Description

Virtual rights and interests attribute marking method and system for real area
Technical Field

Background
In many systems for gaming and social applications Based on Location Based Services (LBS) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, applications interacting with the real world are included, and each area or object of the real world may have a virtual interest attribute different from the real attribute in the system. For example, in an AR game, a lawn area in the real world is marked as a private garden by a user in the system, the user can plant flowers in the garden in the game, and other users arrive at the lawn area (i.e., the garden) to see the flowers and plants planted by the user.
With the development of AR technology, the real world is identified in a datamation manner, so that there is an increasing demand for areas in the real world to have virtual interest attributes on virtual systems. However, in practice, it is found that, at present, the virtual interest attributes of the real area are already allocated by the developer at the time of creating the virtual system, and the user cannot customize the virtual interest attributes of the real area in the virtual system. The virtual rights and interests attribute marking mode reduces the flexibility of using the AR system by the user and influences the experience of using the AR system by the user.

With reference to the network topology shown in fig. 1, the following describes the technical solution of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for marking a virtual interest property of a real area according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the virtual equity attribute marking method for the real area includes the following steps:
201. and the terminal equipment sends a virtual rights and interests attribute marking request to the background server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the virtual interest attribute marking request is used to request a certain virtual interest attribute of a target real area to be marked, where the target real area is an area corresponding to a real geographic location, and the area may be composed of area reference point geographic location coordinate data and area boundary shape data. Alternatively, it may be composed of a set of geo-location coordinate point data and topology data between these coordinate points, with a virtual interest attribute of the target area being used to represent an ownership of the area.
The virtual interest attributes include, but are not limited to, the interests of regional virtual ownership, regional virtual usage rights, management rights of virtual objects in the region, virtual game mining rights, and the like.
For example, the target real-world area is a grassy area that is present in the real-world in a manner that the real geographic location of the grassy area is the geographic location coordinate of the grassy area in the real-world, such as a grassy area located in a river park in the Tianheyuan of Guangzhou city. The grassland area is registered in the system in advance, and the geographic position coordinate data and the area shape data of the grassland area are recorded. The virtual interest property of the grassland area comprises the interest of the virtual ownership of the grassland area, the virtual use right of the area, the management right of the virtual object in the area, the mining right of the virtual game and the like. The virtual equity attribute of the target real-world area may be the same as or different from the real equity attribute of the target real-world area, for example, if the virtual equity attribute is different from the real equity attribute, the real ownership of a grass area belongs to the government department, but the area virtual ownership of the grass area in the system may belong to user a.
The geographic position coordinates can have different numerical representation modes according to different coordinate systems. For example, in a rectangular plane coordinate system, the coordinate point values may be represented by X values and Y values; in the three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system (or the planar rectangular coordinate system + the elevation coordinate system), the values of coordinate points can be represented by X values, Y values and Z values; for another example, in the geodetic coordinate system, the coordinate point values may be expressed by latitude and longitude values of the geodetic coordinate system. The coordinate additional data refers to data necessary for accurately describing a coordinate position, such as elevation data and datum data, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto. In the embodiment of the application, the coordinate system can comprise a WGS-84 coordinate system,Beijing 54 coordinate system(BJZ54) Label,Sichuan 80 seatMarker system2000 national geodetic coordinate System (CGCS2000) GCJ-02 (mars coordinates, national bureau coordinates), hundredth coordinates (BD09), ED50 (European 1950 reference plane, European datean 1950), ED87 (European 1987 reference plane), american national plane coordinates (SPCS), coordinates obtained by electronic map position selection, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
When the user of the terminal equipment needs to mark the virtual ownership of the grassy area, a virtual interest property marking request can be sent to the background server through the terminal equipment, the request indicates that the area where the user applies for marking is the grassy area, and the interest to which the mark is requested belongs is the virtual ownership of the grassy area.
202. And the background server establishes a mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target reality area and a user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the virtual interest attribute marking request.
In the embodiment of the invention, a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area is marked, which means that a mapping relation is established between the certain virtual interest attribute and a user requesting for marking, and the virtual interest attribute is associated with the user requesting for marking. For example, after the user a establishes the mapping relationship with the virtual ownership of the grassy area, if the system or other users query the ownership of the virtual ownership of the grassy area, the query result is that the virtual ownership of the grassy area belongs to the user a, and the user a owns the rights and interests content corresponding to the virtual ownership of the grassy area in the system, such as the virtual property rights of the area protected by the system rules, the placement rights of AR virtual objects, the commission profit rights of virtual business behaviors in the area, and the like.
