本实用发明涉及大小型空压机和真空泵,凹凸齿轮可高效实现压缩与自吸功能,结构简单紧凑,体积小,可用于大型压缩机、泵,也可以小微型化,正反转使用。
背景技术:
目前市场上的活塞式空压机往复运作时各关节臂角度间存在能量损耗,噪音大。滑片式空压机转子、滑片、定子间产生摩擦需大量机油维护低速运作,易磨损。单螺杆与双螺杆空压机要求高精度工艺制造,生产成本高。现有的齿轮泵只能压送液体,各轮齿占住气腔一半空间,做功效率低。
发明内容:
凹凸齿轮结构简单,低制造成本,高转速没磨损,使用寿命长,低噪音,高效率,自吸力强。
产品构造:
本产品由齿轮与凹凸轮隔离运行,也可以齿轮与凹凸轮并行,可以直接由凹凸齿轮同步运行,也可以大小凹凸齿轮异步同行。1凹凸轮空气压缩机,由一个圆轮周围有一个或多个任何形状的凸出体形成凸轮,另一个圆轮周围凹进与凸轮对等形状的槽形成凹轮,凹轮紧贴凸轮与壳体,凸轮与壳体间有气腔,凹凸轮两端的轴连接间隔板外的齿轮,两端的齿轮外是盖板,任一齿轮轴连接壳体外电机凹凸轮周围壳体上有进出口,凹凸轮可无油运作,压缩气体洁净,而齿轮半寖入润滑油中可免维护使用,凹凸轮正反转可实现压缩与自吸功能。2组合凹凸轮空气压缩机,凹凸轮两端与齿轮连成一体,压缩室内的凹凸轮齿轮任何一个轮轴申出壳体连接电机。3凹凸齿轮空气压缩机,由一个小模数齿轮周围凸出单个或多个大模数齿条形成凸齿轮,另一个小模数齿轮周围凹进队等的大模数齿槽形成凹齿轮,凹凸齿轮两端是外盖周围壳体上有进出口,电机在壳体外一端。4异步凹凸齿轮空气压缩机,凸齿轮的凸齿与凹齿轮齿槽的模数相同,凸齿轮除凸齿外是凹齿轮直径的数倍,同时凸齿轮的凸齿数是凹齿轮齿槽的数倍,大小凹凸齿轮异步同行。5凹凸齿轮泵,其特征是因凹凸齿轮的特性用于真空泵、高压流体泵、和微型泵及手摇泵,可转换进出口正反转使用。

Claims (8)
1.一种凹凸轮空气压缩机,在凹凸轮两端有间隔板,齿轮,盖板和周围壳体,其特征是凹轮紧贴凸轮与壳体,凸轮与壳体间形成气腔,压缩室内的凹凸轮轴连接间隔板外的齿轮,其中任何一个齿轮轴连接壳体外的电机,齿轮不与凹凸轮同在压缩室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹凸轮,其特征是由一个圆轮周围有一个或多个任何形状的凸出体形成凸轮,另一个圆轮周围凹进与凸轮对等形状的槽形成凹轮。
3.一种组合凹凸轮空气压缩机,凹凸轮各自两端与齿轮连成一体,其特征是凹凸轮与齿轮同在压缩室内。
4.一种凹凸齿轮空气压缩机,其特征是压缩室内的凹凸齿轮由任何一个轴连接壳体外电机。
5.根据权利要求4所述的凹凸齿轮,其特征是由一个小模数齿轮周围凸出单个或多个大模数齿条形成凸齿轮,另一个小模数齿轮周围凹进对等的大模数齿槽形成凹齿轮。
6.一种异步凹凸齿轮空气压缩机,其特征是凸齿轮直径大于凹齿轮直径数倍,大小凹凸齿轮异步同行。
7.根据权利要求6所述的异步凹凸齿轮,其特征是凸齿轮与凹齿轮的模数相同,凸齿轮除凸齿外是凹齿轮直径的数倍,同时凸齿轮的凸齿数是凹齿轮齿槽的数倍。
8.一种凹凸齿轮泵,其特征是因凹凸齿轮的特性用于真空泵、流体泵,和微型泵及手摇泵,可转换进出口正反转使用。
