Example 12
In this example, amber particles of 5 to 20 meshes and amber stone particles of 1 to 10g were bonded to the amber mineral color adhesion layer obtained in example 1 to obtain an amber painting.
Comparative example 1
According to the comparative example, a piece of white cloth is used as a picture base, and amber particles with the size of 5-20 meshes and amber raw stone particles with the size of 1-10 g meshes are directly bonded to prepare the amber picture.
Test examples
The amber pictures obtained in the examples and comparative examples were visually observed, and the effects are shown in Table 1

As can be seen from the examples 1-12 in the table, the mineral color adhesion layer can display better color effect and color layer difference of the picture, and has better expressive force.
Compared with the examples 1 and 2, the amber painting with the mineral and amber particle integrated layer has transition, and the layering sense and the color expression are stronger.
As can be seen by comparing the example 1 with the example 3, when the particle size difference of the first colored mineral is smaller between 60-80 meshes, the first colored mineral is matched with the mineral and amber particle integrated layer, and the layering is stronger visually.
Compared with the example 1 and the example 4, the size of the second colored mineral particles is very critical, the second colored mineral particles vary in a small range, the second colored mineral particles are more visually layered when being matched with the mineral and amber particle integrated layer, and the picture is finer.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and example 5, the application of the second colored mineral particles is very critical, and the application of the second colored mineral particles to fill the mineral coloring layer can achieve better coloring effect and better color distribution.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and example 6, the same layering and color enrichment effects can be achieved by replacing malachite with cinnabar.
As can be seen by comparing example 1 with example 7, there is no difference in visual effect between the different binders.
Compared with the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 8, the size of the first amber particle is very critical, and the difference of the sizes of the amber particles laid in the same step is small, so that the amber particles can be better connected and matched with other layers, and the better color layer and picture visual layering can be realized.
Compared with the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 9, the laying of the second amber particles is a more critical step, the amber particles with smaller difference can better show the color layer, the detail processing is finer, and the picture is more delicate.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 and example 10, the third coloured mineral, although being an auxiliary effect, should be made more uniform in size to achieve a better visual effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with example 11, the choice of binder has little effect on the visual effect.
Compared with the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 1, when the amber painting is manufactured, the mineral color adhesion layer is laid on the painting base, so that better contrast can be formed, the color of the amber painting is enriched, amber and colored mineral particles are mutually reflected, the expressive force and the expressive effect of the amber painting can be enhanced, the amber painting is suitable for expressing more themes and styles, and a better artistic effect is achieved.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it would be obvious that various other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is therefore intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications that are within the scope of this invention.

Claims (25)

1. The preparation method of the amber painting mineral color adhesion layer is characterized in that the amber painting mineral color adhesion layer is positioned between a painting base and an amber layer, and comprises the following steps: a mineral coloring layer;
the mineral coloring layer is a layered structure obtained by bonding colored mineral particles on the picture base by using a bonding agent;
the amber painting mineral color adhesion layer also comprises a mineral and amber particle integration layer; the mineral and amber particle integrated layer is a layered structure obtained by bonding colored mineral particles and amber particles to a mineral colored layer by using a binder;
the mineral and amber particle integration layer comprises a first amber particle, a second amber particle and a third colored mineral particle;
the preparation method of the amber painting mineral color adhesive layer comprises the following steps:
(a) adhering the first colored mineral particles to the picture base with a binder; binding the second colored mineral particles in the interstices of the first colored mineral particles; reinforcing with binder to form a mineral coloring layer;
(b) bonding the first amber particles to the mineral coloring layer, bonding a portion of the third colored mineral particles in the interstices of the first amber particles, bonding the second amber particles, and then bonding the remaining third colored mineral particles; and (4) reinforcing by using a binder to form an integrated layer of minerals and amber particles, and finally forming an amber painting mineral color adhesion layer.
2. The method of making an amber painted mineral color attachment layer as defined in claim 1 wherein said mineral color layer includes first colored mineral particles and second colored mineral particles; the first colored mineral particles have voids between them, and the second colored mineral particles are filled in the voids.
3. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the first colored mineral particles have a size of 30 to 120 mesh.
4. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the first colored mineral particles have a size of 40 to 100 mesh.
5. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the first colored mineral particles have a size of 60 to 80 mesh.
6. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the size of the second colored mineral particles is 40-140 mesh.
7. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the size of the second colored mineral particles is 60 to 120 mesh.
8. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 2, wherein the size of the second colored mineral particles is 80 to 100 mesh.
9. The method for preparing the amber painting mineral color adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the dosage of the colored mineral particles to the amber particles in the mineral and amber particle integrated layer is (1-100): (1-100).
10. The method for preparing the amber painting mineral color adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the dosage of the colored mineral particles to the amber particles in the mineral and amber particle integrated layer is (1-80): (1-20).
11. The method for preparing the amber painting mineral color adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the dosage of the colored mineral particles to the amber particles in the mineral and amber particle integrated layer is (1-80): (1-10).
12. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said first amber particles have a size of 20 to 70 mesh.
13. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said first amber particles are of a size of 25 to 65 mesh.
14. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said first amber particles have a size of 30 to 60 mesh.
15. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said second amber particles have a size of 40 to 100 mesh.
16. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said second amber particles have a size of 50 to 90 mesh.
17. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein said second amber particles have a size of 60 to 80 mesh.
18. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein the size of the third colored mineral particles is 20-100 mesh.
19. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein the size of the third colored mineral particles is 30 to 80 mesh.
20. The method for preparing an amber mineral color adhesion layer according to claim 1, wherein the size of the third colored mineral particles is 40-60 mesh.
21. The method for preparing an amber mineral color deposit according to any one of claims 1 to 20 wherein said colored mineral particles comprise one or more of chrysolite, malachite, cinnabar or chrysolite.
22. The method of making an amber painted mineral color attachment layer as defined in any one of claims 1 to 20 including the steps of:
and (3) bonding the colored mineral particles to the picture base to obtain a mineral colored layer.
23. The method of making an amber mineral color adhesion layer as defined in claim 22 comprising the steps of:
and (3) bonding the colored mineral particles and the amber particles to the colored mineral layer to obtain the integrated mineral and amber particle layer.
24. The method of claim 1, wherein the binder is an aqueous binder.
25. Amber painting comprising a mineral color deposit made by the method of making an amber painting mineral color deposit according to any one of claims 1 to 24.