As an alternative embodiment, the manner in which the background server performs step 202 may include:
the background server sends a payment notice to the terminal equipment after receiving a virtual interest attribute marking request sent by the terminal equipment, and establishes a mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target reality area and a user to which the terminal equipment belongs when detecting that the terminal equipment completes payment according to the payment notice.
Or after the background server establishes the mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area and the user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the virtual interest attribute marking request, judging whether the terminal equipment pays the cost required for marking the virtual interest attribute within an appointed time limit, if so, maintaining the mapping relation between the virtual interest attribute and the user to which the terminal equipment belongs by the background server, and if not, removing the mapping relation between the virtual interest attribute and the user to which the terminal equipment belongs by the background server.
The fee paid above may be legal currency, virtual currency, cryptocurrency, or the like, or may be points, consumption volumes, or the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
As an optional implementation manner, after the background server executes step 202 to establish a mapping relationship between a certain virtual rights and interests attribute and a user to which the terminal device belongs, a notification message indicating that the marking is successful may be sent to the terminal device. In addition, the background server can also record the existence time of the mapping relation, and if the existence time exceeds the appointed valid period, the background server removes the mapping relation between the virtual interest property and the user to which the terminal device belongs. That is, the virtual equity attribute of the user token is valid only for the validity period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal device executes step 201, the virtual right attribute marking request may be generated first, and specifically, the terminal device may generate the virtual right attribute marking request in any one of a purchase manner, an auction manner, and a transfer manner.
As an alternative implementation, the step of generating the virtual rights attribute marking request by the terminal device through a purchase manner is as follows:
the terminal device sends a purchase request aiming at a certain virtual interest property (such as regional virtual ownership) of the target real region to the background server, the background server sends a purchase success notification to the terminal device after judging that the terminal device has completed payment of the purchase request, and the terminal device generates a virtual interest property marking request when receiving the purchase success notification. By implementing the above embodiment, only when the user to which the terminal device belongs successfully purchases, the terminal device can generate the virtual right attribute marking request.
Or the virtual interest attribute mark request generated by the terminal equipment comprises a payment request for directly purchasing the virtual interest attribute;
correspondingly, after receiving the virtual interest attribute marking request containing the payment request, the background server judges whether the terminal equipment completes the payment of the payment request, and if so, the background server establishes a mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute and a user to which the terminal equipment belongs.
It should be noted that, when the terminal device generates the virtual right attribute marking request in a purchasing manner, the user to which the terminal device belongs is a buyer in a purchasing process, and a seller in the purchasing process may be a system or another user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
As another optional implementation manner, the step of generating the virtual right attribute marking request by the terminal device in an auction manner is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a plurality of users (at least two users) send bidding requests to a background server through terminal equipment to start bidding, after bidding is finished, the background server judges one or more users who successfully bid the auction from the plurality of users who send the bidding requests according to bidding auction rules, and sends auction success notifications to the terminal equipment of the one or more users who successfully bid the auction; and when receiving the auction success notification, the terminal equipment generates a virtual interest property marking request. By implementing the above-described embodiment, only when the user to which the terminal device belongs succeeds in the bid auction, the terminal device can generate the virtual interest attribute flag request.
Or the virtual interest attribute marking request generated by the terminal equipment comprises an auction request for bidding and purchasing the virtual interest attribute;
correspondingly, after receiving the virtual interest attribute marking request comprising the auction request, the background server judges the terminal equipment which is successfully auctioned and the user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the auction bidding rule, and establishes the mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target reality area and the user to which the terminal equipment which is successfully auctioned belongs;
it should be noted that the bidding auction rule may include various manners such as successful auction by the highest bidder, successful auction by the lowest bidder, successful auction by the bid equal to a preset value, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
As another alternative implementation, the step of generating, by the terminal device, the virtual right attribute tag request by means of transfer is as follows:
the user A with a certain virtual rights and interests attribute of the target reality area triggers transfer operation through terminal equipment: the terminal equipment generates a virtual rights attribute marking request comprising a transfer target (the certain virtual rights attribute) and a transfer object (user B);
correspondingly, after receiving the virtual right attribute marking request generated in the transferring manner, the background server releases the mapping relationship between a certain virtual right attribute and the user A, and establishes the mapping relationship between the virtual right attribute and the user B.
