The sealing device of the bagging machine solves the problem that the traditional bagging machine is not tight in sealing, greatly simplifies the manufacturing process of paper bags, and is wide in application range.

The invention belongs to the technical field of young fruit bagging devices, solves the problem that a traditional bagging machine is not tight in sealing, improves working efficiency, and is wide in application range.
Background
The young fruit bagging can effectively prevent and avoid pollution and harm to fruits caused by pesticides and dust, effectively prevent and control the occurrence of damages and natural disasters of various diseases, insects, black-bone, insects, bees and other organisms, and simultaneously can also avoid the friction of branches and leaves and the damage to the fruits during the mechanical operation of an orchard. The bagging can keep proper humidity and temperature of the fruits, promote the fine and smooth peel, have uniform color tone and bright color, and improve the sweetness so as to obviously improve the quality of the fruits. Therefore, the fruit bagging technology is one of the technical measures for improving the quality of fruits and realizing the production of green and health-care fruits at present, and is an effective way for increasing the income of fruit farmers.

Traditional manual bagging is time-consuming and labor-consuming and has low efficiency. In order to lighten the labor intensity of bagging and improve the bagging efficiency, a bagging machine appears on the market, and the sealing device of the existing bagging machine generally adopts a notch to align with the unilateral or bilateral sealing of a fruit handle, but the edge of a bag opening is provided with a gap, the sealing is not tight, and the problems of high operation requirement, complex bagging structure and the like exist.
The invention solves the problems of overcoming the defects of the prior bagging machine sealing device and providing the bagging machine sealing device with high sealing quality, low bagging structure requirement and high working efficiency.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the bionic bagging machine sealing device is characterized by comprising a fixed module, a rotating module and a bearing; the fixing module consists of a rubber groove, four electric telescopic rods, a fixed disc and four miniature motors and is used for fixing the bag opening of the bagging; the rotating module consists of a rubber groove, four electric telescopic rods, a turntable, a gear, a motor and four micro motors and is used for clamping and rotating the bag opening of the bagging; the fixed module is arranged in parallel with the rotating module; the bearing is used for sleeving the outer side of the lower half part of the turntable of the rotating module on the inner side of the upper half part of the fixed disc of the fixed module.
In the fixing module and the rotating module, the four rubber grooves and the inner walls of the four rubber grooves are provided with wavy lines for increasing friction, the four rubber grooves are fixed at the tail ends of the four electric telescopic rods, and the four electric telescopic rods are uniformly fixed on the inner side of the lower half part of the fixing disc; the four rubber grooves are fixed at the tail ends of the four electric telescopic rods, the four electric telescopic rods are uniformly fixed on the inner side of the rotary table, saw teeth are uniformly distributed around the outer side of the upper half part of the rotary table and meshed with the gears, and the gears are connected to the output shaft of the motor.
The four electric telescopic rods of the fixed module and the four electric telescopic rods of the rotating module are three-stage telescopic rods, the two-stage rods at the front end are contracted into the fixed rod at the bottom end during contraction, the shortest distance during contraction is the length of the fixed rod, each-stage rod extends to the top point during extension, and the longest distance is the sum of the lengths of the three-stage rods; and the four electric telescopic rods and the fixing rods of the four electric telescopic rods are respectively provided with a micro motor for adjusting the contraction or extension actions of the four electric telescopic rods.
When the four electric telescopic rods of the fixing module and the four electric telescopic rods of the rotating module extend inwards, the four rubber grooves of the fixing module and the four rubber grooves of the rotating module gather from the periphery of the bagging opening to the middle to form two circular bayonets respectively, so that the fixing module and the rotating module can clamp the bagging opening of the bagging at the same time; under the drive action of the motor, the gear rotates and meshes with the saw teeth to enable the turntable to rotate, so that the round bayonet formed by the four rubber grooves of the rotating module enables the clamped bagging bag opening to rotate around the fruit handle for a circle, and meanwhile, the thin iron wires attached to the bagging bag opening are spirally bent to seal the bagging.
