Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a combined buckle.
Background
When the automobile runs under a complex road condition, the probability that parts in the wheel cavity are damaged by silt, broken stones and the like is high, and the requirement of the protection function of the parts (such as an oil pipe, a wire harness, a generator and the like) in the wheel cavity cannot be met. In order to meet the protection requirements of parts in a wheel cavity, a splash guard is often required to be arranged on a fender of an automobile.
In the first prior art (as shown in fig. 1), a splash guard 4 'is fixed to a fender panel 3' by using a plastic clip 1 'and a tapping screw 2'. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) sleeving the plastic clamping piece 1 ' on the splash guard 4 ', and ensuring that the clamping piece does not fall off by using the side wall and the circular boss above the plastic clamping piece 1 '; 2) sleeving a splash guard 4 ' with a clamping piece on the fender 3 ' by using the side wall below the plastic clamping piece 1 ', so that the splash guard 4 ' is positioned at the inner side of the fender 3 ', and is aligned with the hole positions on the plastic clamping piece 1 ' and the fender 3 '; 3) the fender 3 ', the splash guard 4' and the plastic clamping piece 1 'are firmly fixed by the self-tapping screw 2'. The disadvantages of this fixing method are: 1) the plastic clamping piece 1 ' is exposed below the fender 3 ', the clamping piece 1 ' is large in size and convenient to mount, the edge below the clamping piece 1 ' is provided with a raised flanging, and the clamping piece 1 ' can be obviously observed on the outer side of a vehicle body to influence the appearance quality of the whole vehicle; 2) the self-tapping screw 2 'is used for fixing, and the cross groove at the top of the screw 2' is easy to corrode.
In the second prior art (as shown in fig. 2), a snap fastener 5 ' is used to fix a splash guard 4 ' to a fender 3 '. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) lapping the splash guard 4 'on the outer side of the fender 3', and aligning the splash guard 4 'with the hole position on the fender 3'; 2) the splash guard 4 ' and the fender 3 ' are firmly fixed by the expansion action of the snap fastener 5 '. The disadvantages of this fixing method are: the edge of the splash guard 4 ' is exposed due to the installation mode, and the splash guard 4 ' and the fender 3 ' are not attached to each other on the matching surface due to the interval distribution of the fixing points, so that the appearance quality is influenced.
In the third prior art (as shown in fig. 3), the splash shield 4' is fixed to the vehicle body by using a plastic buckle or a fastener. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) putting the boundary of the splash guard 4 'into the fender 3'; 2) aligning the hole position on the splash guard 4' with the hole position of the car body; 3) the splash shield 4' is fixed on the vehicle body by plastic buttons or fasteners. The disadvantages of this fixing method are: 1) the fixed point is above the tire, so that the observation is difficult and the operation is inconvenient; 2) the structure of the fixing point of the splash guard 4' is complex, and a hole position or a bracket is required to be added at the fixing point of the car body, so that the overall cost is increased; 3) the edge of the splash guard 4 'is not fixed with the fender 3', and the stability is poor.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a new combination buckle to solve the above problems.

It is understood that the fixing portion can also be a through hole 18, the locking member is an expansion buckle 21 (as shown in fig. 7 and 9) or a split pin 22 (as shown in fig. 10), and the longitudinal limit of the combined buckle is realized by the expansion buckle 21 being clamped with the through hole 18 or the split pin 22 being clamped with the through hole 18. Preferably, the snap ring 2, the expansion buckle 21 and the split pin are made of soft material, such as plastic or rubber, so that they can be quickly and conveniently inserted into and removed from the fixing portion. When the clamping ring works, the clamping ring 2 is provided with a fan-shaped opening, and the structural shapes of the fan-shaped opening and the groove 17 can realize a guiding function, so that the clamping ring 2 is smoothly clamped with the groove 17; the expansion buckle 21 is provided with two bulges, the two bulges are provided with sunken areas which are overlapped with the through hole 18, so that the expansion buckle 21 is well clamped in the through hole 18 by utilizing the two bulges, and the two sides of the bulge which is contacted with the through hole 18 during plugging and unplugging are preferably provided with guide curved surfaces, so that the expansion buckle 21 and the through hole 18 can be well fixed; the cotter 22 can be quickly inserted into and removed from the fixing part by pressing its two arms to change its width.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the first boss 15 and the second boss 16 are chamfered (as shown at E in fig. 6), so as to facilitate the insertion of the clip 1 into the first mounting hole 31. Preferably, the clip 1 (especially the second end) is made of a soft material, such as plastic or rubber, so that the clip 1 can be quickly and conveniently inserted into and removed from the first mounting hole 31.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the locking portion 11 includes an inlet end (i.e., at B in fig. 6) and an outlet end (i.e., at a in fig. 6), the inlet end is inclined at an angle less than 30 °, and the outlet end is inclined at an angle greater than 45 °. With the arrangement, when the splash guard 4 is inserted, the inlet end can guide the splash guard 4, so that the second mounting hole 41 can be smoothly inserted into the locking part 11; when the second mounting hole 41 is inserted into the locking portion 11, the outlet end can be clamped with the second mounting hole 41, so that the locking effect is achieved, and the locking of the splash plate 4 is achieved through the locking portion 11. It is understood that the locking portion 11 can be disposed on both the lower plate 13 and the upper plate 12, and the present invention is not limited to the specific location thereof as long as the locking portion 11 is disposed in the cavity.
Specifically, with continuing reference to fig. 5 and 6, the cavity includes a parallel section for accommodating the splash plate 4 and an opening section for inserting the splash plate 4 into the parallel section, the opening section is shaped like a horn (as shown at C in fig. 6), and the opening section is configured to guide the insertion of the splash plate 4, and the flange 14 having a flanging effect is provided at the edge of the lower piece 13, so that the flange 14 not only serves to limit the clip 1, but also serves to guide the splash plate 4. In particular, the thickness of the parallel section (as shown at F in fig. 6) is greater than the thickness of the splash plate 4 by a difference of at least greater than 0.5mm, and further at most 2 mm. So set up, can guarantee that splash shield 4 inserts smoothly, still can guarantee that splash shield 4 is difficult for slipping from the cavity in the clamping piece 1.
