本发明涉及一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：A相组份：水加至100％；甘油1～10％；海藻糖1～5％；尿囊素0.05～0.5％；EDTA‑二钠0.01～1.0％；丁二醇1～10％；B相组份：β‑葡聚糖0.5～5％；北美金缕梅提取物1～5％；愈创木薁磺酸钠0.5～5％；燕麦仁提取物0.1～1％；薰衣草提取物0.1～1％；C相组份：辛酰羟肟酸0.1～1.0％；1，2‑己二醇0.1～0.5％；1，2‑戊醇0.1～0.5％；其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％，还公开了其制备方法。本发明的优点在于：对敏感肌炎症肌具有非常好的效用，皮肤红肿现象消失，皮肤光泽有弹性，皮肤红肿现象减退，无刺痛感；制备方法工艺简单，生产周期短，可适用于批量生产。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，特别是一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方及制备工艺。
背景技术
敏感性皮肤是一种问题性皮肤，任何肤质中都可能有敏感性肌肤。就如同各种肤质都可能有老化肤质，痘痘肤质等。众所周知，敏感肌肤的病理改变是角质层变薄，皮下毛细血管扩张后淤血后所呈现在面部的红色网状。
敏感肌肤一般有以下的皮肤特征:
1、看上去皮肤较薄，容易过敏，脸上的红血丝明显(扩张的毛细血管)；
2、皮肤容易泛红，一般温度变化，过冷或过热，皮肤都容易泛红、发热；
3、容易受坏境因素、季节变化及面部保养品刺激，通常归咎于遗传因素，但更多的是由于使用了激素类的化妆品导致成为敏感肌肤，并可能伴有全身的皮肤敏感。
敏感肌肤大致分为以下几种类型：
A.干燥性敏感肌肤
无论什么季节，肌肤总是干巴巴且粗糙不平，而且当搽上化妆水就会感到些微刺痛、发痒，有时会红肿，有这几种症状的女士们就是属于干燥性敏感肌肤。肌肤太过于干燥，就会导致自身抵抗力下降，进而出现肌肤的敏感的现象。
B.油性敏感肌肤
脸上易冒出痘痘和小颗粒，会红肿、发炎，就连脸颊等易干燥部位也会长痘痘，专家称有这些症状的人应属于油性敏感肌肤。敏感原因为过剩附着多余的皮脂及水分补充不足就会引起肌肤自身抵抗力下降，肌肤敏感就产生了。
C.压力性敏感肌肤
女性肌肤敏感有的是因为季节交替或生理期前吗？化妆保养品使用就会变得不适，只要睡眠不足或压力大，肌肤就会变得干巴巴，有这几种症状的人你就应该属于压力性敏感肌肤。原因在于各种外来刺激或荷尔蒙失调所引起的内分泌紊乱。
D.永久性敏感肌肤
如同过敏性皮肤炎或阳光、香料、色素等异常敏感来源。特定的刺激物(过敏源)引起过敏反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方及制备工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.1～1.0％；
1，2-己二醇 0.1～0.5％；
1，2-戊醇 0.1～0.5％；
其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％。
优选地，一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.5％；
1，2-己二醇 0.2％；
1，2-戊醇 0.2％。
利用所述的一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到80～90℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温18～22min，降温。
(2)、降温至64～66℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全。
(3)、降温至43～47℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温20～30min，即可得到产品。
进一步地，搅拌时，搅拌速度为20～30rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为2～3min。
进一步地，降温过程中，降温速度为2～5℃/min。
进一步地，步骤(2)中，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全后，保温10～15min。
本发明具有以下优点：
1、薁磺酸钠具有极为优异的抗炎、抗过敏、组织修复(肉芽生长)的功效，是目前粘膜抗炎修复领域，唯一兼具靶向抗炎和组织再生双重功效的物质，其母体薁及其化合物是一种蓝色油状物，由于其不溶于水，只能在表皮组织起到药效，无法应用到体内和全身系统，大大限制了适用吸收率，极大的拓展了其在现代医药和日化等领域的应用。它具有极为优异的抗炎、抗过敏和组织修复功效，是目前粘膜抗炎修复领域唯一兼具抗炎和组织再生双重功效的物质。
2、本发明对敏感肌炎症肌具有非常好的效用，皮肤红肿现象消失，皮肤光泽有弹性，皮肤红肿现象减退，无刺痛感。
3、本发明的制备方法工艺简单，生产周期短，可适用于批量生产。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述，但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
【实施例1】
一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 1.0％；
1，2-己二醇 0.1％；
1，2-戊醇 0.5％；
其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％。
利用所述的一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到90℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温18min，降温。
(2)、降温至64℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温15min。
(3)、降温至43℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温30min，即可得到产品。
进一步地，搅拌时，搅拌速度为20rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为3min。
进一步地，降温过程中，降温速度为2℃/min。
【实施例2】
一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.5％；