In addition, another way for the terminal device to execute step 201 to send the virtual right attribute marking request to the backend server may specifically be:
and the terminal equipment generates a system allocation request, and sends the system allocation request to the background server as a virtual interest attribute marking request. Particularly, if the virtual interest attribute marking request is a system allocation request, a user to which the terminal device belongs cannot select a target reality area to be marked and/or a virtual interest attribute in the target reality area through the terminal device, and the target reality area indicated by the virtual attribute marking request and/or the virtual interest attribute to be marked are/is automatically generated by the terminal device.
In the method described in fig. 1, the terminal device may select a target real area to be marked and/or a virtual interest attribute to be marked in a certain area by itself, so that the virtual interest attribute of the real area may be marked by self-definition, and the flexibility of using the AR system by the user may be improved. Further, in the method described in fig. 1, the terminal device may generate a virtual right attribute tag request through a purchase, auction, transfer, or the like, or may send the system allocation request to the backend server as the virtual right attribute tag request, so as to apply for system allocation to the backend server. Therefore, in the method described in fig. 1, through interaction between the terminal device and the background server, the user may also trade and transfer the virtual rights and interests attribute, which further improves the flexibility of the user in using the AR system.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a method for marking a virtual interest property of a real area according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the virtual equity attribute marking method for the real area includes the following steps:
301. and the terminal equipment sends a virtual rights and interests attribute marking request to the background server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the virtual right attribute marking request is used to request a certain virtual right attribute of a target real area to be marked, where the target real area is an area corresponding to a real geographic location, and the certain virtual right attribute of the target area is used to represent a right to which the area belongs.
302. The background server judges whether the user to which the terminal device belongs is allowed to mark a certain virtual right attribute on the target reality area, if so, step 303 is executed, and if not, the process is ended.
303. And the background server establishes a mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area and a user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the virtual interest attribute marking request.
Referring to fig. 4, as an alternative implementation manner, the manner of the background server executing step 302 to determine whether to allow the user to which the terminal device belongs to mark a certain virtual right attribute on the target real area may be:
3021. the background server judges whether a certain virtual interest property of the target reality area indicated by the virtual interest property marking request is marked by the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, if so, the step 3024 is directly executed, and if not, the step 3022 is executed.
3022. The background server identifies whether the virtual rights attribute is a unique ownership right, if so, step 3023 is executed, and if not, step 3025 is executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, if a certain virtual interest attribute is the unique belonged interest, the virtual interest attribute is only allowed to be marked by one user, and if the virtual interest attribute is not the unique belonged interest (the virtual interest attribute is the shared belonged interest), the virtual interest attribute can be marked by a plurality of users. For example, the virtual ownership of the region may be a unique ownership right, and the virtual usage right of the region may be a common ownership right. For the area virtual ownership, after the user A marks the area virtual ownership of the grassy area, the ownership of the grassy area belongs to the user A and can not be marked by other users except the user A; for the area virtual use right, the user B and the user C can mark the area virtual use right of the grassy area, and after the marking is successful, the user B and the user C can use the grassy area in the system.
As an alternative embodiment, a permission level may be set for each virtual rights attribute. For example, the privilege level of the zone virtual ownership may be set higher than the zone virtual usage privilege level. After the user to which the terminal device belongs marks the region virtual ownership of the target reality region, the background server can automatically establish the mapping relationship of the user to which the virtual use terminal device of the target reality region belongs. That is, after the user to which the terminal device belongs marks a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area, the background server automatically establishes a mapping relationship between the remaining virtual interest attributes having an authority level lower than the certain virtual interest attribute in the target real area and the user to which the terminal device belongs.
In a possible application scenario, a user A requests to apply for marking the virtual ownership of a grassland area through a virtual interest property mark, and after establishing a mapping relationship between the user A and the virtual ownership of the grassland area, a background server automatically establishes the mapping relationship between the user A and the virtual usage right of the grassland area. User a may open the area virtual usage right of the grassy area to other users, and if the area virtual usage right is set as a common belonging interest, user B and user C may mark the area virtual usage right of the grassy area by means of purchase or auction or transfer, etc. Therefore, by implementing the implementation mode, the user to which the terminal device belongs can conveniently mark the plurality of virtual rights and interests attributes of the target reality area, so that the marking efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
3023. The background server judges whether the virtual right attribute is marked by other users except the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, if so, step 3024 is executed, and if not, step 3025 is executed.
