Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fishing device which can be used for fishing logging instruments which cannot be lifted to the ground due to faults.

Preferably, the fishing assembly further comprises a third clamping pipe fitting and a first connecting piece connected with the third clamping pipe fitting, one end, away from the third clamping pipe fitting, of the first connecting piece is connected with the cable, and the second fishing claw is arranged in the third clamping pipe fitting.
Preferably, the drill rod comprises a common drill rod and a suspension drill rod, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the suspension drill rod are connected with the common drill rod, an inner hole of the suspension drill rod is a first stepped hole, and one end with a larger inner diameter of the first stepped hole is located at one side close to a wellhead.
Preferably, the fishing device further comprises a release assembly, wherein the release assembly comprises a release head, a tubular ball seat, a shear pin and a claw, the release head is arranged in the first stepped hole, and one end of the release head is abutted with the stepped surface of the first stepped hole; the tubular ball seat is arranged in the release head in a penetrating mode, the tubular ball seat is fixedly connected with the release head through the shearing pin, one end of the clamping jaw is provided with a plurality of third clamping jaw heads, the clamping jaw heads are sleeved on the tubular ball seat, clamping grooves corresponding to the third clamping jaw heads are formed in the inner wall of the release head, and the other end of the release head is connected with the first clamping connection pipe piece.
Preferably, a spherical protrusion is annularly arranged in the middle of the throwing piece, the two clamping parts extend to two sides of the spherical protrusion respectively, and the spherical protrusion can be abutted with the tubular ball seat to seal the upper end of the tubular ball seat.
Preferably, the fishing device further comprises an upper suspension part, a buffer part and a lower suspension part which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein one end of the upper suspension part, which is far away from the buffer part, is connected with the second clamping pipe, and one end of the lower suspension part, which is far away from the buffer part, is connected with the logging instrument.
Preferably, the clamping part is a first clamping protrusion arranged on the throwing part in a surrounding manner, a second clamping protrusion matched with the first clamping protrusion is arranged on the inner side of the first claw head, and a third clamping protrusion matched with the first clamping protrusion is arranged on the inner side of the second claw head.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the invention, the throwing part is thrown into the drill rod, one end of the throwing part is clamped with the clamping assembly under the action of the self gravity of the throwing part and mud, when a fault occurs, the lowest drill rod cannot be pulled out, the fishing assembly is thrown, under the action of the self gravity of the fishing assembly and the cable, the fishing assembly is clamped with the other end of the throwing part, the cable is lifted upwards, and the logging instrument is lifted to the ground surface.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the logging process, the phenomenon of stuck drilling inevitably occurs, so that a drill rod cannot be pulled out, logging instruments cannot be recovered, equipment is wasted, and the logging instruments contain radioactive elements and are left in the well to pollute the underground environment.
To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a fishing device, which includes a drill rod, a throwing member 2, a clamping assembly 3, a fishing assembly 4, and a releasing assembly. The throwing part 2, the clamping assembly 3 and the salvaging assembly 4 are all arranged in the inner hole of the drill rod. Both ends of the throwing member 2 are provided with clamping parts, one end of the clamping assembly 3 is clamped with the clamping parts of one end of the throwing member 2, and the other end of the clamping assembly is connected with a logging instrument 64. One end of the salvaging component 4 is clamped with the clamping part at the other end of the throwing piece 2, and the other end is connected with a cable 72.
The middle part of the throwing part 2 is annularly provided with a spherical bulge 21, and two clamping parts respectively extend to two sides of the spherical bulge 21. When the throwing part 2 is thrown into the drill rod, the clamping part at one end of the throwing part 2 is clamped with the clamping assembly 3 under the action of gravity and mud of the throwing part 2. When the drill rod at the lowest end cannot be pulled out in the event of a fault, the fishing assembly 4 is put in, the fishing assembly 4 is clamped with the clamping part at the other end of the putting-in part 2 under the action of self gravity of the fishing assembly 4 and the cable 72, and the cable 72 is pulled upwards to lift the logging instrument 64 to the ground surface.
The drill rod comprises a suspension drill rod 12, a normal drill rod 11 and a stop drill rod 13, and the joints of the three drill rods are consistent. The bottom of the drill rod of the oil well is provided with a section of hanging drill rod 12, the upstream of the hanging drill rod 12 is connected with a common drill rod 11, the stop drill rod 13 is positioned at the bottommost end, and at least one section of common drill rod 11 is connected between the hanging drill rod 12 and the stop drill rod 13. The inner hole of the common drill rod 11 is a through hole with a constant diameter. The inner bore of the suspended drill pipe 12 is a first stepped bore with the larger inner diameter end located upstream. The inner bore of the stopper rod 13 is a third stepped bore, the larger inner diameter end of which is located upstream.
