本发明涉及一种体表创伤止血液体敷料及其生产方法,具体地说它不仅可以作为医疗机构的专业治疗护理来使用,也可开发相应的日用产品来应用于人们的日常家庭生活。特征是先将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、苯扎溴铵分别加入到反应釜中,再加入β‑葡聚糖和纯净水,经搅拌、静置老化,检测灌入包装瓶,称重密封为成品体表创伤止血液体敷料。本发明对人体安全,无毒,无害,可降解。使用简便,不燃不爆,运输贮存安全方便,对皮肤无刺激,实际使用成本低,不会造成二次毒害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种体表创伤止血液体敷料及其生产方法,具体地说它不仅可以作为医疗机构的专业治疗护理来使用,也可开发相应的日用产品来应用于人们的日常家庭生活。
背景技术
对于体表创伤,首先需要对创面进行清洁,再对创面进行消毒,防止感染,最后是增加皮肤营养,促进愈合,这样从机理上就可以有效地治疗痔疮。
表面活性剂具有较好的乳化润湿功能,可以彻底清洁皮肤表面,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠是最常见的一种,不仅清洁力强,成本低,而且对皮肤刺激性很小。
季铵盐是对人体较安全的消毒成分,而且不挥发,稳定性好,其中苯扎溴铵是最常用的一种季铵盐。
葡聚糖是公认的可用于创伤皮肤修复的一类物质,其中β-葡聚糖可以增强皮肤免疫力,促进皮肤生长,加快皮肤创面愈合,特别是β-葡聚糖是葡聚糖中最易得的一种,而且不会与大多数表面活性剂拮抗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种同时具备清洁消毒促愈合等多功能的体表创伤止血液体敷料及其生产方法。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种体表创伤止血液体敷料,其组份配比按重量份数计:
取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:0.1-0.5份、β-葡聚糖:0.02-0.2份、苯扎溴铵:0.05-1份、纯净水:98.3-99.83份。
先将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、苯扎溴铵分别加入到反应釜中,再加入β-葡聚糖和纯净水,经搅拌、静置老化,检测灌入包装瓶,称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体医用敷料。
本发明一种体表创伤止血液体敷料的生产方法,采用以下工艺步骤:其组份配比按重量份数计:
1、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.02-0.2份、苯扎溴铵0.05-1份、纯净水98.3-99.83份分别加入到反应釜中,在常温(20-30℃)常压(1个大气压)下搅拌4-6小时,使混合物溶解均匀,搅拌机转速500-510转/分钟,
2、上述混合物充分搅拌后,静置老化47-49小时后,检测有效成分含量合格后,灌入包装瓶。
3、称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体医用敷料。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明对人体安全,无毒,无害,可降解。使用简便,不燃不爆,运输贮存安全方便。对皮肤无刺激,实际使用成本低,不会造成二次毒害。根据研究结果和试用反馈,该产品不仅清洁消毒效果好,而且对创面有快速愈合的效果,可以产生良好的经济效益和环境效益。
本发明配方独特,效果显著,国内外未见文献报道,具有新颖性,具有较好的推广应用前景。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
实施例一:
本发明一种体表创伤止血液体敷料的生产方法,采用以下工艺步骤:
1、将0.1公斤脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(商品名:AES,纯度:70%)、0.02公斤β-葡聚糖(商品名:β-葡聚糖,纯度:99%)、0.05公斤苯扎溴铵(商品名:新洁尔灭,纯度:99%)、99.83公斤纯净水加入到反应釜(容量:500KG,无锡市溪河医药设备厂生产)中,在常温30℃、常压(1个大气压)下的条件下混合搅拌6小时,使混合物溶解均匀,搅拌机(型号:B30型,广东南海德丰电热设备厂生产)转速510转/分钟。
2、上述混合物充分搅拌后,静置老化49小时后,检测有效成分含量,有效成分含量应为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1%,β-葡聚糖0.02%,苯扎溴铵0.05%,如不合格,达不到有效成分含量,即废弃。检测有效成分含量合格后,灌入包装瓶。
3、称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体医用敷料,出厂。
本发明克服了常规方法的不足,通过协同的多功能作用,具有高效、安全、方便的特点。
经检测本发明产品去污力>90%,在5分钟内可有效杀灭肠道致病菌、化脓性球菌、致病性酵母菌;毒理学研究表明,急性经口毒性LD50值>5000mg/kg,无亚急性毒性,达到实际无毒级,不挥发,稳定性好,有效期长达两年,对人体安全,无毒,无害,可降解,使用简便,不燃不爆,运输贮存安全方便,对皮肤无刺激,实际使用成本低,不会造成二次毒害。
实施例二:
本发明一种体表创伤止血液体医用敷料的生产方法,采用以下工艺步骤:
1、将0.3公斤脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(商品名:AES,纯度:70%)、0.1公斤β-葡聚糖(商品名:β-葡聚糖,纯度:99%)、0.5公斤苯扎溴铵(商品名:新洁尔灭,纯度:99%)、99.1公斤纯净水加入到反应釜(容量:500KG,无锡市溪河医药设备厂生产)中,在常温30℃、常压(1个大气压)下的条件下混合搅拌6小时,使混合物溶解均匀,搅拌机(型号:B30型,广东南海德丰电热设备厂生产)转速510转/分钟。
2、上述混合物充分搅拌后,静置老化49小时后,检测有效成分含量,有效成分含量应为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.3%,β-葡聚糖0.1%,苯扎溴铵0.5%,如不合格,达不到有效成分含量,即废弃。检测有效成分含量合格后,灌入包装瓶。
3、称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体医用敷料,出厂。
实施例三:
本发明一种体表创伤止血液体敷料的生产方法,采用以下工艺步骤:
1、将0.5公斤脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(商品名:AES,纯度:70%)、0.2公斤β-葡聚糖(商品名:β-葡聚糖,纯度:99%)、1公斤苯扎溴铵(商品名:新洁尔灭,纯度:99%)、98.3公斤纯净水加入到反应釜(容量:500KG,无锡市溪河医药设备厂生产)中,在常温30℃、常压(1个大气压)下的条件下混合搅拌6小时,使混合物溶解均匀,搅拌机(型号:B30型,广东南海德丰电热设备厂生产)转速510转/分钟。
2、上述混合物充分搅拌后,静置老化49小时后,检测有效成分含量,有效成分含量应为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.5%,β-葡聚糖0.2%,苯扎溴铵1%,如不合格,达不到有效成分含量,即废弃。检测有效成分含量合格后,灌入包装瓶。
3、称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体医用敷料,出厂。

1.一种体表创伤止血液体敷料,其组份配比按重量份数计:
取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:0.1-0.5份、β-葡聚糖:0.02-0.2份、苯扎溴铵:0.05-1份、纯净水:98.3-99.83份;
先将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、苯扎溴铵分别加入到反应釜中,再加入β-葡聚糖和纯净水,经搅拌、静置老化,检测灌入包装瓶中,称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体敷料。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种体表创伤止血液体敷料的生产方法,其特征是采用以下工艺步骤:
其组份配比按重量份数计;
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-0.5份、β-葡聚糖0.02-0.2份、苯扎溴铵0.05-1份、纯净水98.3-99.83份分别加入到反应釜中,在常温(20-30℃)常压(1个大气压)下搅拌4-6小时,使混合物溶解均匀,搅拌机转速500-510转/分钟;
上述混合物充分搅拌后,静置老化47-49小时后,检测有效成分含量合格后,灌入包装瓶,称重密封,检测合格后为成品体表创伤止血液体敷料。