1，2-己二醇 0.2％；
1，2-戊醇 0.2％。
利用所述的一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到85℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温20min，降温。
(2)、降温至65℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温12min。
(3)、降温至45℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温25min，即可得到产品。
进一步地，搅拌时，搅拌速度为25rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为2.5min。
进一步地，降温过程中，降温速度为3℃/min。
【实施例3】
一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.1％；
1，2-己二醇 0.5％；
1，2-戊醇 0.1％；
其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％。
利用所述的一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到80℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温22min，降温。
(2)、降温至66℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温10min。
(3)、降温至47℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温20min，即可得到产品。
进一步地，搅拌时，搅拌速度为30rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为2min。

【实施例4】
一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.7％；
1，2-己二醇 0.2％；
1，2-戊醇 0.4％；
其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％。
利用所述的一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到82℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温19min，降温。
(2)、降温至66℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温10min。
(3)、降温至44℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温22min，即可得到产品。
进一步地，搅拌时，搅拌速度为22rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为2min。
进一步地，降温过程中，降温速度为5℃/min。
对试验产品做一些性能指标测试，其测试如下：
1.外观：透明液体
2.pH:5.5-6.5
3.耐热稳定性考察(48℃×24h)：合格
4.耐寒稳定性考察(-15℃×24h)：合格
本发明产品性能评估试验如下：
一、皮肤刺激性试验：
选2.5～3kg健康家兔40只，每只兔子背部左右对称选20处剃毛2.5cm2，以自身对照试验法进行，每次喷0.5g本发明产品或空白基质，每天两次，左侧或右侧随机给药，观察并记录24h、72h后皮肤的反应现象。
结果表明：涂本发明产品24h、72h后未见皮肤发红、发疹、水疙等局部刺激反应，说明本发明产品是绝对安全，无任何不良反应的。
二、功效验证：
选120个志愿者，分为4个试验对照组，每组30个人，小组1用实施例1所得到的舒缓水，小组2用实施例2所得到的舒缓水，依次类推，产品作用于脸部，早晚各一次，连续使用一个月。
效果描述：
明显：皮肤红肿现象消失，皮肤光泽有弹性；
有改善：皮肤红肿现象减退，无刺痛感；
效果较差：皮肤无刺痛感，但皮肤红肿个别无变化。
结论：4组试验对照中，实施例2所得到的产品有效果占86.67％，有改善的占13.33％，实施例3所得到的产品有效果占83.33％，有改善的占16.67％，总共有效率为100％，全部受试者无一例出现不良反应，从试验结果上明显看出敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水解决敏感肌炎症肌具有非常好的效用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，其特征在于：由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.1～1.0％；
1，2-己二醇 0.1～0.5％；
1，2-戊醇 0.1～0.5％；
其中，A相组份、B相组份、C相组份的总和为100％。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方，其特征在于：由以下重量百分比组分组成：
A相组份：
B相组份：
C相组份：
辛酰羟肟酸 0.5％；
1，2-己二醇 0.2％；
1，2-戊醇 0.2％。
3.利用如权利要求1或2所述一种应用于敏感肌炎症肌的舒缓水配方制备舒缓水的工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)、将A相组份升温到80～90℃，搅拌溶解完全，保温18～22min，降温。
(2)、降温至64～66℃时，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全。
(3)、降温至43～47℃时，加入C相组份，并搅拌溶解完全，保温20～30min，即可得到产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的工艺，其特征在于：搅拌时，搅拌速度为20～30rpm，并采用正反交替且不间断的方式进行搅拌，正反交替的时间间隔为2～3min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的工艺，其特征在于：降温过程中，降温速度为2～5℃/min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的工艺，其特征在于：步骤(2)中，加入B相组份，并搅拌溶解完全后，保温10～15min。
