Testing the anti-aging performance of physalis pubescens: after the zebra fish in the test group or the blank group is dyed, an image is captured and collected by a microscope, all the images uniformly adopt the same shooting parameters including body position, magnification factor, light intensity, absorbance, exposure setting (each sample is respectively exposed for 5ms, 15ms and 30ms, three pictures are shot), and the like, the collected image of the zebra fish SA-beta-gal dyeing effect is shown in figure 1, and microscopic imaging shows that after the test group is respectively treated by anti-aging agents with different concentrations, compared with the blank control group, the positive rate of the zebra fish SA-beta-gal dyeing is visually reduced.
To ensure comparability, lateral fish volume area values (S) and integrated stain optical density values (IOD) were then obtained separately using Image analysis soft Image Pro Plus, and the ratio IOD/S calculated as shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the test group showed a low positive rate of SA-. beta. -gal staining compared with the blank group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The anti-aging agent can reduce the staining positive rate of SA-beta-gal staining of the zebra fish under a proper proportion concentration, and can effectively intervene the aging of embryonic developmental cells of the zebra fish and delay the aging process of the zebra fish, thereby proving that the flavous iris has anti-aging effect.
