Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，包括底座，所述底座上表面两侧对称焊接有支撑杆，两根支撑杆的一端固定有同一个水平设置的支撑板，两根支撑杆之间设置有固定筒，固定筒的两侧侧壁上均焊接有两根固定杆，固定杆的一端焊接在支撑杆上，固定筒的顶部和底部分别设置有第一通孔和第二通孔，第一通孔内设置有气缸，气缸的一端安装在支撑板的下表面，气缸的活塞杆连接有切割装置。本发明结构简单，设计新颖，提高了管道切割的精度以及稳定性和安全性，方便的收集切割后产生的尘屑，节能环保，操作简单，值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置。
背景技术
目前，对于管道特别是不锈钢管道的切割作业大部分通过砂轮锯来完成。砂轮锯虽然切割速度比较快，但是其切割精度较低，切割时的火花较大，而且切口质量差。因此，砂轮锯只能满足对切割精度要求不高的管道切割，而不能满足切割质量要求较高的场合的应用。另外，这种砂轮锯需要操作人员手动操作，因此其操作过程受到操作人员的主观因素的影响，有可能进一步降低切割质量和切割精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，包括底座，所述底座上表面两侧对称焊接有支撑杆，两根支撑杆的一端固定有同一个水平设置的支撑板，两根支撑杆之间设置有固定筒，固定筒的两侧侧壁上均焊接有两根固定杆，固定杆的一端焊接在支撑杆上，固定筒的顶部和底部分别设置有第一通孔和第二通孔，第一通孔内设置有气缸，气缸的一端安装在支撑板的下表面，气缸的活塞杆连接有切割装置。
进一步的，所述底座上表面的中间位置设置有收集箱，收集箱为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构，收集箱内设置有滤网。
具体的，所述支撑板上表面的中间位置安装有水箱，水箱的两侧侧壁上均连接有第一水管，第一水管的一端连接有收集箱，第一水管上安装有第一水泵，水箱的底端侧壁上对称连接有第二水管，第二水管的一端贯穿支撑板和固定筒安装有喷头，第二水管上安装有第二水泵。
值得说明的是，所述固定筒的两侧侧壁上均设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内螺纹安装有螺杆，螺杆的一端安装有旋钮，螺杆的另一端安装有夹块。
具体的，所述夹块为弧形结构，且夹块为橡胶材料，两个夹块相靠近的侧壁上均滚动安装有钢珠。
此外，所述切割装置包括切割机和安装板，切割机通过螺栓固定在安装板上，安装板连接有气缸的活塞杆。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、装置结构简单，设计新颖，利用固定筒两侧的夹块对待切割的管道进行固定，防止管道在切割时便宜，提高切割的精度，然后通过控制气缸和切割机的开启，对管道进行自动切割，不需要操作人员手工操作，同时固定筒起到了保护的作用，消除了对操作人员造成潜在伤害的危险，提高了稳定性和安全性；
2、在切割时，通过喷头对管道进行喷洒，不仅能降低管道切割后的温度，而且方便的对切割时产生的粉尘进行处理，防止尘屑飘散至空气中对操作人员的身体健康造成影响，同时利用滤网对尘屑进行收集，使得水资源可以进行循环利用，节能环保，操作简单，值得推广。
本发明结构简单，设计新颖，提高了管道切割的精度以及稳定性和安全性，方便的收集切割后产生的尘屑，节能环保，操作简单，值得推广。

参照图1-3，一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，包括底座1，底座1上表面两侧对称焊接有支撑杆2，两根支撑杆2的一端固定有同一个水平设置的支撑板3，支撑板3上表面的中间位置安装有水箱4，水箱4的两侧侧壁上均连接有第一水管7，第一水管7的一端连接有收集箱5，第一水管7上安装有第一水泵8，水箱4的底端侧壁上对称连接有第二水管9，第二水管9的一端贯穿支撑板3和固定筒14安装有喷头11，第二水管9上安装有第二水泵10，两根支撑杆2之间设置有固定筒14，固定筒14的两侧侧壁上均设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内螺纹安装有螺杆16，螺杆16的一端安装有旋钮，螺杆16的另一端安装有夹块17，夹块17为弧形结构，且夹块17为橡胶材料，两个夹块17相靠近的侧壁上均滚动安装有钢珠，固定筒14的两侧侧壁上均焊接有两根固定杆15，固定杆15的一端焊接在支撑杆2上，固定筒14的顶部和底部分别设置有第一通孔和第二通孔，第一通孔内设置有气缸12，气缸12的一端安装在支撑板3的下表面，气缸12的活塞杆连接有切割装置13，切割装置13包括切割机和安装板，切割机通过螺栓固定在安装板上，安装板连接有气缸12的活塞杆，底座1上表面的中间位置设置有收集箱5，收集箱5为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构，收集箱5内设置有滤网6。
工作原理：在切割时，将待切割的管道沿着固定筒14的长度方向放入固定筒14内，根据管道的尺寸，转动旋钮使螺杆16在螺纹孔内转动，利用夹块17对管道进行固定，在夹块17的侧壁上设置有滚动的小钢珠，在固定住管道的同时，不会影响管道的移动，方便连续性的切割，固定好管道后，打开气缸12以及切割装置13上的切割机，使气缸12缓慢下降，利用切割机对管道完成切割，在切割的同时，打开第一水泵8和第二水泵10，第二水泵10将水箱4内的水抽出，利用喷头对切割的管道进行降温，方便下一步的加工，同时将切割的粉尘冲刷落入收集箱5内，滤网6将切割产生的尘屑隔开，方便操作人员收集，第一水泵8将收集箱5内过滤的水吸入水箱4内，使得水资源可以循环利用，节能环保。

1.一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，包括底座(1)，其特征在于，所述底座(1)上表面两侧对称焊接有支撑杆(2)，两根支撑杆(2)的一端固定有同一个水平设置的支撑板(3)，两根支撑杆(2)之间设置有固定筒(14)，固定筒(14)的两侧侧壁上均焊接有两根固定杆(15)，固定杆(15)的一端焊接在支撑杆(2)上，固定筒(14)的顶部和底部分别设置有第一通孔和第二通孔，第一通孔内设置有气缸(12)，气缸(12)的一端安装在支撑板(3)的下表面，气缸(12)的活塞杆连接有切割装置(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，其特征在于，所述底座(1)上表面的中间位置设置有收集箱(5)，收集箱(5)为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构，收集箱(5)内设置有滤网(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，其特征在于，所述支撑板(3)上表面的中间位置安装有水箱(4)，水箱(4)的两侧侧壁上均连接有第一水管(7)，第一水管(7)的一端连接有收集箱(5)，第一水管(7)上安装有第一水泵(8)，水箱(4)的底端侧壁上对称连接有第二水管(9)，第二水管(9)的一端贯穿支撑板(3)和固定筒(14)安装有喷头(11)，第二水管(9)上安装有第二水泵(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，其特征在于，所述固定筒(14)的两侧侧壁上均设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内螺纹安装有螺杆(16)，螺杆(16)的一端安装有旋钮，螺杆(16)的另一端安装有夹块(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，其特征在于，所述夹块(17)为弧形结构，且夹块(17)为橡胶材料，两个夹块(17)相靠近的侧壁上均滚动安装有钢珠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑合金管道生产用切割装置，其特征在于，所述切割装置(13)包括切割机和安装板，切割机通过螺栓固定在安装板上，安装板连接有气缸(12)的活塞杆。