3024. And the background server sets the judgment result as a mark which does not allow the user to which the terminal equipment belongs to execute a certain virtual rights and interests attribute on the target real area.
3025. And the background server sets the judgment result as a mark allowing the user to which the terminal equipment belongs to execute a certain virtual rights and interests attribute on the target real area.
That is, the background server allows the user to which the terminal device belongs to mark the target real area with a certain virtual interest property, if the following conditions are satisfied: the user to which the terminal device belongs does not mark the virtual rights and interests attribute at present; and if the virtual interest attribute is the unique ownership interest, other users except the user to which the terminal equipment belongs do not mark the virtual interest attribute at present. By executing the judgment of the conditions, the probability that the user to which the terminal equipment belongs repeatedly marks the same virtual interest attribute of the same target real area can be reduced, and the number of users marking the unique belonged interest is effectively limited.
Optionally, the number of users allowed to mark the non-unique property interest (common property interest) may be limited, that is, after the background server identifies the virtual property interest as the non-unique property interest in step 3022 and before step 3025 is executed, the following steps may be further performed:
the background server identifies the number of users having a mapping relation with the virtual rights and interests attribute;
the background server judges whether the number of users is lower than a specified threshold value, if so, the background server executes step 3025, and if not, the background server executes step 3024.
Further optionally, the marking, by the background server, that the user to which the terminal device belongs executes a certain virtual right property on the target reality area may further include the following condition:
the user to which the terminal equipment belongs is an appointed legal user;
the region attribute of the target reality region indicates that the virtual equity attribute is allowed to be tagged.
That is, if the backend server determines that the terminal device is not an agreed valid user, then the backend server performs step 302, and the determination result of the backend server is to disallow the user to which the terminal device belongs to execute a mark of a certain virtual interest attribute on the target real area;
if the background server determines that a virtual interest attribute of the target reality area is allowed to be marked according to the area attribute of the target reality area, the background server executes step 302, and the determination result of the background server is to allow the user to which the terminal device belongs to mark the virtual interest attribute of the target reality area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner for the background server to determine whether the user to which the terminal device belongs is an agreed legal user may be:
the background server judges whether the user is in a user white list, if so, the judgment result of the background server is that the user is a legal user; if not, the judgment result of the background server is that the user is not a legal user. One or more users can be included in the user white list, the background server can list users with good credit (such as paying bills on time and not publishing bad statements in the system) in the user white list, and the users in the user white list allow all virtual interest attributes to be marked;
or, the background server judges whether the user is in a user blacklist, if so, the judgment result of the background server is that the user is not a legal user; if not, the judgment result of the background server is that the user is a legal user. The user blacklist may include one or more users, and the background server may list users violating the system rule in the user blacklist, where the users in the blacklist are not allowed to mark part or all of the virtual right attribute.
In addition, the background server can also judge whether the type of the user meets the application condition (for example, only a female user is allowed to make the mark that the rights and interests of the region belong to); or, the background server judges whether the age of the user meets the application condition (for example, only the users over 18 years old are allowed to make the mark that the rights and interests of the region belong to); the background server can also judge whether the user to which the terminal equipment belongs is an appointed legal user or not through user identity verification modes such as fingerprint authentication and the like; or, the background server judges whether the condition combination meets the application condition. Specific condition restriction rules embodiments of the present invention are not limited. The background server performs identity authentication on the user to which the terminal equipment belongs by using a white list and other modes, can limit the user identity allowing the virtual rights and interests attribute to be marked, and is favorable for managing the users in the system.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the background server determines that a certain virtual right attribute of the target reality area is allowed to be marked according to the area attribute of the target reality area, the area attribute may include parameters such as a shape, a size, a use, and an open time of the target reality area.
As an optional implementation manner, the backend server may determine whether the virtual interest attribute applied by the virtual interest attribute tagging request is allowed to be tagged according to the purpose of the target reality area. The background server can preset and establish a marking rule related to the use of the region, for example, when the use of the target real region is a public leisure region, the region is not allowed to be marked; when the target reality area is used as a private garden, the area is allowed to be marked. The user A can request the background server to mark the virtual ownership of a certain grassy area through the terminal device, the background server identifies the use of the grassy area (the use of the grassy area can be the real use in the real world and can also be the virtual use of the grassy area in the system), if the use of the grassy area is a public leisure area, no user is allowed to mark the virtual ownership of the grassy area, and the judgment result of the background server is that the virtual ownership of the grassy area is not allowed to be marked.
