本发明涉及一种压铸合金管材。
背景技术
在一些工况中,需要用到合金材料的管材作为介质流动的管道,并且需要粗略的调节介质的流动速度。现有技术调节结构设置复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种压铸合金管材,其具有能够调节管材内介质流速的调节结构,并且设置简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种压铸合金管材,用于控制介质的流速,包括第一管体和第二管体,第二管体套在第一管体的外侧,第二管体和第一管体滑动配合,第二管体和第一管体之间设置有密封圈,第一管体的内壁通过支撑块连接有支撑条,支撑条的端部通过弹簧连接有球体,第二管体包括锥形部,球体位于锥形部内,球体与锥形部配合实现调节介质的流速,第一管体的外壁设有第一手持部,第二管体的外壁设有第二手持部。
优选地,第二管体的外壁设有螺孔,螺孔内装配有将第一管体和第二管体位置锁紧的锁紧螺钉。
本发明的工作原理为:球体与锥形部的设置,实现球体与第二管体间隙的调节,进而实现介质流速的调节。
本发明的有益效果为:其具有能够调节管材内介质流速的调节结构,并且设置简单。

第二管体2的外壁设有螺孔,螺孔内装配有将第一管体1和第二管体2位置锁紧的锁紧螺钉。
本发明的工作原理为:球体6与锥形部的设置,实现球体6与第二管体2间隙的调节,进而实现介质流速的调节。
本发明的有益效果为:其具有能够调节管材内介质流速的调节结构,并且设置简单。
