An inclination measuring device for an inclined hole of a cylinder cover comprises a light sensing plate and a parallel light source, wherein the light sensing plate is fixed in the horizontal direction, the parallel light source is positioned above the light sensing plate, a cover conveying mechanism is positioned between the light sensing plate and the parallel light source, the cover conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt and a driving wheel, the cylinder cover is arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, and the driving wheel drives the conveying belt to move and is connected with an intermittent movement mechanism; the device using method comprises the following steps: adjusting the angle of the parallel light source to be consistent with the inclination of the required inclined hole of the cylinder cover; arranging the cylinder heads on the conveying belt at equal intervals; the conveying belt drives the cylinder cover to move and stops when being aligned with the parallel light source; presenting an ellipse on the light-sensing plate, measuring and recording the major axis length of the ellipse; calculating and analyzing whether the inclination of the corresponding cylinder cover inclined hole meets the requirement or not; the inclination of the inclined hole of the cylinder cover is measured by utilizing the principle of parallel light source imaging, the precision is high, the cylinder cover is driven by the conveying belt to move, online detection is realized, and the detection efficiency is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for measuring the inclination of an inclined hole of a cylinder cover.
Background
The cylinder cover belongs to a gas distribution mechanism in an internal combustion engine structure, is used for sealing the upper part of a cylinder, forms a gas chamber with the cylinder and a piston in an enclosing mode, sucks air into the cylinder to form combustible mixed gas during an air inlet stroke of the internal combustion engine and discharges waste gas of the combustion chamber during an exhaust stroke, and for a gasoline engine, a mounting hole for fixedly mounting a spark plug is further formed in the cylinder cover of the gasoline engine.

The inclination of the inclined hole of the cylinder cover is measured by utilizing the principle of parallel light source imaging, the measurement precision is high, the cylinder cover is driven by the conveying belt to move, online detection is realized, and the detection efficiency is high.
In particular, for the convenience of understanding, the principle of the method for using the device is described with reference to the accompanying drawings;
as shown in fig. 1, the cylinder head stops while being intermittently transported on the conveyor belt and aligned with the collimated light source, which forms an image on the photosensitive web through the inclined hole, as shown in the enlarged view of fig. 2.