After drilling is completed, logging is required. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the initial state, the logging tool 64 is positioned in the inner bore of the bottom drill pipe, suspended from the suspended drill pipe 12, and lowered into the well under the protection of the drill pipe. The fishing apparatus also includes a release assembly, an upper hanger 61, a bumper 62 and a lower hanger 63. The release assembly includes a release head 51, a tubular ball seat 52, a shear pin 53 and a pawl 54. The release head 51 comprises a first pipe fitting 511 and a second pipe fitting 512 fixedly connected with the first pipe fitting 511, the first pipe fitting 511 and the second pipe fitting 512 are both positioned in a hole with a larger inner diameter of a first stepped hole of the suspension drill rod 12, and one end, far away from the second pipe fitting 512, of the first pipe fitting 511 is abutted with the stepped surface of the first stepped hole. The tubular ball seat 52 is inserted into the release head 51, and the tubular ball seat 52 is fixedly connected with the second pipe 512 through shear pins 53 perpendicular to the central axis of the drill rod, and in this embodiment, the number of shear pins 53 is preferably two.
In order to ensure tightness, a sealing groove is arranged on the outer side of the first pipe fitting 511 in a ring mode, and a rubber sealing ring is sleeved in the sealing groove and in interference fit with a hole with a larger inner diameter of the first stepped hole.
The jaw 54 is provided with a plurality of third jaw heads at one end and external threads at the other end. One end of the claw 54 provided with a third claw is sleeved on the outer surface of the tubular ball seat 52, the other end of the claw is in threaded connection with the internal threads of the first clamping pipe piece 31, in this embodiment, the number of the third claw is preferably four, and the inner side and the outer side of the third claw are respectively provided with an inner protrusion and an outer protrusion.
The first pipe 511 is provided with a locking groove 5111 capable of locking with the outer protrusion of the third jaw. An annular clamping groove which can be clamped with the inner protrusion is formed in the outer periphery of the tubular ball seat 52. The inner bore of the jaw 54 is a second stepped bore and the tubular ball seat 52 has a smaller outer diameter at the end remote from the wellhead, which end portion is located in the larger inner diameter end of the second stepped bore.
When the tubular ball seat 52 is fixedly connected with the second pipe fitting 512 through the shear pin 53, the outer protrusion of the third jaw is positioned in the clamping groove 5111, the annular clamping groove is positioned above the clamping groove 5111, the claw 54 is extruded by the tubular ball seat 52, the claw 54 is elastically deformed towards the direction of the first pipe fitting 511, and the claw 54 cannot slide downwards under the action of the tubular ball seat 52 and the clamping groove 5111; when the shear pin 53 breaks, the tubular ball seat 52 slides down in the second pipe 512, so that the annular clamping groove is clamped with the inner protrusion, at this time, the elastic deformation of the claw 54 is recovered, the outer protrusion is separated from the clamping groove 5111, and then the tubular ball seat 52 slides down with the claw 54.
The clamping assembly 3 comprises a first clamping pipe fitting 31, a second clamping pipe fitting 32 and a first salvaging claw 33 arranged in the second clamping pipe fitting 32. The first clamping pipe fitting 31 and the second clamping pipe fitting 32 are located in the inner hole of the drill rod and can move up and down in the inner hole of the drill rod. The first clamping pipe fitting 31 is in threaded connection with the second clamping pipe fitting 32, and the first clamping pipe fitting 31 is located at the upstream of the second clamping pipe fitting 32.
The outside at first joint pipe fitting 31 is provided with the seal groove, and the cover is equipped with rubber seal on the seal groove, and rubber seal and the inner wall interference fit of second joint pipe fitting 32 can guarantee the leakproofness of first joint pipe fitting 31 and second joint pipe fitting 32.
The inner side of the end, far away from the first clamping pipe fitting 31, of the second clamping pipe fitting 32 is provided with a limiting protrusion in an inward annular manner, one end of the first fishing claw 33 is abutted against the limiting protrusion, and a plurality of first claw heads 331 are arranged at the other end of the first fishing claw 33, and in the embodiment, the number of the first claw heads 331 is preferably four. The outer diameter of the first claw head 331 is larger than the inner diameter of the first clamping pipe piece 31, and when the first salvaging claw 33 is lifted upwards, the first salvaging claw 33 can drive the first clamping pipe piece 31 to move upwards.
One end of the second clamping pipe fitting 32 far away from the first clamping pipe fitting 31 is fixedly connected with one end of the upper hanging piece 61, the other end of the upper hanging piece 61 is fixedly connected with one end of the buffer piece 62, the other end of the buffer piece 62 is fixedly connected with one end of the lower hanging piece 63, the other end of the lower hanging piece 63 is fixedly connected with the logging instrument 64, and the other end of the logging instrument 64 is connected with the plug 65.
