The invention discloses a drying device for vibration coupling hot air and a using method, the drying device comprises a hot air system, one side of the hot air system is provided with a drying box, a soil screen is arranged in the drying box, the bottom of the drying box is provided with a vibration system, the vibration system comprises a vibration seat, a connecting rod is arranged in the middle of the vibration seat, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the drying box, crankshafts are respectively arranged on two sides of the vibration seat and the bottom of the connecting rod, and the using method based on the drying device is as follows: a. adding dredged soil from a feed inlet, filtering turf and stones through a filter screen, and falling on a soil screen; b. opening a hot air and vibration system, and drying the dredged soil under the combined action of the hot air and vibration; c. and when the humidity of the dredged soil reaches a set value, closing the hot air and vibration system, and taking out the dredged soil from the discharge hole. The invention carries out solid-liquid centrifugation through the vibration device, separates most of free water in the dredged soil, and simultaneously uses hot air for drying and combining with water, thereby improving the drying efficiency, having good energy-saving effect and good economic benefit.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a large amount of dredged soil generated in dredging engineering is basically treated by a method of stacking or throwing into a delimited area in a river, the resource reutilization rate is low, the environment around a construction point is polluted, and the great waste of soil resources is also caused.
After drying and retreatment, the waste dredged soil can be used in the field of building materials, such as brick making, concrete preparation by using admixture instead of part of aggregate and the like, so that the resource utilization of the waste dredged soil is actively developed in China. Dredged soil treatment mainly comprises soil body squeezing and soil body drying, however, the water content of dredged soil subjected to mechanical dehydration is still about 80%, high-humidity sludge cannot meet the requirement of subsequent utilization, and difficulty is caused in sludge transportation.
Among the existing techniques for drying dredged soil, hot air drying is a relatively common one. The method mainly utilizes heat energy to evaporate water in the dredged soil, and in the existing dredged soil drying operation, the soil body with high humidity is often directly put into a drying device for drying, so that in order to achieve the drying effect, longer drying time is needed, the investment cost is high, and the drying energy consumption is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a dredged soil drying device with vibration coupled with hot air, which solves the problems of high energy consumption, high investment cost and low drying efficiency of the conventional dredged soil drying device and provides a using method of the device.
The technical scheme is as follows: the drying box comprises a hot air system, wherein a drying box is arranged on one side of the hot air system, a soil screen is arranged in the drying box, a vibration system is arranged at the bottom of the drying box, the vibration system comprises a vibration seat, a connecting rod is arranged in the middle of the vibration seat, and one end of the connecting rod is connected with the bottom of the drying box; both sides of the vibration seat and the bottom of the connecting rod are provided with crankshafts, and the crankshafts are connected with a motor below the vibration seat; the center of the top of the drying box is provided with an inverted V-shaped air port so that hot air can be fully contacted with soil materials, and a metal protective net is arranged on the air port; and an exhaust fan is installed on one side of the drying box.
One side of the top of the drying box is provided with a feed inlet, and a filter sieve is arranged below the feed inlet and used for filtering large-volume impurities such as turf, stones and the like.
The soil sieve is formed by splicing two sieve plates and is used for separating soil and water.
The positions of two sides of the soil sieve, which are connected with the drying box, are respectively provided with a rotating shaft, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft is controlled by a stepping motor on the drying box, so that the soil sieve is opened and closed, and the soil sieve is opened after drying is completed, so that soil materials fall into the collecting box.
The earth sieve on be provided with a plurality of humidity inductor, correspond the humidity display on the control panel to show earth sieve average value of humidity inductor.
The bottom of the drying box is provided with a water outlet.
The use method based on the drying device comprises the following steps:
a. adding dredged soil from a feed inlet, filtering turf and stones through a filter screen, and finally dropping on a soil screen;
b. opening a hot air system and a vibration system, and drying the dredged soil under the combined action of hot air and vibration;
c. and when the humidity of the dredged soil reaches a set value, closing the hot air and vibration system, and taking out the dredged soil from the discharge hole.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention includes a hot air system, a drying oven, and a vibration system. The hot air system consists of an air blower 1, a heater 2, an air duct 3 and an air port 4, wherein the air blower 1 is connected with the air duct 3 through the heater 2 and is connected with the inner air port 4 through the air duct 3. The air generated by the blower 1 passes through the heater 2 to form hot air, and flows through the air duct 3 to enter the air port 4 at the top of the drying box 20, so as to provide hot air for drying the dredged soil. The air duct 3 is made of galvanized steel pipes, the air inlet 4 is inverted V-shaped, so that hot air entering the drying box 20 can be fully contacted with dredged soil, and the air inlet 4 is provided with a metal protective net for preventing sand particles blown up or vibrated from entering the air duct 3 to cause blockage.
The vibration system comprises a vibration seat 17, the vibration seat 17 is connected with the bottom of a drying box 20 through a bearing column 14, a power box 19 is arranged at the bottom of the vibration seat 17, the vibration seat 17 is a cuboid plate, a hole is formed in the middle of the vibration seat, a connecting rod 12 penetrates through the middle of the vibration seat, one end of the connecting rod 12 is connected with the bottom of the drying box 20 and provides lifting force for the drying box 20, two sides of the vibration seat 17 and the other end of the connecting rod 12 are both connected with a crankshaft 15, a small gear is mounted on the crankshaft 15 and meshed with a large gear mounted on a motor 18, the crankshaft 15 on two sides of the vibration seat 17 is driven by the motor 18 to rotate and further drive the drying box 20 to swing left and right, the crankshaft 15 connected on the connecting rod 12 drives the drying box 20 to move up and down, so that the filter sieve 6 and dredged soil on the soil sieve 11 are filtered more fully.
The using method of the device comprises the following steps:
(1) dredged soil is added from a feed inlet 5, and after passing through a filter screen 6, turf and stones with larger volume are filtered out, and soil enters a drying box 20;
(2) a hot air and vibration system on a control panel 16 is started, air enters from an air blower 1, enters an air inlet 4 through a heater 2 and an air channel 3, meanwhile, a motor 18 drives a crankshaft 15 to rotate, a vibration seat 17 drives a drying box 20 connected with the vibration seat to move left and right, a connecting rod 12 provides lifting force for the drying box 20, the drying box 20 moves up and down, and soil in the drying box 20 is dried under the combined action of vibration and hot air. Wherein most of the free water is removed by vibration and the bound water is removed by hot air drying. Water filtered by vibration passes through the soil sieve 11 and is discharged from a water outlet 13, the humidity sensor 8 detects the humidity of the soil body in real time, the humidity display on the control panel 16 displays the average value of the humidity sensors 8 on the soil sieve 11, and the wind speed is controlled according to the soil material humidity;
(3) when the humidity of the soil body reaches a set value, the hot air is closed and the vibration is stopped, the control panel 16 controls the stepping motor to separate the soil sieves 11, the soil body falls into the collection box 21, the soil sieves 11 are closed, and the collection box is taken out from the discharge port 22, so that the drying of the dredged soil is completed.
