The pawl (5) is similar to an S shape, the upper part of the pawl is a pawl tip (51), the middle part is a cylinder (52), the lower part is a spring arm (53), the ratchet point (51) and a ratchet gear (63) on the transmission gear (6) form a ratchet transmission relationship, the cylinder (52) is sleeved on a cylinder (15) on the bottom shell (1) to form a rotating shaft of the pawl (5), the round head (54) on the elastic arm (53) is pressed on the side surface of a section of side stud (16) on the bottom shell (1) to provide elasticity for the pawl (5) so that the pawl tip (51) can be disengaged from the ratchet wheel (63) on the transmission gear (6), the junction between the pawl tip (51) and the cylinder (52) is a narrow arc-shaped body (55), so that the pawl tip (51) and the cylinder (52) can also perform elastic movement or elastic deformation.
The transmission gear (6) is a coaxial gear set with the same body, a pinion (61), a gearwheel (62) and a ratchet gear (63) are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, a circular disc body (64) is arranged between the pinion (61) and the gearwheel (62) to play a role in reinforcing the strength of gear teeth of the gearwheel (62), a circular through hole (65) is formed in the center of the transmission gear (6), and the circular through hole is sleeved outside a cylinder (14) of the bottom shell (1) and is the rotating center of the transmission gear (6).
The whole locking rack (7) is similar to a 7 shape and comprises a transverse part at the upper part and a vertical part at the right part, the transverse part of the locking rack (7) is provided with an upward arc-shaped surface (71) for better clamping and locking external articles such as a round clothes drying rod, the vertical part comprises a section of rack (72) which forms a gear-rack transmission relationship with a large gear (62) on a transmission gear (6) so that the locking rack (7) moves up and down after being driven by the transmission gear (6), the front surface and the back surface of the vertical part of the locking rack (7) are respectively provided with a convex long round surrounding bone (73), the center of the surrounding bone is a long round groove (74), the surrounding bone (73) moves up and down in the groove (19) of the bottom shell (1) and the groove (86) of the face shell (8) to play roles of limiting the movement direction of the locking rack (7) and limiting, the grooves (74) on the front side and the back side of the vertical part of the locking rack (7) are matched with the face shell side vertical studs (87) and the bottom shell side vertical studs (110), so that the swinging amplitude of the locking rack (7) in the direction vertical to the paper surface is limited, and the swinging range of the locking rack is reduced as much as possible.
The face shell (8) corresponds to the bottom shell (1) in shape and most structures, and comprises a large long round hole (81) for inserting an external driving object such as a rod head of a clothes supporting rod to drive the main driving rack (2) and the auxiliary driving part (3) of the device and limit the movement stroke of the main driving rack and the auxiliary driving part, the length of the long round hole (81) can be adjusted to change the size of the movement stroke, the face shell (8) is provided with two circular through holes (82) for a screw column of a finished product of the whole machine to pass through, the lower end of each circular through hole is provided with a boss (83), the bosses are used for propping against the cylindrical columns (13) on the bottom shell (1) to bear the pressure of the finished product of the whole machine, the face shell (8) is provided with a circular surrounding bone (84) and is sleeved on a cylinder (14) on the bottom shell (1) to jointly serve as a shaft of the transmission gear (6, and plays a role in reinforcing and protecting the cylinder (14), the face shell (8) is provided with a circular groove (85) which is sleeved on the other cylinder (15) of the bottom shell (1) and is jointly used as a shaft of the pawl (5) and plays a role in reinforcing and protecting the cylinder (15), the face shell (8) is provided with a section of long groove (86) which is internally provided with a side upright stud (87) which is used for guiding and limiting the movement of the locking rack (7) together with a corresponding section of long groove (19) on the bottom shell (1) and a corresponding side upright stud (110) in the long groove, the face shell (8) is provided with four screw through holes (88) for the screws to penetrate to lock the face shell (8) and the bottom shell (1), the upper end of each screw through hole (88) is provided with a concave table (89) for hiding screw heads, and the lower end of each screw through hole is provided with a surrounding bone (810) for positioning between the face shell (8) and the bottom shell (1), the top surface of the face shell (8) is provided with four concave platforms (811) which correspond to the four concave platforms (112) on the bottom shell (1) and are used for fixing and locking the device and a finished product shell when the device is assembled with the finished product, the device is pressed tightly in the finished product shell of the whole machine, the left side of the face shell (8) is provided with three sections of straight side vertical surfaces (812), the right side is provided with one section of straight side vertical surface (813), the lower side is provided with two sections of straight, one section of inclined and two sections of arc-shaped side vertical surfaces (814), and the upper end is open.
And finally, locking the face shell (8) and the bottom shell (1) by four screws (9) to complete the whole device.