The buffer 62 can act as a buffer to protect the logging instrument 64 while the logging instrument 64 is deployed. The plug 65 can protect the logging instrument 64 from contacting rocks, mortar and the like when the logging instrument 64 is arranged below, so that the logging instrument 64 is protected, and the other end of the plug 65 is a tip and can play a role in tapping.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a spherical protrusion 21 is annularly arranged in the middle of the throwing member 2, two clamping parts respectively extend to two sides of the spherical protrusion 21, first clamping protrusions 22 are annularly arranged at two ends of the throwing member 2 outwards, and the first clamping protrusions 22 are clamping parts. The inner side of the first claw head 331 is provided with a second clamping protrusion matched with the first clamping protrusion 22, the first claw head 331 can be clamped with one end of the throwing piece 2, and two ends of the throwing piece 2 are pointed ends. The tip has a guiding function. The inside of the top end of the tubular ball seat 52 is provided with a chamfer, and the spherical protrusion 21 can abut against the tubular ball seat 52 to seal the upper end of the tubular ball seat 52.
After the drill rod is put in place, the throwing part 2 is thrown into the inner hole of the drill rod, and the throwing part 2 falls under the action of gravity. The lower end of the launch element 2 passes through the tubular ball seat 52, the jaws 54 and the first bayonet element 31 before entering the interior of the first bailing jaw 33. The spherical protrusion 21 abuts against the top surface of the tubular ball seat 52, and the drop-out member 2 continues to move downward after the spherical protrusion 21 abuts against the top surface of the tubular ball seat 52 under the inertial force and the pressure of the cement slurry due to the large drop-out distance of the drop-out member 2, and the shear pin 53 is broken by the shear force. The upper half part of the throwing part 2 is sleeved with a centralizing part 23, and the centralizing part 23 has a guiding function and ensures the balance of the throwing part 2 when moving downwards.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7. After the shear pin 53 breaks, the throwing member 2 and the tubular ball seat 52 continue to move downwards, and during the downward movement, the outer protrusions of the third jaw heads of the jaws 54 are located in the annular clamping groove of the tubular ball seat 52, and at this time, the bottom end of the tubular ball seat 52 abuts against the stepped surface of the inner hole of the jaws 54.
Afterwards, the throwing member 2 continues to move downwards, so as to drive the tubular ball seat 52, the claw 54, the clamping assembly 3, the upper hanging member 61, the buffer member 62, the lower hanging member 63, the logging instrument 64 and the plug 65 to move downwards, so that the plug 65 and the logging instrument 64 are exposed out of the stopping drill rod 13, the aperture of the smaller section of the third stepped hole of the stopping drill rod 13 is smaller than the outer diameter of the lower hanging member 63 and larger than the outer diameter of the logging instrument 64, and the lower hanging member 63 is abutted with the stepped surface of the third stepped hole and is stopped in the stopping drill rod 13.
Logging is then started and after logging is completed the drill pipe is lifted upwards and the stop drill pipe 13 is lifted with the logging tool 64.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, when the drill pipe at the failed bottom end cannot be pulled upward after the logging is completed, the fishing assembly 4 is required to fish the logging instrument 64.
The fishing assembly 4 comprises a third clamping pipe 41, a first connecting piece 42 and a second fishing claw 43 arranged in the third clamping pipe 41. The third clamping pipe fitting 41 is fixedly connected with the first connecting piece 42, one end, away from the third clamping pipe fitting 41, of the first connecting piece 42 is connected with the cable 72, the inner side, away from one end of the first clamping pipe fitting 31, of the third clamping pipe fitting 41 is provided with an inclined first stop protrusion in an inward annular mode, one end of the second salvaging claw 43 is abutted with the first connecting piece 42, the other end of the second salvaging claw 43 is provided with a plurality of second claw heads 431, and in the embodiment, the number of the second claw heads 431 is preferably four. The end is clamped with the upper end of the throwing part 2, and the outer diameter of the second claw 431 is larger than the inner diameter of the first stop protrusion. The inner side of the second claw 431 is provided with a third clamping protrusion matched with the first clamping protrusion 22, so that the upper end of the throwing member 2 is positioned in the second salvaging claw and is clamped with the second claw 431. To increase the weight of the fishing assembly 4, a weight 71 is provided between the cable 72 and the first connector 42.
Throwing the fishing assembly 4 into the inner hole of the drill rod, and rapidly falling the fishing assembly 4 under the action of gravity of the fishing assembly 4, so that the upper end of the throwing part 2 is positioned in the second fishing claw 43. The cable 72 is lifted upwards, the cable 72 drives the third clamping pipe fitting 41 to move upwards, the first stop protrusion in the third clamping pipe fitting 41 drives the second salvaging claw 43 to move upwards, the second salvaging claw 43 is clamped with the upper end of the throwing piece 2, the throwing piece 2 is driven to move upwards, the first salvaging claw 33 is clamped with the lower end of the throwing piece 2, the throwing piece 2 drives the first salvaging claw 33 to move upwards, the first salvaging claw 33 drives the first clamping pipe fitting 31 to move upwards due to the fact that the inner diameter of the first clamping pipe fitting 31 is smaller than the outer diameter of the first claw head 331, and the first clamping pipe fitting 31 drives the second clamping pipe fitting 32, the upper suspension piece 61, the buffer piece 62, the lower suspension piece 63 and the logging instrument 64 to move upwards, so that the logging instrument 64 is lifted to the ground surface.
