1) assembling a screw rod on the conical sealing element, so that the screw rod is connected to the center of the conical sealing element;

8) the second connecting pipe is rotated, so that the rotating screw drives the threaded locking rod to rotate, and the threaded locking rod is driven to feed from the lock hole to the bottom of the through hole, when the threaded locking rod feeds, the whole lock disc can be driven to feed to the bottom of the mounting groove, the screw rod is driven to feed towards the first connecting pipe, the conical sealing element is pushed to contract towards the inside of the first connecting pipe, and a water outlet gap is formed, so that water can flow into the second connecting pipe from the water outlet gap;
9) and screwing down the positioning screw positioned on the side part of the mounting groove to lock the position of the lock disc.
As a modification of the invention, in step 5), a columnar spring support is formed in advance at the bottom of the through hole, and when the spring is installed, the spring is placed into the through hole in alignment with the spring support, so that the spring is sleeved on the spring support, and the spring is a hard spring.

As an improvement of the invention, a positioning hole is arranged on the groove wall of the mounting groove, the positioning hole is arranged along the radial direction of the mounting groove, a positioning screw penetrates through the positioning hole, and when the lock disc is fed to the right position in the direction of the first connecting pipe, the end part of the positioning screw can be abutted against the side wall of the lock disc by screwing the positioning screw, so that the lock disc is prevented from loosening.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the pipe joint is omitted, the two pipe fittings can be directly connected, and even in the water flowing process, the first connecting pipe is sealed by the baffle plate matched with the conical sealing element, and the water outlet gap can be formed only by rotating the second connecting pipe to drive the screw rod to feed to a certain degree, so that the pipe replacement operation can be performed under the condition of water flowing.

3) pulling the screw rod by using a tool from the water outlet end of the first connecting pipe, and then pulling the screw rod by force to drag the conical sealing element from the water inlet end of the first connecting pipe to the water outlet end;
4) assembling the baffle plate to the water outlet end, pulling the screw rod until the sealing surface of the conical sealing element is tightly attached to the water outlet of the baffle plate, and sealing the water outlet by the conical sealing element at the moment;
5) placing the spring into the through hole at the bottom of the mounting groove;
6) the threaded lock rod is placed into the lock hole, the head of the threaded lock rod can penetrate through the lock hole to extend outwards, then the lock disc is sleeved on the screw rod, then the lock disc is placed into the mounting groove, the groove wall of the mounting groove is attached to the outer portion of the lock disc, the lock holes in the lock disc are aligned with the through holes in the bottom of the mounting groove one by rotating the lock disc, and the head of the threaded lock rod extends into the through holes to be in contact with the springs;
7) placing the second connecting pipe into the clamping groove from the side surface of the clamping groove, and enabling a rotating screw on the second connecting pipe to extend into the lock hole and to be in contact with the tail part of the threaded lock rod;
8) the second connecting pipe is rotated, so that the rotating screw drives the threaded locking rod to rotate, and the threaded locking rod is driven to feed from the lock hole to the bottom of the through hole, when the threaded locking rod feeds, the whole lock disc can be driven to feed to the bottom of the mounting groove, the screw rod is driven to feed towards the first connecting pipe, the conical sealing element is pushed to contract towards the inside of the first connecting pipe, and a water outlet gap is formed, so that water can flow into the second connecting pipe from the water outlet gap;
9) and screwing down the positioning screw positioned on the side part of the mounting groove to lock the position of the lock disc.
In step 5) of the method, a cylindrical spring support is formed at the bottom of the through hole in advance, and when the spring is installed, the spring is placed into the through hole by aligning the spring support, so that the spring is sleeved on the spring support, and the spring is a hard spring.
In the step 6), an internal thread is carved on the inner wall of the lock hole in advance, an external thread is carved on the threaded lock rod, the threaded lock rod is placed in the lock hole, the part of the head of the threaded lock rod, which is not carved with the internal thread, can extend towards the direction of the through hole through the part of the lock hole, which is carved with the internal thread, until the internal thread is contacted with the external thread, and at the moment, the linear feeding of the threaded lock rod in a non-rotating state is prevented by the meshing relationship between the internal thread and the external thread.
In step 8), the screw rod is composed of a sealing end and a rotating end, the diameter of the rotating end is smaller than that of the sealing end, the diameter of the sealing end is equal to the inner diameter of the water outlet, when the screw rod is fed to the first connecting pipe, the conical sealing element releases the sealing of the water outlet at the initial distance, but the sealing end seals the water outlet because the diameter of the sealing end is equal to the inner diameter of the water outlet, and then when the rotating end of the screw rod is fed to the position of the water outlet, a water outlet gap is formed between the rotating end and the water outlet because the diameter of the rotating end is smaller than that of the water outlet.