Claims (9)
1. A locking device, comprising: the device comprises a bottom shell (1), a main driving rack (2), an auxiliary driving piece (3), a limiting reset piece (4), a pawl (5), a transmission gear (6), a locking rack (7), a face shell (8) and a screw (9); the driving mechanism is characterized in that a main driving rack (2) is assembled in a bottom shell (1), an auxiliary driving piece (3) is assembled on the main driving rack (2) in an overlapping mode, a limiting reset piece (4) is assembled on the main driving rack (2) in an overlapping mode and on the right side of the auxiliary driving piece (3), a pawl (5) is assembled on the right side of the limiting reset piece (4), a transmission gear (6) is assembled on the upper side of the pawl (5) in a parallel mode, a locking rack (7) is assembled on the right side of the transmission gear (6), a face shell (8) is assembled finally, and the face shell (8) and the bottom shell (1) are locked together through a screw (9); the transmission mechanism is characterized in that a double driving system is formed by a main driving rack (2) and an auxiliary driving piece (3), a rotation stopping system is formed by a limiting reset piece (4), a pawl (5) and a ratchet gear (63) on a transmission gear (6), and the transmission gear (6) is a combined integrated transmission piece comprising a small gear (61), a large gear (62) and the ratchet gear (63).

A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that said bottom shell (1) has a large oblong hole (11), three small circular holes (12), two open-bottomed cylindrical columns (13), one cylindrical column (14), another cylindrical column (15), one side stud (16), three side studs (17), one rack (18), one long groove (19), one side stud (110) in the long groove, four screw posts (111), four recessed seats (112) on the bottom, three straight side studs (113) on the left side of said bottom shell (1), one straight side stud (114) on the right side, two straight and oblique and two curved side studs (115) on the lower side, and an open upper end.

A locking device according to claim 1, wherein the main drive rack (2) has a large oblong hole (21) with a pair of vertical guide slots (22) and a pair of transverse guide slots (23), a section of the rack (24) with a resilient arm (25) and a resilient arm (26), and the left middle and upper right and lower right sections of the main drive rack (2) each have a raised or protruding platform surface (27).

A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the secondary driving member (3) is generally vertically elongated circular, and has a long surface and a solid body (31) at its upper and lower ends, a long hole (32) in the middle, a circular side stud (33) protruding from each of the upper and lower surfaces of the long hole, five saw-teeth (34) protruding on the right side, an L-shaped retaining portion (35) on the lower right side, a pair of U-shaped side studs (36) at the upper and lower ends of the bottom surface of the secondary driving member (3), and a pair of protruding cylinders (37).

A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that said position-limiting return element (4) is overall of a shape similar to an inverted "C" with an opening to the left, a pair of guide grooves (41) being provided one above the other in the left half of the front, the right half of the front being raised by about one level compared to the left half, a straight surface (42) on the right and five indented teeth (43) on the left, and a pair of oblong guide ribs (44) being provided one above the other on the opposite, rear or upper side of said position-limiting return element (4) in a left-right transverse shape.
6. A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pawl (5) is shaped like an "S", with an upper part being a pawl tip (51), a middle part being a cylinder (52) and a lower part being a spring arm (53), and the junction between the pawl tip (51) and the cylinder (52) being a narrow arc (55).

A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission gear (6) is a coaxial and integrated gear set, from bottom to top, a pinion (61), a gearwheel (62), a ratchet wheel (63), a circular plate (64) is arranged between the pinion (61) and the gearwheel (62), and a circular through hole (65) is arranged in the center of the transmission gear (6).

A locking device according to claim 1, wherein the locking rack (7) is generally "7" -like in shape and comprises an upper transverse portion having an upwardly curved surface (71) and a right vertical portion comprising a length of the rack (72), and front and rear surfaces each having a protruding oblong peripheral rib (73) with an oblong recess (74) in the center.

A locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that said face-piece (8) corresponds in shape and most of its structure to the bottom-piece (1) and comprises a large oblong hole (81) with two circular through-holes (82), said circular through-holes (82) having at their lower ends a boss (83), said face-piece (8) further comprises a circular surrounding rib (84), a circular groove (85), a long groove (86), a side standing rib (87) in the long groove, four screw through-holes (88), said screw through-holes (88) having at their upper ends a boss (89) and at their lower ends a surrounding rib (810), said face-piece (8) having at its top surface four bosses (811), said face-piece (8) having at its left side three straight side elevations (812), at its right side one straight side elevation (813), at its lower side two straight and one oblique and two curved side elevations (814), the upper end is open.
