本发明公开了一种内牙型燃气用球阀,一种铜球阀,包括阀体、进气口、出气口、阀球、与阀球连接的阀杆以及带动阀杆转动的手柄等设备组成;阀球位于阀体内并与阀体相配合,阀杆穿入阀体的上通道并与阀球相连,手柄与阀杆相连;阀体进气口设置有内牙,阀体出气口外设置有内螺纹,密封球阀两端,使用安全,价格合理,安装方便,适用于天然气、人工燃气、液化石油气、水路的开关控制等功能。

一种阀体出气口外设置有内牙,进气口设置有内螺纹的内牙型铜球阀,安全可靠,适用于天然气、人工燃气、液化石油气、水路的开关控制等功能。
背景技术
绿色节能环保的发展理念正慢慢的在改变着人们的生活方式,作为清洁、高效和价格便宜的天然气能源成为大家的首选;天然气的使用离不开相关的燃气设备,来保证天燃气的安全使用;燃气阀是一种新型的燃气管道工程的安全配套装置,用于截断、接通和调节管路中的气体,具有良好的控制特性和关闭密封性能,适用于城市煤气、液化石油气和天然气多种燃气介质管路上。
在生活中使用燃气时可能存在燃气泄露的情况,非常危险,但现有的燃气用阀门不能实现快速关闭将燃气隔断,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了达到上述方案的效果,本发明提供一种解决或部分解决上述问题的一种内牙型燃气用铜球阀设计方法:
步骤一:阀体的的设计
所述阀体包括阀体进气口和阀体出气口;所述阀体进气口有内牙型设计,与进气管道配合使用,内牙外径为D;所述阀体出气口外表面采用正六边形设计;所述阀体出气口与出气管道之间的连接装置有内丝螺母,与出气管道密封连接;所述阀体孔径为DN,与进气设备配合使用,且D>DN;
步骤二:阀腔室的设计
所述阀体的内腔壁与阀球外表面之间为阀腔室所述阀腔室的间隙大小为0.5mm~1mm,间隙内为石墨密封环,石墨密封环包括两个石墨环瓣和两个橡胶环石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣依次间隔连接构成环形结构,石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣之间通过粘结剂连接;
步骤三:阀杆和手柄的设计
所述阀杆穿入阀体的上通道并与阀球相连;所述阀杆与阀体的上通道内壁之间为间隙配合,间隙大小为0.5mm~1mm,间隙内填满密封脂,并用压紧阀杆螺丝压紧;所述阀杆与手柄相连,在连接处,所述包括阀杆为方形设计,所述手柄有方形孔,二者配合使用;所述手柄的另一端用软质塑料包括,做防滑处理;在所述阀杆的顶部,所述手柄的头部设计有压紧阀柄螺丝,用于紧固阀杆和阀柄的连接,使它们动作一致;在阀体的上通道外壁设计有开限位卡位柱和关限位卡位柱;
步骤四:环境测试
对所述出气口有内牙型的铜球阀环境测试以便模拟其泄露控制,对所述泄露控制是指按照一指标,确定阀门开度大小、来气压力及泄露压力,是球阀的基本要求;在进行环境测试中,所实验区域一般较小,因此所述环境测试中最重要的一步就是球阀来气压力与泄露量的转换;所述具体转换方法如下:
一般实验区域较小,假设球阀水平放置,来气压力泄漏量公式如下:
其中,K代表比例系数,为正实数;DN为阀体球阀孔径,D内牙外径,D>DN;P为进气压力;角为球阀开度,范围为0~90°,为角正切值,为角的正玄值,角为0°时,,即阀门关闭,正切值正无穷小,正玄值正无穷小;为90°时,正切值等于1,正玄值等于1;由此可以判断,为0°时即阀门关闭,比例系数K为最大值,当有来气压力P时,泄漏量最大,为90°时即阀门全开,比例系数K为最小值,泄漏量最小。

实施例1:一种内牙型燃气用铜球阀设计方法的具体成果为:
(1)设计了一种通过在阀体阀体出气口有内牙型设计,与出气软管配合使用实现了密封功能;
(2)采用了阀体的内腔壁与阀球外表面之间为间隙配合,石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣依次间隔连接构成环形结构,石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣之间通过粘结剂连接实现了阀球的密封;
(3)采用了阀杆与阀体的上通道内壁之间为间隙配合,间隙内填满密封脂,并用压紧阀杆螺丝压紧,起到对阀杆密封作用;
(4)通过阀体出气口压力泄漏量转换公式的给出,提出了一种对于所设计的产品的模拟与测试。

1.一种内牙型燃气用铜球阀,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
步骤一:阀体(1)的的设计
所述阀体(1)包括阀体进气口(2)和阀体出气口(3);所述阀体进气口(2)有内牙型设计,与进气管道配合使用,内牙外径为D;所述阀体出气口(3)外表面采用正六边形设计;所述阀体出气口(3)与出气管道之间的连接装置有内丝螺母,与出气管道密封连接;所述阀体(1)孔径为DN,与进气设备配合使用,且D>DN;
步骤二:阀腔室(7)的设计
所述阀体(1)的内腔壁与阀球(4)外表面之间为阀腔室(7);所述阀腔室(7)的间隙大小为0.5mm~1mm,间隙内为石墨密封环,石墨密封环包括两个石墨环瓣和两个橡胶环石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣依次间隔连接构成环形结构,石墨环瓣和橡胶环瓣之间通过粘结剂连接;
步骤三:阀杆(5)和手柄(6)的设计
所述阀杆(5)穿入阀体(1)的上通道并与阀球(4)相连;所述阀杆(5)与阀体(1)的上通道内壁之间为间隙配合,间隙大小为0.5mm~1mm,间隙内填满密封脂,并用压紧阀杆螺丝压紧;所述阀杆(5)与手柄(6)相连,在连接处,所述包括阀杆(5)为方形设计,所述手柄(6)有方形孔,二者配合使用;所述手柄(6)的另一端用软质塑料包括,做防滑处理;在所述阀杆(5)的顶部,所述手柄(6)的头部设计有压紧阀柄螺丝,用于紧固阀杆和阀柄的连接,使它们动作一致;在阀体的上通道外壁设计有开限位卡位柱和关限位卡位柱;
