A method for installing a fire-fighting pipe fitting is characterized by comprising the following steps: the pipe orifice sleeve comprises two pipelines (1) and a connecting pipe (5), wherein pipe orifice sleeve members (2) are fixedly sleeved on the peripheral surfaces of the ends, close to each other, of the two pipelines (1), the peripheral surfaces of the connecting pipes (5) are sleeved with the two pipe orifice sleeve members (2), and two ends of the connecting pipe (5) are respectively communicated with the two pipelines (1); an annular bulge (52) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting pipe (5), first rubber rings (54) are arranged on two end faces of the annular bulge (52), a plurality of groups of fastening pieces (4) which drive the two pipe orifice sleeve pieces (2) to be close to each other and respectively abut against the adjacent first rubber rings (54) are arranged between the two pipe orifice sleeve pieces (2), and the fastening pieces (4) are circumferentially distributed on the peripheral side of the pipeline (1);
the outer peripheral surfaces of the two pipe orifice sleeve pieces (2) are provided with a plurality of counter bores (21) distributed in the circumferential direction, self-tapping screws (22) with threads penetrating through the bottom walls of the counter bores (21) are arranged in the counter bores (21), and the threads of the self-tapping screws (22) penetrate into the outer peripheral surface of the pipeline (1);
each nozzle sleeve (2) is provided with a plurality of through holes (23) distributed in the circumferential direction in a penetrating manner along the direction parallel to the axis of the nozzle sleeve (2), the through holes (23) of the two nozzle sleeves (2) are opposite to each other, each fastener (4) comprises a bolt (41) arranged in the through holes (23) opposite to each other in a penetrating manner and a nut (42) in threaded connection with the end part of the bolt (41), and the bolt (41) penetrates through the side walls of the counter bores (21) of the two nozzle sleeves (2) and abuts against the upper end of the self-tapping screw (22);
the outer peripheral surface of one end of the connecting pipe (5) is provided with an external thread, and the inner side wall of one of the pipe orifice sleeve pieces (2) is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread;
an accommodating groove (24) is formed in the inner side wall of each through hole (23) of one of the pipe orifice sleeve members (2) towards the direction of the connecting pipe (5), a wedge block (6) is connected to the accommodating groove (24) in a sliding mode, an elastic piece (7) for driving the tip end of the wedge block (6) to extend out of the accommodating groove (24) is arranged on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove (24), and the inclined surface of the wedge block (6) is opened towards the through hole (23);
one side, facing the bottom wall of the accommodating groove (24), of the wedge-shaped block (6) is provided with an inserting rod (61) penetrating through the bottom wall of the accommodating groove (24), the outer peripheral surface of one end, far away from the external thread, of the connecting pipe (5) is provided with a plurality of clamping holes (53) which are circumferentially distributed and used for the inserting rod (61) to be inserted, and when the pipe orifice sleeve (2) abuts against the adjacent first rubber ring (54) and the bolt (41) is inserted into the through hole (23), the inserting rod (61) is inserted into the clamping holes (53);
two ends of the connecting pipe (5) are respectively provided with a second rubber ring (51), and the outer side wall of each second rubber ring (51) is in sealing butt joint with the inner side wall of the pipeline (1);
a plurality of U-shaped limiting parts (3) are arranged between the two pipe orifice sleeve parts (2), and when two inner side walls, which are opposite to each other, of the U-shaped limiting parts (3) are respectively abutted against one side, which is away from each other, of the pipe orifice sleeve parts (2), the axis of the inserted rod (61) is overlapped with the axis of the clamping hole (53);
further comprising the steps of:
a. installing a pipe orifice sleeve: sleeving the two pipe orifice external members (2) at the pipe orifices of the two pipelines (1) respectively, putting self-tapping screws (22) into the counter bores (21), and locking the pipe orifice external members (2) and the pipelines (1) in a threaded manner;
b. installing a connecting pipe: connecting one end of the connecting pipe (5) with an external thread with the pipe orifice sleeve (2) with an internal thread in a threaded manner until a second rubber ring (51) at the end part of the connecting pipe (5) extends into the pipeline (1);
c. installing a fastener: inserting one of the bolts (41) into a through hole (23) of the nozzle assembly (2) with the internal thread;
d. connecting two pipes and a connecting pipe: sleeving the other pipe orifice sleeve (2) with an inserted rod (61) arranged inside at one end, far away from the external thread, of the connecting pipe (5), inserting the through hole (23) in the pipe orifice sleeve (2) into the end part of the bolt (41), and then pushing the pipe orifice sleeve (2) towards the annular bulge (52) until the pipe orifice sleeve (2) is abutted against the first rubber ring (54);
e. installing a U-shaped limiting part: two inner side walls, which are opposite to each other, of each U-shaped limiting part (3) are abutted against one side, which is opposite to each other, of the pipe orifice sleeve (2), the U-shaped limiting parts (3) force the pipe orifice sleeve (2) to abut against the first rubber ring (54) towards the direction of the annular bulge (52), and the insertion rods (61) are driven to align to the corresponding clamping holes (53);
f. locking a fastener: the bolt (41) is pushed in the direction of the wedge-shaped block (6), the end part of the bolt (41) is driven to extrude the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block (6) outside the accommodating groove (24), the wedge-shaped block (6) is simultaneously forced to be extruded into the accommodating groove (24), the wedge-shaped block (6) is pressed down to drive the inserting rod (61) to move towards the direction of the clamping hole (53), the inserting rod (61) and the clamping hole (53) are fixedly inserted, then other bolts (41) are inserted into the corresponding through holes (23), the nut (42) and the bolt (41) are connected through threads extending out of the through hole (23), the nut (42) is simultaneously screwed, and finally each U-shaped limiting part (3) is taken down.