The circular bayonet formed by the four rubber grooves of the fixing module is close to one side of the young fruits, and the circular bayonet formed by the four rubber grooves of the rotating module rotates at the motor to enable the bagging bag opening to rotate, so that the bionic spiral closed bag opening is formed. Meanwhile, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the bagging structure is simplified.
A thin iron wire is wrapped at one side edge of the bagging opening, and the thin iron wire keeps the formed spiral bag opening fixed; the upper end of the bagging opening is provided with a water leakage opening which is used for discharging accumulated water at the top end of the bagging after sealing, so that rainwater is prevented from being accumulated at the bagging opening; the left lower corner of the bagging is provided with a ventilation small hole, and the ventilation small hole is convenient for ventilation of fruits in the bag.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a bionic bagging machine sealing device consists of a fixed module 1, a rotating module 2 and a bearing 3; the fixing module 1 consists of a rubber groove 101, four electric telescopic rods 102, a fixed disc 103 and four micro motors 104, and is used for fixing the bag opening of the bagging; the rotating module 2 consists of a rubber groove 201, four electric telescopic rods 202, a turntable 203, a gear 204, a motor 205 and four micro motors 206, and is used for clamping and rotating the bag mouth of the bagging; the fixed module 1 is arranged in parallel with the rotating module 2; the bearing 3 is used for sleeving the outer side of the lower half part of the turntable 203 of the rotating module 2 on the inner side of the upper half part of the fixed disc 103 of the fixed module 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the fixing module 1 and the rotating module 2, the inner walls of the four rubber grooves 101 and the four rubber grooves 201 have wave-shaped lines for increasing friction, the four rubber grooves 101 are fixed at the ends of the four electric telescopic rods 102, and the four electric telescopic rods 102 are uniformly fixed at the inner side of the lower half part of the fixed disc 103; the four rubber grooves 201 are fixed at the tail ends of the four electric telescopic rods 202, the four electric telescopic rods 202 are uniformly fixed on the inner side of the rotary table 203, saw teeth are uniformly distributed around the outer side of the upper half part of the rotary table 203 and meshed with the gear 204, and the gear 204 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 205.
The electric telescopic rod 102 and the electric telescopic rod 202 are three-stage telescopic rods, when the electric telescopic rod is contracted, the two-stage rods at the front end are contracted into the fixed rod at the bottom end, the shortest distance when the electric telescopic rod is contracted is the length of the fixed rod, when the electric telescopic rod is extended, each stage of rod extends to the top point, and the longest distance is the sum of the lengths of the three-stage rods; the four electric telescopic rods 102 and the four electric telescopic rods 202 are respectively provided with a micro motor 104 and a micro motor 206 for adjusting the contraction or extension motions thereof.

When bagging, the electric telescopic rod 102 and the telescopic rod 202 are driven by the micro motor 104 and the micro motor 206 to extend to a specified stroke, so that the fixed module 1 and the rotating module 2 can simultaneously clamp the bag mouth of the bagging up and down, and then the motor 205 rotates to enable the bag mouth of the bagging to rotate around the fruit handle for one circle, thereby realizing the sealing of the bagging; after bagging, the electric telescopic rod 102 and the telescopic rod 202 are automatically restored to the original lengths under the drive of the micro motor 104 and the micro motor 206, and the motor 205 is reset, so that one bagging process is completed.
Referring to fig. 6, a thin iron wire 401 is wrapped at one side edge of the opening of the bagging 4, and the thin iron wire 401 keeps the formed spiral opening fixed; the upper end of the opening of the bagging 4 is provided with a water leakage opening 402, and the water leakage opening 402 is used for discharging accumulated water at the top end of the bagging which is sealed, so that rainwater is prevented from being accumulated at the opening of the bagging; the left lower corner of the bagging 4 is provided with a ventilation small hole 403, and the ventilation small hole 403 is convenient for ventilation of fruits in the bag.