As another optional implementation manner, the backend server may further determine whether the virtual interest attribute applied by the virtual interest attribute tagging request is allowed to be tagged according to the open time of the target real area. For example, the user is only allowed to mark a certain virtual interest property of the target real area during the open time of the area. The user A can request the background server to mark the area virtual ownership of a certain grassland area through the terminal equipment, the background server judges whether the current time is in the open time of the grassland area when receiving the request sent by the user A, and if so, the judgment result of the background server is that the area virtual ownership of the grassland area is allowed to be marked; and if the current time is not in the open time, the judgment result of the background server is that the virtual ownership of the grassy area is not allowed to be marked.
By implementing the above embodiment, the background server judges whether the virtual interest attribute of the target real area is allowed to be marked or not according to the area attribute of the target real area, which is beneficial to managing the area and limiting the type of the area allowed to be marked.
It can be seen that, in the method described in fig. 3, the background server can reduce the probability that the user belonging to the terminal device repeatedly marks the same virtual interest attribute of the same target reality area by judging whether the user belonging to the terminal device is allowed to mark the target reality area with the certain virtual interest attribute, and effectively limit the number of users who mark the unique belonging interest. Further, the terminal device may also perform identity verification on the user to which the terminal device belongs and/or verify the region attribute of the target real region, so as to determine whether the user to which the terminal device belongs can mark the virtual right attribute, which is beneficial to user and/or region management.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a method for marking a virtual interest property of a real area according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the virtual equity attribute marking method for the real area includes the following steps:
501. the background server acquires at least one region to be marked.
502. And the background server pushes the at least one region to be marked to the terminal equipment.
503. And the terminal equipment selects a certain region to be marked from the at least one region to be marked as a target real region.
504. And the terminal equipment sends a virtual rights and interests attribute marking request to the background server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the virtual interest attribute marking request is used to request a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area to be marked.
505. The background server judges whether the user to which the terminal device belongs is allowed to mark a certain virtual right attribute on the target reality area, if so, step 506 is executed, and if not, the process is ended.
506. And the background server establishes a mapping relation between a certain virtual interest attribute of the target real area and a user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the virtual interest attribute marking request.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, a manner in which the background server performs step 501 to acquire at least one to-be-marked area may be:
the background server identifies an unmarked area from a plurality of area blocks divided in advance, and determines all unmarked areas as the at least one area to be marked.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of area blocks divided in advance may include administrative areas, blocks, buildings, and the like in the real world, and may also include areas recorded by the system and once marked by the user; or rectangular area blocks divided by a grid. For example, the background server may identify buildings from a digital map, each building being a partitioned block of area; and determining all buildings which are not marked currently in the identified buildings as the areas to be marked. Or, the background server calls the regions marked by the user from the database, and identifies all regions which are not marked currently in the marked regions as regions to be marked, wherein the shapes and the areas of the marked regions can be defined by the user during marking and can be the same as or different from the region division in the real world. Or, the background server uses an unmarked region in a rectangular region block divided according to a grid as a region to be marked, where the rectangular region is an example, and the specific shape is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
As another optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, a manner in which the background server performs step 501 to obtain at least one to-be-marked area may further be:
the terminal equipment sends the designated area shape to a background server;
and the background server determines all the areas matched with the area shapes as at least one area to be marked according to the area shapes sent by the terminal.
For example, the background server calculates whether the area sent by the terminal device has an overlapping part with the marked area of the other user, and if the overlapping part does not exist, the area is used as an area to be marked; and if the overlapped part exists, removing the area which is overlapped with the marked belonged area of other users from the area to obtain a residual area, and taking the residual area as the area to be marked. Or if the overlapped part exists, the background server can send prompt information to the terminal equipment to prompt that the area marking fails; and/or if the overlapped part exists, the background server can send prompt information to the terminal equipment to prompt the terminal equipment to resend the specified new area range. By implementing the above embodiment, the user can select the shape of the target real area to be marked, thereby further improving the flexibility of the user when using the AR system.
