When the dust-proof and dust-suppression net is used, the second driving motor is started, the power supply of the second driving motor is provided by the power supply of a traffic engineering construction site, the belt pulley 51 is driven by the first belt 50, the moving pin 52 on the first belt pulley 51 pushes the limiting groove 53 to drive the driving block 43 to move up and down, when the moving pin 52 moves two ends of the belt, the moving pin 52 moves in the limiting groove 53, so that the driving block 43 is moved in the reverse direction, and finally the driving block 43 reciprocates, and the slide way 49 is integrally connected above the dust-proof and dust-suppression net 9 because the first electromagnetic valve is opened after the driving block 43 touches the first electromagnetic valve switch 40 when moving to the upper end, at the moment, the water in the water containing tank 39 begins to fall downwards, and the water flows into the water flowing groove 41 firstly and does not flow into the water receiving bucket 47, because the position of the water containing tank 39 is higher, and if the driving block 43 begins to turn downwards, the water receiving barrel 47 may be directly moved upwards, and at this time, the water in the water flowing groove 41 does not necessarily flow to the water receiving barrel 47 completely, so that the slide way 49 is lengthened at the upper end of the wind-proof and dust-suppression net 9, the slide way 49 may provide sufficient time for the water in the water flowing groove 41 to flow to the water receiving barrel 47, and when the driving block 43 moves downwards, the water in the water flowing groove 41 flows to the water receiving barrel 47 completely, and furthermore, if the driving block 43 moves downwards, the steel wire rope 46 may be attached to the fixed pulley 44, but when the slide way 49 is higher, the driving block 43 moves to a height higher than the fixed pulley 44, the steel wire rope 46 may be detached from the fixed pulley 44, so that the protective sheet 54 needs to be installed outside the fixed pulley 44.

The electric wires involved in the first electromagnetic valve, the first electromagnetic valve switch 40, the second electromagnetic valve switch, the first driving motor, the second driving motor and the third driving motor of the present invention can be installed on the wire pipe or embedded in the ground or the wind-proof dust suppression net 9 by the technology of the skilled person, and the controller to be used is selected according to the need, which is the common general knowledge of the skilled person, and will not be described again.
In the eighth embodiment, on the basis of the seventh embodiment, a ventilation opening 60 is formed at the lower end of the windproof and dust suppression net 9, a fan 61 is fixedly installed at the rear side of the ventilation opening 60, the fan 61 has the same principle as that of a fan and is used for providing wind pressure, a separator 62 is fixedly installed at the rear side of the fan 61, the separator 62 comprises a conical shell 63 with a large upper end and a small lower end, an air inlet 641 and an air outlet 651 are formed in the separator 62, the air inlet 641 corresponds to the fan 61, a vertical reversing pipe 64 with two through ends is arranged in the middle of the separator 62, a spiral blade 65 capable of rotating inside the separator 62 is arranged outside the reversing pipe 64, a first reversing plate 66 is installed at the upper end of the air inlet 641, a second reversing plate 67 is installed below the air outlet 651, so that a passage is formed in the separator 62, and a reversing bin 68 communicated with the air outlet 651 is reserved above the reversing, a liquid separating plate 69 arranged in the separator 62 is fixed below the reversing pipe 64, a liquid collecting filter 70 is arranged below the liquid separating plate 69, and an automatic water drain valve is arranged below the liquid collecting filter 70.
When the air separator is used specifically, the fan 61 is provided with a driving motor or connected with the driving motor, the spiral blade 65 of the separator 62 is connected with the driving motor arranged at the upper end of the separator 62, the fan 61 and the separator 62 are both connected with a power supply provided by a traffic engineering construction site, the fan 61 performs negative pressure suction on air in front of the windproof and dust suppression net 9 after being started, although the fan 61 is not in a closed pipeline, the air at the ventilation opening 60 is enough to be sucked into the separator 62, after the sucked air enters through the air inlet 641, the air can only move downwards under the rotation of the spiral blade 64 due to the existence of the first reversing plate 66, then according to the density principle of gas, liquid and liquid, the air is light, the solid and the liquid are heavy, the air finally moves upwards from the reversing pipe 64 to enter the reversing bin 68 and then is discharged from the air outlet 651, and the solid and the liquid fall onto the liquid separation plate 69 below the reversing pipe 64, and finally, the air enters a liquid collecting filter 70, when a certain amount is reached, an automatic water drain valve 71 can be automatically opened according to a liquid level sensor and a controller, the liquid is discharged out of the separator 62, the air discharged out of the separator 62 is purified and filtered air, all electric elements used in the separator 62 are connected with a power supply, and the controller and a driving device are connected according to requirements.
The separator 62, the water containing tank 39, the water receiving bucket 47, the sprinkler head 38 and other devices in the invention can be installed and used by selecting the proper quantity of the windproof and dust suppression nets 9 according to the requirement, and are not required to be installed each time.
In the ninth embodiment, on the basis of the eighth embodiment, a plurality of nozzles 72 are further disposed on the inner side wall of the ventilation opening 60, the nozzles 72 face the center of the ventilation opening 60, the nozzles 72 are communicated with each other through a pipe 73 built in the windproof and dust suppression net 9, the pipe 73 is communicated with an external water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected with a water supply source.
In particular, in order to further increase the purification efficiency, the air sucked into the separator 62 may be further purified, and a water source provided from the outside flows to the spray head 72 through the built-in pipe 73, and the spray head 72 sprays water in the vent 60 to directly purify the air introduced into the separator 62.
