发性上消化道出血的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓20-30份、白术15-25、熟地黄3-9份、甘草3-9份、山药10-20份、杜仲15-25份、附子3-9份、砂仁5-15份、干姜5-15份、柴胡10-20份、芍药5-15份、麦冬3-9份、香附5-15份、薄荷3-9份、沙参5-15份、黄连5-15份。

组方分析：
上消化道位属中焦，中医认为血统于气，气蕴于血，气虚则血不受统，血液横行而溢于外。据此可知，上消化道反复出血病在中焦气虚，中焦属土，气虚则土湿，土湿则木郁金燥，此可由该类患者或情志不畅、或烦躁易怒及其脉象可知，以该类患者脉诊多是左关弦大有力，右寸浮大、右关沉滑。木郁则克土，金燥则辱土，木克金辱，中焦土衰则阴液横溢，造成出血。基于上述分析，在治疗该症时，一是培中泄湿，如药物中的茯苓泄湿，白术、甘草、山药培中，砂仁、干姜温中补气；二是清木息风，如药物中的柴胡、芍药、香附疏肝解郁，更取薄荷助柴胡疏肝郁而散肝热。三是润肺降噪，取麦冬、沙参润肺，取黄连以消肺燥所引起的胆相两火。究其土湿木郁还是根于肝肾之虚，元阳不振，则肝木不发，土湿不燥，因此加入杜仲强健肝肾，加附子以振元阳，加熟地黄以补肾阴，使肾阳藏有所附。上述诸药合用，则中土复健，肝木生发、肺金以降，中焦血受气统，则出血一症自解。
本发明的有益效果为：该中药组合物的组成通过对病症的辩证分析，病机清晰，药物选择及组合具有明确的针对性，通过合理的组方，对复发性上消化道出血的治疗取得了很好的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的中药组合物做详细描述。
实施例1
一种治疗复发性上消化道出血的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓25g、白术20g、熟地黄6g、甘草6g、山药15g、杜仲20g、附子6g、砂仁10g、干姜10g、柴胡15g、芍药10g、麦冬6g、香附10g、薄荷6g、沙参10g、黄连10g。
该中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的药物混合后，采用常规煮制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日分两次服用，每日一副，7日为一疗程。
患者症状：患者常无征兆的发生咳血、吐血或排便伴血，施治后，症状有时能够消失，但复发性很高，往往一年之内发作3-6次，尤其以每年的6-10月份为高发月份。其他外在表现，多不思饮食，伴有易烦易怒，部分患者表现为口渴思饮，但冷水不受，食后常伴有呕吐，呕物中有时可见血丝。脉诊，多是右关沉滑无力，左关弦，右寸浮。凡现上述症状可复用本实施例提供的中药组合物进行治疗。
病例1
患者孙某，男，54岁，某企业负责人，经常熬夜加班，应酬多，2014年8月份发生吐血，送医后，经检查发现胃壁出血，服用医院开具的药物服用一周出血现象消失。戒酒、戒烟，但每年都会发生咳血或吐血2-3次，常规检查，身体无其他病变现象。在服用本实施例提供的中药组合物之前，脉诊其左关弦大有力，右寸浮大，右关沉滑无力，舌诊湿滑，询问其近年来愈发感觉饮食无味，多食则有呕感，且易烦易燥，情志不畅，口渴思饮。判断其中焦气虚，气不统血，则中焦血出。又因土湿，土懒则情志不畅，土湿致肝郁则易烦易怒，土湿则肺金不降，上焦思饮。基于上述判断，于2016年11月份在无出血的情况下，开始服用本实施例提供的中药组合物，服用1周，渐感食欲增加，口渴减轻，继续2周后，食欲恢复正常，无呕感，且情绪明显好转，口渴症状基本消失，继续服用3周后停药。至今再无出血现象出现，且病人自感精神充沛，口渴及烦躁现象消失。
实施例2
一种治疗复发性上消化道出血的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓30g、白术15g、熟地黄3g、甘草3g、山药20g、杜仲25g、附子3g、砂仁15g、干姜5g、柴胡20g、芍药15g、麦冬3g、香附15g、薄荷9g、沙参5g、黄连5g。
该中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的药物混合后，采用常规煮制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日分两次服用，每日一副，7日为一疗程。
病例2
患者李某，女，38岁，离异，在2016年1月份发现便血，大便暗黑，并无新鲜血液呈现。诊断其为消化道出血，服用奥美拉唑3天，出血症状消失。但每隔2-6个月边会出现复发，经多方检查，身体并无其他病变现象呈现。在服用本实施例所提供的中药组合物之前，脉诊其最明显的脉象是右关沉，左关浮大，据此可知，其中焦气虚土湿，而肝郁明显，询问其不思饮食，食多呕吐，心烦，易怒，心中懊恼，情绪低落，稍渴，不大饮。基于上述判断，在组方中，重培中、疏肝，稍润肺措施施治。2017年5月开始服用本实施例的中药组合物，3个疗程后，所有症状消失，距今一年多再无复发。

患者吴某，男，45岁，单位负责人，在2015年6月份咳血，严重时可形成吐血。诊断其为十二指肠出血，服用蛇凝血素酶（立止血)+云南白药一周，出血症状消失。但2015年9月、2016年5月、8月，2017年3月复发，每次入院用上述药物可以暂时止血，但病因始终无法确定。2017年6月，脉诊其最明显的脉象是右关沉滑无力，右寸浮大，左关略弦，据此可知，其中焦气虚土湿，而肺燥火上，稍显肝郁，询问其不思饮食，口渴思饮，多饮热水，略烦，舌苔湿滑而带芒刺。基于上述判断，在组方中，重培中、润肺，稍疏肝解郁。2017年8月开始服用本实施例的中药组合物，2个疗程后，所有症状消失，距今一年多再无复发。
本发明经提供的中药组合物，经过123例复发性上消化道出血患者使用，上述患者经过医院确认为上消化道出血，其症状具有无征兆的发生咳血、吐血或排便伴血，一年之内发作3-6次。外在表现，具有下列症状之一，不思饮食，伴有易烦易怒，部分患者表现为口渴思饮，但冷水不受，食后常伴有呕吐，呕物中有时可见血丝。脉诊，多是右关沉滑无力，左关弦，右寸浮。在具有上述症状的前提下，服用本发明提供的中药组合物，其各原料药物的重量配比根据症状进行合理调整，但局限于本发明所要求的范围内，服用5个疗程经过回访，半年内再无复发的达119例，一年内无复发的达116例，2年内无复发的达112例，充分说明了该中药组合物对治疗复发性上消化道出血一症取得了良好的治疗效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗复发性上消化道出血的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓20-30份、白术15-25、熟地黄3-9份、甘草3-9份、山药10-20份、杜仲15-25份、附子3-9份、砂仁5-15份、干姜5-15份、柴胡10-20份、芍药5-15份、麦冬3-9份、香附5-15份、薄荷3-9份、沙参5-15份、黄连5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗复发性上消化道出血的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓25g份、白术20份、熟地黄6份、甘草6份、山药15份、杜仲20份、附子6份、砂仁10份、干姜10份、柴胡15份、芍药10份、麦冬6份、香附10份、薄荷6份、沙参10份、黄连10份。