As another optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, a manner in which the background server performs step 501 to obtain at least one to-be-marked area may further be:
the background server acquires a real geographical position sent by the terminal equipment;
and the background server determines an area matched with the real geographical position of the terminal equipment as the at least one area to be marked according to the real geographical position.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment can acquire the geographic coordinate of the equipment per se as the real geographic position according to the satellite positioning data and send the geographic coordinate to the background server; after receiving the geographic coordinate sent by the terminal device, the background server can identify the area in which the geographic coordinate falls from the system, and determine the area as the area to be marked if the area in which the geographic coordinate falls is not marked currently. In addition, the real geographic position sent by the terminal device may also be a real geographic position different from the geographic coordinates of the terminal device itself. For example, the terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone) is located in a home of the user (geographic location is L1), and the area that the user needs to mark is a grassland area located in another block (geographic location is L2), so that the user sends the geographic location L2 of the grassland area to the backend server through the mobile phone, and the backend server determines the area to be marked according to L2, so that the user can remotely mark the virtual interest attribute of the target real area.
Correspondingly, in the embodiment of the present invention, the manner in which the background server executes step 502 to push the at least one to-be-marked area to the terminal device may be:
the background server pushes an area set containing at least one area to be marked to the terminal equipment; that is to say, the background server integrates at least one to-be-marked region acquired in step 501 into a region set, pushes the region set to the terminal device, and selects a target reality region from the region set by a user to which the terminal device belongs;
or the background server acquires the current real geographical position of the terminal equipment and pushes an area matched with the real geographical position in at least one area to be marked to the terminal equipment; for example, if the areas to be marked acquired in step 501 by the background server are area 1, area 2 and area 3, the background server identifies which area to be marked the real geographical position of the terminal device falls into after acquiring the real geographical position of the terminal device; and if the area 1 is in the area, pushing the area 1 to the terminal equipment by the background server. If the real geographic position of the terminal device falls into multiple areas (such as area 1 and area 2, that is, falls into the overlapped part of area 1 and area 2), the background server may push both area 1 and area 2 to the terminal device; or the background server confirms a region which is most matched with the real geographical position of the terminal equipment from the plurality of regions according to a preset judgment rule and pushes the most matched region to the terminal equipment; the above-mentioned determination rule may be: the background server calculates the proportion of the overlapped part of the area 1 and the area 2 in the area 1 and the area 2 respectively, and determines the area with the highest proportion of the overlapped part as the most matched area.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the background server pushes the area, which is matched with the real geographic location, in the at least one area to be marked to the terminal device, accordingly, a manner for the terminal device to execute step 503 may specifically be:
the terminal equipment determines a target reality area from an area matched with the real geographic position in at least one area to be marked. That is, if the background server only pushes one region (e.g., region 1) to the terminal device, the terminal device directly determines the region 1 as the target reality region without user selection; if the background server pushes a plurality of regions (region 1 and region 2) to the terminal device, a region can be determined as a target reality region from the plurality of regions pushed by the background server through the terminal device by the user.
Preferably, the background server may obtain a region to be marked according to the real geographical position of the terminal device, and the region to be marked is pushed to the terminal device, and the terminal device directly determines the region as the target reality region. For example, when a user arrives at a position a with a mobile phone, the background server determines an area where the position a is located and judges whether the area is a to-be-marked area which is not marked currently, if so, the background server pushes the area to the mobile phone of the user, and the mobile phone of the user directly determines the area as a target reality area. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment, after the user carries the mobile phone to a certain area, the target reality area can be determined without manual selection, so that the operation steps of the user are reduced, and the convenience of the user in using the AR system is improved.
It can be seen that in the method described in fig. 5, the background server may obtain the area to be marked by the following means: determining unmarked areas in a plurality of area blocks which are divided in advance as areas to be marked; or inquiring the region shape matched with the target region shape sent by the terminal equipment from the database, wherein the region which is not marked is used as the region to be marked; or inquiring an area matched with the real geographic position of the terminal equipment from the database to be used as the area to be marked. After the background server determines the areas to be marked, the background server pushes the areas to be marked to the terminal equipment in a set mode, or directly pushes the areas to be marked matched with the real geographical position of the terminal equipment to the terminal equipment, so that a user to which the terminal equipment belongs can select a target reality area to be marked by himself, and the flexibility of the user in using the AR system is further improved.

the background server 602 is configured to determine, according to the area attribute of the target reality area, whether a certain virtual interest attribute of the target reality area is allowed to be marked, and if so, set the determination result as a mark that allows a user to which the terminal device 601 belongs to execute the certain virtual interest attribute on the target area; the area attribute of the target reality area may include parameters such as a purpose, an open time, an area, and a shape of the target reality area, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
